William Freedberg: Not the greatest. Two employees for the whole store, and dishonest about what is in stock. The person I spoke with didn't know the item I was asking about even existed, but after a few minutes on hold said they carried it. I came in and another store associate looked around and said they didn’t have it. I later called and got the first person I talked to, she told me to come by again and she'd find it for me. It turns out she didn't know they had it in stock but the manager had just told her they probably have it. Then she confirmed she didn’t know where it was, and had me go look myself, and of course I didn't find it. Waist of stairs.
bing yu: A chain of handmade stores, affordable, but no surprises. There are many kinds of wool, but the knitting tools are seriously out of stock.
Anna Woods: it was fine i mean it was a michaels. slightly overpriced but i blame corporate for that but it was well organized the staff was kind and the spring collection is lovely. Everything is easy to find i just wish the seasonal items were more toward the front of the store instead of randomly hodge podged about

Rena Lund: Horrible customer service. Curbside pick up was a joke. I sat out there for 20 minutes with my kid in his car seat. I called three times. She kept telling me he couldn’t find me even though I was in front of the door and no one came out. This is not the first time I had problems with curbside pick up at the store. It’s a joke .

Pencils, pens, markers, paints, brushes, TONS of paper (even the really nice ones in used to being used for bookmaking), notebooks, stamps, stamp-making, even interesting artsy postcards. I'm sure I'm forgetting more than I'm remembering, but I loved it.
Joseph Chow: They sell proportional scales, art supplies, resin, games, stickers, and gift wrap. Perfect for waiting the train to Ashmont or Braintree.
Silva Silkfern: Used to love this place. Would come here in high school frequently for the student discount, and there was a lovely black man who worked the counter who always recognized me. However, the staff has changed, and the dark haired girl at the counter now is shockingly unpleasant to customers for no reason. Will be going to blicks in the future

I just walked out, my mask went down slightly (still covering my nose) and she had the worst attitude telling me to put it on. It’s not what she said, it’s how she said it. Blick across the street has the same variety with actually kind people.

Tyler Motes: This is one of my favorite places to get simple supplies. I wish they carried more for fountain pens, but one store can’t have everything. The staff have always been extremely nice and the prices are fair.
Sahar Tariq: Best quality curated materials, they take the guesswork out of which stuff is good quality and which stuff is just children's crafty by keeping everything that is good quality, you can't go wrong. Highly recommend the store brand stuff, they're not so pricey but yet amazing professional quality. Also the staff are super nice and friendly, and go out of their way to be helpful, both in the store and at rhe printing section. It may seem a bit small but that's because they don't fill the store with junk. Also, the other art store across the street has a habit of racially profiling and being so creepy, but Blick has always been my favourite place with super nice people.

Kyle W: An art supply store of the highest caliber. Here you will find a wide array of nearly all your art needs, as well as a friendly and helpful staff. When it comes to art supplies, quality really makes a difference and at Blick they have some really quality stuff. I highly recommend this place if your just starting out (like me) or if you're a professional artist. Love it.

The staff is very helpful and kind. They are willing to go above and beyond to help. The reason for 4 stars is because the store is cramped, not much room to move around. But, will definitely be shopping here again.

Vera O'Connell: I bought some premium colored pencil sets here, that were clearly tagged as buy one, get one 50 %off. I got the discount and I then decided to get another more set of colored pencils that were in the same aisle but not tagged as being on sale, so I thought they weren't. I asked the cashier if they were on sale and she said they were. I told her I would have bought another set if I knew that but because the sets were just lying on a shelf opposite of the other sets that were tagged as being on sale. She said she would let management know. Hopefully she did but I may not return to that particular Michael's due to this snafu.
