O A: Aneema is amazing! she did such a fantastic job threading my eyebrows and even told me to come back later in the week when my little hairs grew more so she could get those too at no additional charge.it was very difficult to find a reasonably priced and experienced eye brow threader in the Cambridge area. But I found one, here!! She is pleasant and talks when you want to talk and is quiet when you just want to decompress. I see her every 2-3 weeks! Love love love her!

Isha did them beautifully and I could not be happier. She also squeezed in a quick brow session right after that I hadn’t booked, which I really appreciated.She and her colleague treated all of the customers so kindly and friendly. They took their time with each client and it was a super comfy setting. Sooooo patient and sweet. I could not recommend Isha or the Browz Threading anymore highly!!! Buchu Aklil: I asked for a clean up. But she decided to take half of my eyebrows off then I said politely but I wanted just a clean up and she replied I have enough. Her work wasn’t even good. It was not clean. Was unusually painful and my skin was irritated for hours after. Which was unusual for me. I ended up with a rash on the area as well.I will never be back.

Raj Shanmugaraj: I don't normally like to write a bad review but the service I got today at The Threading Spa at the Cambridgeside Galleria was so poor that I thought I'd write. I went to get my eyebrows done on April 12th in the morning. The technician was on the phone the whole time and snapped her fingers at me or poked me every time she wanted me to do something. She was talking on the phone even as she accepted payment. She was very rude. Very Very poor service. Since she wasn't paying attention, the 2 eyebrows were uneven. I probably will never go to that place every again. I would suggest you do the same and find elsewhere for your threading services.

I am so disappointed ☹️. Before I even finish my words she hang up the phone on me. I will never come to this place ever and if that lady still work there she will make all client never come back 😞.
Mauryana Vincent L: I usually come here to get my eyebrows cleaned up. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The older indian lady completely ruined my eyebrows. She threaded them, and it was more painful than usual. My eyebrows are naturally arched, and when she finished not only were my eyebrows straight, they were NOT even at all in length, and my right eyebrow was swollen because it was so painful!!!!More than half my eyebrow hair is gone. When I asked for a refund, she told me she couldnt, and when she saw I was clearly upset, she went to grab cash and threw it at me on the counter. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
