Alexander Le: Worst UPS Store in the Boston and Greater Boston Area. They don’t print out shipping labels for you. They request that you use the computer to log into your email client to print out your label manually vs just emailing them directly and pay a small fee. I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere if you need to print your label.

Ben Perlmutter: Horrible experience here. The first time I shipped something from here the package was lost and they had no idea what was going on and couldn’t help me. Today I went in and waited 10 minutes with my ready to ship package that just needed a receipt while they priced out several boxes someone else had where they could have asked the same questions and finished my package without slowing down the other customer at all. They also apparently don’t do anything to try to enforce their loading zone parking spot because a giant truck was parked there the entire time.I was trying to save time going to a UPS store on my route but I guess it was a bad idea. I’ll never return to this store. Horrible service, bad organization, and inaccessible location.

李振坤: Very terrible service:1. I had a package which need to be delivered to California as soon as possible, so I chose their express next day delivery and send my package to their office on time. However, the fedex staff who would pick up express packages everyday somehow forgot to pick my package and the package was still their the next day (when it was supposed to be delivered in California).2. So after realizing this happenning, I picked up the package myself, canceled the package and found another way to ship it. However, after a month they charged my credit card for this canceled shipment! It was their fault to not deliver the package on time and I had canceled the shipment at their local office, but they still charged me.3. After I realize this issue I tried to contact their customer service, but this is another terrible experience. First their customer service is answered by a robot, but it refused to transfer me to a real person unless I provide a fedex account number which I don't have (I just walked in to do the shipment). Then I called the local office and the guy at the local office answered my phone call , but when I said I want a refund they told me that they could only transfer me to a customer service staff and only them can help me on this issue. When they transfered me and I finally talked with a customer service staff, she told me that because I made the transaction in the local office, the guys in the local office are the only ones who can help me do the refund.Prior to this issue Fedex is one company which I trusted, but not now. If you would like to use their express next day delivery, take into account of the possibility that your package will be left over in their office, you will be charged twice, and no one can help you do the refund.p.s. If you want to talk to a real-person customer service, you can call a local office and ask them to transfer you. You can indeed reach a real person in this way but I not sure if this would make any difference in solving the problem ...

Solopreneurs and writers such as myself rely on FedEx and FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers. We need wild and weird things done. Our specs for parcels can be weird. Sometimes, I have something ready early, so I send it slow.Today, I was aiming for 3 to 5 business days, and they were able to deliver to my ideal day and time. Wow. Had I only asked! It was great to have someone make sure we got things right multiple times, and there was nothing but patience and professionalism.Then he was on a quest for perfection!At the end, we learned I had cheat notes I could have shared to make things easier. I forgot in my disarray. The clerk was still so cool, and even thought it was funny. He painstakingly took every atom of the address label seriously and really cared. There was zero resentment. Sarah Moses: On a Monday, I brought in a return with a QR code that, when scanned by the employee at the counter, generated three printouts: a shipping label, a packing list, and a tracking number. The employee handed me the packing list to place in my mailer, which I did, and also handed me the tracking number. Once I sealed my package as advised, the employee asked me whether I had taken the shipping label (I hadn't; it had printed out on his side, behind the counter). He checked the printer once more before moving on to the next customer. By Saturday, the tracking number was still showing that the item had not been received by FedEx. After calls to both FedEx and the shop I was returning to, I went back to the FedEx store with the printed tracking number and receipt for my mailer in hand.To make a long story short, my package had been sitting, still unlabeled, on the counter for almost a week, and convincing another employee to check whether the unlabeled package (in the same mailer I had a receipt for) was indeed my missing package was an ordeal. A handwritten note saying that the customer (me) had left the store with the label (absolutely not true) had been placed on the package behind the counter! The employee implied multiple times that I had misplaced the label, which printed out behind the counter and was never handed to me. I appreciate the employee I spoke to who initially advised me to return on Monday, when a manager would be present, and eventually spoke to the colleague who ultimately helped me. I appreciate his colleague as well, who, after some convincing, reprinted the label for me. However, almost a full week went by before I was able to recover the package that had been mishandled.I would encourage customers to make sure that their packages are labeled in-store as promised, to have their items scanned into the system if possible (this was eventually done for me by a driver), and to keep or photograph any receipts or tracking information to avoid the possibility of a lost item.

The people were always helpful, and I've never had a bad experience with shipping. I live near Kendall Sq, but that location is closed on the weekends; so not as useful. In fact, I'm headed there today (Sunday).

Richard Marx: Unhelpful staff and terrible service.
Sam Ennis: Went out to try to get passport photos at businesses that advertised "passport photos" on their website. FedEx store was open but being renovated and photos were unavailable. CVS said their camera was broken. Walgreens just said "no" and wouldn't elaborate further. At the fourth location, (this UPS store), they actually accepted money in exchange for a good and service. Five stars.
Winsome James: I have a mail at 955 Massfor about 8 years. The new owner Laurie and her associates are very disrespectful and rude. They will call your phone very desperately asking for payment. On Saturday Feburary 11,2023 I went to pick up my mail. I was approached in front of a line of customers asking me for payment. I was shock! I said to the kid(I will call you with the payment)The owner Larie then chased me out side and said pay now or cancel the box.I will never go back there. Very disappointed.

I've seen people hauling fragile items out of a sack 1 minute before closing, people who have no clue about UPS vs USPS, and through all of it the staff there explains it to them. I wish I knew all the staff names in order to thank them here!

lakota sandoe: Lindsey, Omar, Francine and the crew there (Justin i think has moved on) are so great. They're always so patient and have helped me with so many things over the years. They are always busy and dealing with entitled, stressed customers (because UPS itself sucks imho) but they work hard to keep up, are always generous with their time and helpful and are willing to go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Most recently they helped me with a big mailing on behalf of an estate move job and there were a lot of moving pieces and information kept changing so it was a bit chaotic but they never lost their cool and went the extra mile. I'm going to miss these guys at my neighborhood ups store! great customer service is hard to come by these days!

They have most services here but if you just need to ship a pre-labeled package, you’re better off going to a UPS access point. There are a lot of boxes all over the store.
Barbara Berger: I want to thank Francine for the excellent service she provided yesterday. She helped me send about 170 pages of important papers. She suggested that I email the material rather than Fax the material because it would be a lot faster and less expensive. She advised me to call the recipient to make sure that the emails had been received, she gave me the store's business card for me to call today if there was any problem, she asked for my email address so she could contact me today when she came in for her afternoon shift and she asked me if I was a member of AAA so that she could give me a discount. I am grateful for all of this help and extremely impressed by her professionalism.
Sanjay Gadi: Lori, the store owner, was an incredible help during both of my visits. She gave me clear information about box pricing and assisted me in choosing the correct type and size of boxes for my shipping needs. The actual process of shipping was quick and hassle free, and she handled my boxes with care. I appreciated her offering to reinforce my boxes with more packing materials. She also helped me cut down a box to a smaller size to improve stability and reduce the price. I was especially impressed at how patiently she helped all of us despite a very busy weekend with a line out the door. She even extended her store hours that weekend to help us out. Though the boxes are a bit more expensive than other locations I've seen, I would definitely recommend her store--she will provide you the help you need!
Chris Murphy: Apparently this UPS store is under new ownership. It's a shame. I came here for years prior to today, and always appreciated the convenience and the service. Sadly, my visit today was so disappointing that I do not plan on returning. More than anything else it was the rudeness that rubbed me the wrong way. For example, pointing out every little thing I did "wrong," when I was doing things exactly the same as I been on previous visits to the store. It felt very condescending.

Frank Gillett: April 14, 2023 shipping via FedEx home delivery.Harry and Scott were very helpful yesterday when I stopped by to ask for advice and how to bring in ten packages for FedEx home delivery across the country. Today When I showed up with my giant 10 boxes for my son moving to California, the team was very helpful in providing a trolley, helping apply the labels to the packages, and just maneuvering the boxes around the office.

Jen Nguyen: I had a great experience printing postcards here! I submitted a print job online that the online order computer estimated would be done that same day. After submitting, I promptly got a phone call from someone at the store. Harry let me know that the card printer was down and getting fixed, but that it might be another day or two before they could finish my order at the Tech Sq location. He suggested some options I had if it was not OK with that. I wasn't in a rush though, so kept my order at their location. The next morning, he called me to let me know that the printer was fixed and while preparing my order, he noticed that the images I provided were a little bigger than the size I had picked, so they'd print different than I had thought. He talked me through his solution, which was great, and I really do think it turned out for the better now that I've gotten to pick up the prints. Thanks Harry! You're the best!

When I told him my budget, Tony did not instantly provide the most expensive option, but the option that was right for me. He could of easily stated “Since you have 100.00 lets ship it overnight”. What Tony did was suggest different solutions, all tailored to the need of speed and price. This is something that I am not used to at a FedEX.5. Genuine CareI can tell Tony enjoyed the work he did based on his demeanor, his smile, his patience and tone of voice. He never communicated negative body language. He took the time to get to know about me and helped my wife at the same time to use the printer. He also identified the best option, and provided them to us so that we can feel ownership in our choice. When I heard the music on the speakers, I asked if he knew that song and he smiles and said “Of course its one of my favorites (Metallica - One). I mentioned that I only knew the song because its the final song in Guitar Hero 3 and he laughed as hard as I did.Tony’s presence inpacted the other customers in the store. I was so impressed I started rooting for him in the store “Tony, Tony Tony” and so did all of the other employees and customers.If there is anything I’ve learned in the 20 years of L&D, specifically in team member development, is that people like Tony do not exist in the world without being recognize. Being a genuine 5-Star employeee takes a lot of effort, contribution, trust, motivation. We must ensure Tony continue to feel he is values so that he may return the favor by creating brand loyalty as he did today. I will not drive our of my way just to go to this store, just to be helped by Tony. A returning Custumer indeed, but an unforgettable experience lived in my mind and should forever. Joanne Im: I had finished designing a research poster the day of the presentation, and was needing printing services within the day. Tony and Harry were the consummate professionals. Calmly and courteously taking me through the options, the pricing options, and the timeline over the phone. When I got to the FedEx location to pick up my poster, there were many customers on location. Tony and Harry, however, made sure that everyone was attended to in a timely manner. What I felt was very unusual (in the best sense of the word) was that they were very attentive and kind to customers without keeping other people waiting. When Tony asked why I was here, I mentioned my poster and he reassured me that it was printed. Tony then showed me the poster he had printed before cutting, explained to me the properties of the paper, and then prepared it for transport. What impressed me most was the obvious honesty, care, and craft that he brought to the task. Hard to describe without experiencing it. Thank you to Tony and Harry! The employee was really helpful. He explained how different options worked, issues I may have to look out for when making a pickup request online and how best to ensure my stuff gets where it needs to go.If you need anything shipped, I'd highly recommend this place!

Xi LU: I just moved into this community and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service of this UPS store. If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would. The first time I went there, my box wasn't sealed properly, so I asked the clerk to help me tape it up. The clerk gave me a dirty look and said the tape was over there and that I should buy it myself. Because I am not a native speaker, I didn't hear her clearly, and she became very impatient and just pointed to where the tape was being sold without saying anything. I was very angry because I've been to many UPS stores before, and none of them refused to give me even a little bit of tape. So, I just walked out.If it was just one time, I could have thought it was an accident, but then my husband went to this store again to return a package with our own label, and the clerk just left it on the side and went to attend to other customers. The package was returned to us exactly as it was without any changes, which means that not only did the clerk not remove the original sticker, but they also didn't put on the label we brought. If it was just one time, I could have thought it was an accident, but these two incidents definitely indicate that there is a problem with this store's service.I don't understand why this store has such a high rating. If they are good to other customers, then I think the clerks are discriminating against Asians. Every time I go to this store, I'm nervous that someone will give me a hard time, and I'm worried that they will send my package to the wrong place.

My business ships out several items and has returns 2-3 times a week and we are in and out very quickly. If it is an amazon item, it's way faster than going to the Whole Foods next door. Very pleased with this store and the staff.

I got a email notification from UPS alerting me to the problem with delivery and I called the UPS store in Woburn. They immediately called and located my package on the west coast and had the local office there make the changes and my package was delivered that day. Shipping is very important and I need to make sure my clients and the collectors receive them safely. Since my first visit in 2020, this became my only shipping store to go as long as I have original artwork to ship! Thanks to Sajal, she is the top 1 packing expert in this area!!!! And my work is always taken the best care of by Sajal and her team, and I feel very happy and confident every time I step out of the door! Nancy Mehegan: I use this UPS store for occasional shipping for work and they are excellent. I was in last week and Becky and Zoia were extremely competent, helpful, and friendly, especially considering it was the end of the day in the busy holiday season. They helped me through an issue with my UPSCampusShip shipping label. While I was there, a customer had a particularly complicated shipment and they were patient and able to work through it efficiently so the woman was able to leave in time to pick up her child at daycare. The next customer, obviously a regular, praised them for it and spoke highly of their customer service. I have always had a positive experience here.

A B: Shipped items got a receipt luckily. The staff packaged the items and paid for shipping with insurance. Once it got to the destination. I get a notice saying my package was empty when delivered. I would like some accountability for this on the teams part. I’m skeptical to go to this place again. if I had four separate packages pilfered on site or through out the delivery process. I really don’t feel comfortable going to this location or using this carrier. Things usually happen like this due to staff onsite. Some accountability please revise cameras.
Sam Ronkin: Hard working team that gets the job done. Come here to ship and drop off FedEx packages. They have everything you need from a FedEx location. Parking can be tough in the area.
JJ LL: FedEx makes shipping internationally prohibitively time consuming and expensive; and employees in this branch are aloof and unaware. We use DHL for Europe and now Asia too.

We called last minute to have a poster made and delivered to our office and everything from the customer service to the delivery of the poster went above and beyond expectations. We are very happy and will definitely be calling back with more orders soon (hopefully with more lead time, but we are so thankful for the excellent hustle!) And the poster looks great!

I had issues with the delivery of my package that was supposed to arrive one day before a major conference (ironically with FedEx delivery). I came to this location in desperation and Jorge took care of my printing needs. This employee deserves a raise and a promotion!
