If you need flowers around Cambridge, please just grab an uber to the nearest Trader Joe’s - with a round trip it will still be cheaper.Nothing in the shop has prices. I rely solely on the knowledge of your florists. Unfortunately i dont know much about flowers, so i ask your florist to “please put something together for $50, i trust your vision”. Your florist proceeds to give me a “bouquet” with 2 rose sticks and a bunch of grass, that then proceeds to die TWO days after (with proper flower care, cutting, fresh water and plant food). arrangements x2 the size of what i got cost x4 cheaper virtually anywhere in the city, except Newbury street.And i received a “face” when i refused to tip. By far one of the worst shopping experiences anywhere in Boston.

Patrick McKenna: Always helpful, one of my go to shops in Cambridge for flowers. They are always willing to help, and have always provided great suggestions. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars is the pricing. It seems to be a little overpriced when you compare it to other flower shops and grocery stores such as Wegmans.

The cut flower selections were so exotic and reasonably priced! I selected a small bouquet for a friend and the young woman who helped me packaged the flowers so beautifully. We asked if they shipped, the gentleman who was there said yes. So I wrote down my information, and he estimated that the shipping would be around $5, so he added that to our ticket. My package arrived safely, and the shipping was noticeably more than the $5. I reached out to ask if I could pay the difference, and their response was “no, just come by and say hi next time you’re in town.” That is hands down amazing service! She was very straightforward with costs and helped me work within my budget. Laura Jean and her entire team were so easy to communicate and work with and they created the most beautiful wedding day for my husband and I. So many guests commented on the gorgeous floral and greenery designs too! She designed 3 different tablescapes for us and made me the most gorgeous bouquet! I was blown away when I saw everything come to life on my wedding day- Laura Jean exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Laura Jean for any of your floral needs- you will not be disappointed!

Molly was living out of state and she had to trust that we were working for her and Zach. With chalk and props we drew the tabletop on the floor and constructed the table arrangements. I still have a photo on my phone to remind me how we started. From there it was smooth sailing despite the bride having a panic 2 weeks before the wedding that she had chosen the wrong colors, flowers, look….she hadn’t and LJ put her at ease.When we arrived at the farm I turned to Molly and said ‘she heard us, she did it’. That was LJ. She heard me when others doubted me. It was important to us that the farm not be changed or misrepresented and LJ understood that, what she did was to accentuate the natural beauty of the farm and make it look even more lovely.There were so many things that were perfect….the Chuppah; standing so glorious, covered in shades of pinks, whites and a hint of pale blue nestled in green foliage, the floral crowns for the female guests, handed out to them as they arrived by the LJ team, the arrangements on the tables with summer flowers and colors with a just picked airiness to them, the bride’s bouquet which brought me to tears…it was an arrangement that told you she was a summer bride with a love for flowers. I could go on forever! The day after the wedding I went to the farm and collected the table arrangements and distributed them amongst my neighbors as a thank you to them for being so kind and forgiving of noise and traffic during a very busy weekend. Each person called to thank ME for the beautiful arrangement that lasted nearly a week!Thank you LJ and your amazing team.I am forever your biggest fan.Kelly Kalick

I have purchased many flowers from the supermarket to make up for dumb things I have done but the gesture always came off as half hearted and wilted as the token of atonement I was presenting to my girlfriend. It was then that I actually came into the store and bought what I considered my farewell apology to my girlfriend. It wasn't much compared to what I had seen them make for big occasions over the weeks of walking by buy it was mine and it was perfect. When I came home, She was in the kitchen and had a bag packed. I gave her the arrangement and said I understood she had to do what was right for her and that I was sorry things had gone so bad so quickly. We talked for the next 6 hours about everything we were too proud and stubborn to talk about those last few months and when the sun rose we were smiling again. We still broke up because that's what happens in reality and eventually I passed away and became a ghost that haunts the internet. The last actual feeling I have in my spectral neural network is that LauraJean Floral & Design makes the most beautiful floral arrangements that any Man, Woman or Spirit could hope to witness in his or her or it's lifetime.
