Tiffany Lynch: This family-owned business creates consistently beautiful arrangements at very reasonable cost, and they’re incredibly reliable in their delivery. Haven’t bought flowers from anywhere else in years at this point and see no reason to buy from anyone or anywhere else!

As a floral designer for the Musuem of Fine Arts in Boston, I am not easily impressed with typical floral arrangements. However, this elegant, Asian inspired design with its choice of exotic plant material was lovely. We were so pleased and continue to enjoy it one week later. The bonus was a beautifully hand printed note card with a heartwarming sentiment from our daughters and families. I highly recommend this florist if you are looking for an original design of the highest quality.

God's Good Grief: Wow! Where do I start? Listen Coady Florists knows what real customer service is! They are a treasure to Cambridge. We used them to purchase a spray for my beloved friend's service on 4/11/2023. Mr. Dan the owner was amazing, kind, friendly, and honest. He asked about the person our friend was, listened to what we needed and delivered! The arrangement was so beautiful 😍 (sorry I didn't take a photo)Later that evening somone knocks on our door. It was Mr. Dan?! He explained to us that someone called him during the funeral service asking to have an arrangement delivered, but he told them he wouldn't be able to fulfill their request at that time, but he would happily deliver it to the family on his route home that evening.So here he stands at our front door. We were so surprised and thankful. All we could do was hug this man. He truly was a blessing to us in our time of grief. The Gregg family thanks you Mr. Dan 💝

Had someone else pick it up so I didn’t get to see the actual store but the process was effortless and the roses were wrapped nicely. Some definitely looked better than others but overall a convenient and efficient service.

They always give you great value for what you spend, don't try to upsell, are as welcoming for $3.50 small plant purchasers as for huge floral arrangement customers. A great local business--DO support it!

When I started to ask, she began to become angry (I guess she thought it was over my budget but I was just trying to check the math), so she just left me to the owner. Daniel Berson: I tried liking this place and supporting a local business but no more.TLDR - you will overpay A LOT for really subpar flowers. If you need flowers around Cambridge, please just grab an uber to the nearest Trader Joe’s - with a round trip it will still be cheaper.Nothing in the shop has prices. I rely solely on the knowledge of your florists. Unfortunately i dont know much about flowers, so i ask your florist to “please put something together for $50, i trust your vision”. Your florist proceeds to give me a “bouquet” with 2 rose sticks and a bunch of grass, that then proceeds to die TWO days after (with proper flower care, cutting, fresh water and plant food). arrangements x2 the size of what i got cost x4 cheaper virtually anywhere in the city, except Newbury street.And i received a “face” when i refused to tip. By far one of the worst shopping experiences anywhere in Boston.
Patrick McKenna: Always helpful, one of my go to shops in Cambridge for flowers. They are always willing to help, and have always provided great suggestions. The only thing holding it back from 5 stars is the pricing. It seems to be a little overpriced when you compare it to other flower shops and grocery stores such as Wegmans.

Not only for convenience but because of the beautiful arrangements, willingness to accommodate requests, and the excellent staff! They did a fabulous job preparing arrangements I had requested for an engagement party. They were also quick to let me know that they didn't have a specific type of flower that was pictured and proposed an alternative instead.They also usually have a nice selection of house plants! Can't recommend them enough.

The lady behind the counter didn’t seem to know anything and kept on having to ask “Martha” who was extremely unfriendly and clearly did not want any business. They had such beautiful flowers at competitive prices. But given there are so many florists in the area, this one is not worth it.

Wendy Guiles-Trombetta: This is what they call a blooming Easter Lily! This should never have even been out of the hot house let alone be sold for nearly $100 as an Easter gift! Clearly this business is about bait and switch as the order was from an out of town florist as part of the floral network and Wagner's refused to make it right! There are many reputable florist in the Boston area unfortunately this is not one of them.
