Ripped an illegal u-turn on Mass Ave almost hitting a car. Speeding 35-40 in a 20 at rush hour in the snow. Swerved onto sidewalk to avoid waiting for left turning driver- on Elm St Somerville, at rush hour, in the snow, with pedestrians everywhere. Drove in bike/breakdown lane during road rage incident, screamed at driver, then almost hit 2x cars making illegal turn from breakdown lane.This all occurred in the .25 miles I was following this driver during my commute. In the snow and ice.Long story short: This company is going to seriously injure or kill someone if this kind of driving continues. Also, your stuff will likely get broken from being jostled when the driver swerves over a curb onto the sidewalk.
joseph dominick: Didn’t use their service but just had one of their drivers almost run a few cars (including me) off the road. Very aggressive driving. Wouldn’t trust them to transport my stuff safely. Way over the speed limit and also it’s called a turn signal buddy..it’s not hard to use.

JOE TURNER: Assisted a client in locating and purchasing a hard to find vehicle. Only problem is that the car was located quite a distance away. After researching and contacting several car shipping companies I came across Shepherd International, and decided to use them for the job. Cannot say how pleased I am with the professionalism and fair pricing. 5 stars all the way. Will definitely use them again if needed.

They were super helpful and responsive, always happy to answer any questions or deal with any concerns. (and easy to get in touch with, unlike some other places we checked out!)The shipping was professional and efficient. Errol Terrell: Before my gf and I got engaged, we were in a long distance relationship. she was in Canada while I was in the States. We were so excited when we got engaged. When we were making our future plans, we decided we were going to live in Calgary.We scheduled the wedding, and I had to move there before the ceremony. I was so overwhelmed because everything happened so fast and I had so much to do. My mother suggested hiring a moving company and I agreed. I actually didn't have anything to do with it. My mom scheduled an in-home estimate that was free, and a few days later movers from Shepherd International Moving were at my house. I expected to pay a lot of money because I didn't want to do anything regarding the moving process. But the price turned out to be reasonable and affordable, and they didn't have any hidden fees. I still can't believe how quickly the movers packed everything!The best part was that they brought all the moving supplies and the moving boxes, too. I watched them carefully wrap and pack every item in my house. Besides the regular packing, I also chose the custom crating service for the fragile items in my house. I have this beautiful chandelier that is extremely delicate. When I told the moving crew about it, they suggested custom crating. It really was a good choice because it was shipped safely to my new address, along with everything else. I am really satisfied with Shepherd moving and recommend it to everyone!
Cary Hinson: We loved it!!! I can't thank these guys enough... I thought moving my sister from Boston to Germany is going to be a nightmare filled with stress, nervous breakdowns, and tons of money down the drain, but these guys proved us wrong. Extremely professional international movers, communicating with them was amazing, everyone was super polite and lovely, and the process was so simple. We organized a date for her move out, and they were at her location - right on time, packaged all stuff very carefully making sure that nothing gets damaged, and loaded it all up in their truck in record time. Delivery time was again, surprisingly quick, and all my sister's stuff got to Germany safe and sound, and not one thing broke, which I honestly didn't believe was possible when moving. I am incredibly happy with their services, and I recommend them to anyone that has to move from US to Europe!
Joon Yi: I left a review for the Evanston location, but I also promised the guys at Shepherd when I talked to them on the phone, that I would write for their location at Watertown (Boston) too. We stumbled upon the Evanston location to coordinate a move from Kenilworth to Bostona nd from Boston to London. My buddy lived in Kenilworth and fiance lived in Boston and they both were making the move to London to start their new life together.I'm really grateful to these guys to taking care of them. They took care of everything for them. Coordinating the move and helping them decide on a good date to pack up their belongings for them. I just heard back from them saying they weren't missing any boxes and none of their belongings were damaged. I feel like there's usually always something missing or broken so I'm really grateful to Shepherd. Thanks guys!
Alton Anderson: There are some scammers around Boston so be careful. Shepherd is one of the very few companies who seems to really get the whole international moving world. They took great care of everything I shipped to Vancouver. Rates were very fair for the sort service you get from them in return. Even though the move seemed very complicated (because of the distance and getting past customs) there were no complications at all. They had the experience and know how to make it smooth. Roz Stanley: I can't say enough great things about Shepherd International Movers! I was helping my parents move to Ireland so we needed a company that worked internationally. My parents had enough worries on their plate so I wanted to take care of finding a moving company for them. First, the employees at Shepherd immediately calmed my worry of moving since my parents were moving internationally. I was nervous their keepsakes and belongings might get lost or broken, but with their timely communication and sincere understanding, I was assured they would take care of their stuff. They were great with timely replies to my questions. On the day of the move, they were on time, which if you've EVER moved before, time is of the essence! They took care of my parents' stuff and treated everything with care. I watched them load some of the stuff, and I was amazed how in tune they were with what they were doing. Their great attitudes made moving day easier and a better experience. When I got to Ireland with my parents, I was anxious to check their stuff and move them in to their new place. When I looked through all their belongings at their new home, they were all in tact, nothing was broken, and I was happy! I'm so glad I found a company that works well and efficiently. This was a great experience, and I've got their card on my fridge just in case I need them again!

Once I came across Shepherd International Movers, I knew that I found the right international movers for me.First, I gave them a call and I was amazed by how their staff handles their potential clients. Their representative explained everything in detail. I was even offered a free moving cost estimate by Skype, which really helped because I was on a tight budget.When the moving day came, they handled everything. I had a lot of things to pack and they packed everything extremely well. They also provided wooden crates for my paintings, which I did not know existed I chose to have my belongings shipped by their ocean freight shipping option and I was able to track my belongings during the shipping process, which is pretty amazing. All of my things arrived in time and everything was safe and sound and nothing was damaged, not even a little. I am very thankful for the guys at Shepherd. Their staff was extremely kind and all of them are trained professionals. I am also happy to say that their services are reasonably priced, and it is my opinion that their services worth every cent. Should I need to move overseas again, I will definitely hire Shepherd International Movers.
Kimball Joseallen: Working with Sunset was like solving a very difficult puzzle. I was having a hard to choosing which business to trust for our move to Manchester. All the quotes we got seemed ok but many of the companies we looked at had a very up and down history handling out of country moves. We couldn't find that much dirt on Shepherd and they so nice over the phone we felt most comfortable with them after reading through all the terms. Our move ended up going even better than originally planned. We found out a few weeks after our stuff was on route that everything would arrive 4 days earlier than expected. Loved our Europe movers. Great group of hardworking guys.

Richard Marx: Unhelpful staff and terrible service.
Sam Ennis: Went out to try to get passport photos at businesses that advertised "passport photos" on their website. FedEx store was open but being renovated and photos were unavailable. CVS said their camera was broken. Walgreens just said "no" and wouldn't elaborate further. At the fourth location, (this UPS store), they actually accepted money in exchange for a good and service. Five stars.
Winsome James: I have a mail at 955 Massfor about 8 years. The new owner Laurie and her associates are very disrespectful and rude. They will call your phone very desperately asking for payment. On Saturday Feburary 11,2023 I went to pick up my mail. I was approached in front of a line of customers asking me for payment. I was shock! I said to the kid(I will call you with the payment)The owner Larie then chased me out side and said pay now or cancel the box.I will never go back there. Very disappointed.

Francine(the manager) must be made of pure golden kindness because I have never seen her become impatient or flustered. I've seen people hauling fragile items out of a sack 1 minute before closing, people who have no clue about UPS vs USPS, and through all of it the staff there explains it to them. I wish I knew all the staff names in order to thank them here!

lakota sandoe: Lindsey, Omar, Francine and the crew there (Justin i think has moved on) are so great. They're always so patient and have helped me with so many things over the years. They are always busy and dealing with entitled, stressed customers (because UPS itself sucks imho) but they work hard to keep up, are always generous with their time and helpful and are willing to go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Most recently they helped me with a big mailing on behalf of an estate move job and there were a lot of moving pieces and information kept changing so it was a bit chaotic but they never lost their cool and went the extra mile. I'm going to miss these guys at my neighborhood ups store! great customer service is hard to come by these days!

Jaye Aster Broder: Major kudos for the kind and pleasant woman working two registers at once. This UPS store is in a busy location with long lines and what appears to be under staffing. They have most services here but if you just need to ship a pre-labeled package, you’re better off going to a UPS access point. There are a lot of boxes all over the store.
Barbara Berger: I want to thank Francine for the excellent service she provided yesterday. She helped me send about 170 pages of important papers. She suggested that I email the material rather than Fax the material because it would be a lot faster and less expensive. She advised me to call the recipient to make sure that the emails had been received, she gave me the store's business card for me to call today if there was any problem, she asked for my email address so she could contact me today when she came in for her afternoon shift and she asked me if I was a member of AAA so that she could give me a discount. I am grateful for all of this help and extremely impressed by her professionalism.
Sanjay Gadi: Lori, the store owner, was an incredible help during both of my visits. She gave me clear information about box pricing and assisted me in choosing the correct type and size of boxes for my shipping needs. The actual process of shipping was quick and hassle free, and she handled my boxes with care. I appreciated her offering to reinforce my boxes with more packing materials. She also helped me cut down a box to a smaller size to improve stability and reduce the price. I was especially impressed at how patiently she helped all of us despite a very busy weekend with a line out the door. She even extended her store hours that weekend to help us out. Though the boxes are a bit more expensive than other locations I've seen, I would definitely recommend her store--she will provide you the help you need!
Chris Murphy: Apparently this UPS store is under new ownership. It's a shame. I came here for years prior to today, and always appreciated the convenience and the service. Sadly, my visit today was so disappointing that I do not plan on returning. More than anything else it was the rudeness that rubbed me the wrong way. For example, pointing out every little thing I did "wrong," when I was doing things exactly the same as I been on previous visits to the store. It felt very condescending.
Christopher Morici: This location makes you pay a “tape fee” when you come with an open box. They even make you pay when the box is already taped shut but they have to tape the shipping label on it.

Alexander Le: Worst UPS Store in the Boston and Greater Boston Area. They don’t print out shipping labels for you. They request that you use the computer to log into your email client to print out your label manually vs just emailing them directly and pay a small fee. I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere if you need to print your label.

Today I went in and waited 10 minutes with my ready to ship package that just needed a receipt while they priced out several boxes someone else had where they could have asked the same questions and finished my package without slowing down the other customer at all. They also apparently don’t do anything to try to enforce their loading zone parking spot because a giant truck was parked there the entire time.I was trying to save time going to a UPS store on my route but I guess it was a bad idea. I’ll never return to this store. Horrible service, bad organization, and inaccessible location.

Stephane Cherduville: Very bad service, the staff has poor communication skills. I can't recommend anyone to ship their car to Haiti with this company. My car has been at the Fall River port since August 2021, today is December 16th 2021 and I'm still not sure when the cargo ship will leave.I'm very desapointed with the situation and it seems I have no recourse at this point.I'm writing this review as a notice to anyone else who plans to use the services of this company.
Love me Love my dog: My car has been with Marine Express for over 3 months. When I was giving it to them they said , "it would take a week to be shipped. " Last time I called them, they said, "They were waiting for February 7 due to the country's political unrest. From December to April now, the still have my car. They're VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. No follow up. They do not keep their words. They must be out of business.
wise zazouwood@Yahoo.com: Marine Express is the worse company ever.I paid them $2900 to ship 2 cars to Haiti ( 2 years ago) and when the car get to Haiti ,both of them were damaged.I take a second chance with them ( Marine Express ) . I paid them $2900 for 2 cars since January 29th 2021 so every time I call them to check if they ship the cars, the staff members always give me different stories . One them even tell me that the cars already passed customs and they will be ship as soon as the boat arrives.Finally the boat came in last week of February and guess what they did not send the cars so when I call them today they say the cars will go next trip which is maybe at the end of March. A b***s*** company .NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Zoe Lelio: Horrible business, I sent two cars to Haiti paid 3000$ both cars reached Haiti completely damaged, when I call to filed a complaint. They claim that I didn’t take insurance they couldn’t do anything about it. How can both cars get damaged at same time. I have feeling they know which cars that pays for insurance and which one that didn’t. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Worst experience of my life. Never again
