Made me an appointment and we met and sorted everything out efficiently and fairly. He is a great guy and has a great business. Highly recommend!!Saw a listing on his site and called him as I was interested in the product. Super friendly on the phone and I asked about shipping. He was very open to it as I wasn’t nearby. Chris has tried to get what he can and I’ve never seen him price gouging on ammo or firearms throughout the past two years.He always has something interesting, I’m a HK fanboy so he covers my choices very well. I might just have few more of them because of this…Original 2 year old review as was below.Chris has all the HK models that are Mass Compliant, USP, HK45, P2000, P30 and VP9s. If he can get it, he will. If you’re looking for an Heckler & Koch I would recommend trying here.I have had him order a few things that he wouldn’t stock due to low demand and it was easy enough. Who’s looking to get a Ruger 77 in 357 Mag just by chance.His used prices are the best I’ve seen around, especially for preban firearms when he has them.He’s a 1 man shop so you might swing by and find out he closed for a day to enjoy a weekend or stepped out for lunch. He’s open Monday through Saturday so I can never find fault in someone looking to take some time off.

For a small shop, he had a good amount of inventory, and for whatever he doesn’t have, he has a solution for it. Hey JT: I'm active law enforcement and went to J&J Arms to purchase a firearm. I was the only customer in the store and asked sales person if they had a Glock 35 in stock. He asked if I meant a Glock 34, I said no, I want to purchase a Glock 35 .40cal. The sales person said he'd have to order it. Before I could tell him to order it, a white male customer walked in. Both sales men turned their attention to the white guy and must have thought, hey, let's ignore the black guy and smooch the white guy's butt. I'm surprised they didn't offer to clip his toe nails & give him a back rub. Keep in mind this was potentially a 700 hundred dollar sale. No problem, I'll take my money elsewhere. These guys are clowns and their guns are over priced. 🤡🤡

The representative helping me, Cam, was incredibly helpful, patient, and persistent in making sure I left the store with what I wanted. While I was taking up Cam's valuable time, the store owner, Joshua, was busy doing everything from managing phones, to helping customers place orders, to showing customers products and giving thorough explanations on everything. Overall, great experience and great selection of items, too. Truly something for all budgets and price ranges while never being made to feel that your time is worth less because your firearm is.A truly good spot, great addition to the state of MA, and exemplary representatives of Dedham, the 2A, and safety. Add this to your list of "places I should visit when I'm looking to make my next firearm purchase."Oh, and one more thing - they had a great toy drive going on for kids. If that doesn't tell you what kind of people run and work at this store, nothing will.6 stars out of 5.

Tehknique: Very disappointed..went and visited today for the first time bought some range ammo and one of the boxes was missing 10 no biggy but for my first experience it kind of ruined it

We were able to book an appointment which is as great because we were coming from far away and made things so much easier.We were greeted by the three gentlemen very warmly and with what I felt was genuine excitement to help us purchase our first firearms. We told them right when we got there that we were prepared to spend a good amount of money as long as we got things that we’re going to work but really great for us. My boyfriend would like to leave his own review so I will just focus on my experience personally.I am terrible with names and want to start off by saying everyone that worked there was extremely helpful and kind. However it was the taller gentleman that was mainly helping me and I couldn’t thank him enough. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He really took the time to find the perfect carry piece for me and he was really honest, I didn’t feel like he was pressuring or up selling me at all.I ended up getting the Springfield Armory Hellcat and I absolutely love it.My experience was a 10 out of 10 and I absolutely will be returning.Thank you to all of you for your help and I can’t wait to tell you how I do at the range.

Took them 10 mins with 2 people in the store to ask me if I needed help with anything. They all have very bad social skills and make you feel very VERY unwelcomed as a customer you should never feel that. Do yourself a favor don't bother with these rude grumps because clearly they can't be bothered with you. Read reviews they all say the same thing. Go to four seasons.

William Smith: I am not one for leaving reviews but I like these guys and had a good experience with them so I feel like they should get a good review. I had been looking for a particular rifle for a while. I was also looking for a particular pistol. I had been to a dozen stores and was just making the rounds so to speak when I came across this place. They had the rifle I had been looking for so I bought it and they took my name for a waiting list on the pistol. I have been on a couple of "lists " for both of these firearms but never had a call back. And a lot of places won't take a list. Bill called me a week later and told me the pistols had come in and reserved one for me. So it worked out well for me, and I found their pricing to be good also. I know the pistol sells elsewhere for $50-$150 more. I would definitely go back in the future.

I ended up buying some air pistol stuff and went down to 4 seasons and bought a new Ruger mark 4.

After a while a rude condescending A-hole asked what I wanted. I said I was there to buy some stuff and look around. He told me I need gloves on. ( I was already wearing my mask) I went out to my truck and put on a pair of latex gloves. I picked out some items and was going to go cash out. I asked Mr. rude A-Hole why I was the only one in the store wearing gloves. He surlily said they aren't touching anything. I turned around and put everything I was about to buy back and left. I competitively shoot in two pistol leagues. I will make sure my teammates go to 4-Seasons in Woburn.
