It’s really slow and squeaky and you need to hold down a button for it to go down. On the bright side, it gives you some time to push the door open if you’re afraid of it. Unfortunately, the downstairs bar area is closed until 5, so you can’t use the pool table until then. However, it’s not worth it because it’s in terrible condition. The ordering is done via a tablet which is unique and they require a phone number or some way to contact you when your order is ready to pick up. So the ordering is completely on the person ordering and not on a cashier. You can get your order to go and they have seats as well. We chose to eat there and they have some seating downstairs as well as upstairs which is great as any other place we went at 3 on a Sunday we would have had to wait quite a while.The food was good and we received it without a long wait. The only issue was one person waited a while past everyone else. They went to check on the order and it was waiting there where they never received a notification. Maybe there are a few glitches with their notification system so just mentioning it but it was fine for the rest of us.For a quick bite while hanging around Harvard Square, this is a pretty good, and reasonably priced place to go.
