Bill Mallett: Most recent trip 4/22/23:Food is amazing, but if you're there during rush hour, they'll try to take away your food while you're still eating and tell people who just arrived that they're waiting on you (and gesture to where you're sitting). I thought common courtesy would have told them there are better ways to approach such situations. Dropped them from 5 stars because of this as they appear to struggle to handle crowds and maintain good customer service, which is a pity because otherwise it's an incredible place to eat.First trip: Went there with kids and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The service was phenomenal!One other thing: although there are a number of places with similar toppings on burgers, the quality of the burger itself is a cut above even the closest competitor. If you're in Boston, this is the place you have to go for a burger.

Michael Budda: If you want a burger, then go here. If you don't want a burger, then don't go here. It's as simple as that. The fries were nice and crispy too. Not the overly thick kind. It's not a fancy place, but there is old-school Hollywood memorabilia all over giving you a diner-esque feel. It's not for everyone but I enjoyed it! The names of the burgers are also quite good and provoke a chuckle 😆.

Lloyd Stevens: The burgers are really good. The staff are friendly, and are always smiling.They are located across the street from Harvard Yard, and have hosted a ton of famous people there. You can see who sat were, and it's really fun to see who sat where you are.Parking is a bit of a pain, but there's metered parking with time limits of 2 hours, so you can see some of the sites after you eat.

There is a decent selection of pints of beer, cider, and canned options. The tater tots 25-person tray are quite a hit. The fries 25-person tray are hard to serve with the plastic spoons.

Sketches for you: The food is amazing, I come here often. There’s an elevator inside that looks like it goes down to a train station, but it doesn’t. It’s really slow and squeaky and you need to hold down a button for it to go down. On the bright side, it gives you some time to push the door open if you’re afraid of it. Unfortunately, the downstairs bar area is closed until 5, so you can’t use the pool table until then. However, it’s not worth it because it’s in terrible condition. The fabric on top is ripped and dirty in many places.

Stephen Kluczkiewicz: Went here with my daughter, my brother and his wife, and a friend of my brother after going to the Brattle theater on a Sunday afternoon. The ordering is done via a tablet which is unique and they require a phone number or some way to contact you when your order is ready to pick up. So the ordering is completely on the person ordering and not on a cashier. You can get your order to go and they have seats as well. We chose to eat there and they have some seating downstairs as well as upstairs which is great as any other place we went at 3 on a Sunday we would have had to wait quite a while.The food was good and we received it without a long wait. The only issue was one person waited a while past everyone else. They went to check on the order and it was waiting there where they never received a notification. Maybe there are a few glitches with their notification system so just mentioning it but it was fine for the rest of us.For a quick bite while hanging around Harvard Square, this is a pretty good, and reasonably priced place to go.
