Charlene Kenney: tonightworst management company ever they give canned minutes of meetings never get back to u if you go before the board with an issue u r just left in the dark always have an excuse for everything their maintenance staff is good but overwhelmed because he is limited in the time he is apportioned to be on the premises until very recently they were actually running the board meetings here and they are a vendor!!! they r supposed to work for the owners seem to always be on vacation would never recommend them igave them a raving review awhile back my eyes have been opened since then I moved to salem place frm costellation wharf in the navy yard in charlestown managed very efficiently by lundgren mgt I recently became aware that thayer manages Flagship Wharf in the navy yard lots of money in the navy yard they seem to give better services to their wealthier clients still know people at Flagship I think they should know how Thayer treats their other clients who r not so well heeled tonight have water coming into my unit nothing is being done about it have had neighbors take pictures of it called maintenance they r aware of the problem nothing is being done perfect example of thayers policies the one with the mosy fee gets their first priorty this management comp any is the pits

I’m appalled that Thayer and Associates will not allow my poor mother to enjoy sitting by the pool on one of her last summers. My mother and many others in her building are unhappy with Thayer and Associates and if they do not meet our demands then change will come and they will no longer be in business with this company.

Sarah Iwany: Thayer and Associates was responsible for some of the worst planning and building management I’ve ever seen. They make up ludicrous rules and don’t fix things in a timely manner. Extremely disappointing.

James B: WORST EVER, horrible management! Thayer manages condos where we live. We are very disappointed with the firm and staff. The handling of multiple issues confirms consistent disrespect of owners' rights and lack of focus on owner / customer service. Their primary concern was mostly financial and legal - i.e. how to protect their own interests and push costs of any issues or damage to the owners. It usually took forever to get an issue resolved.

Iman Moawad: I was looking for a specific list of items in a condo but honestly good building management wasn't something I considered until I had to deal with the absolute worst company for the first few months after moving in. I'm talking alarms going off for days, elevator going down the day before my move-in with no warning or apology or accountability, the parking structure being down with our cars stuck 10 feet in the air, etc. And while all of these may be normal growing pains of a new building, we were treated so poorly by the building management when we would call to ask for assistance that most of us gave up and stopped calling. Thankfully, Tim of the Platinum Realty Group took over and to say it was a breath of fresh air is a complete understatement. He deals with things proactively rather than retroactively, keeps open lines of communication, and is so pleasant to speak with. I am so grateful that they took over!

And finally, we are a small building with just 8 units. Most property managers didn't want to work with us because of our size, but we are thrilled that Platinum took us on as a client.

Garey House: This review has been long overdue! Moved to Cambridge back in 2007 and was scrambling for a place to rent. Skyline was thoughtful and listened to our story. I didn’t have the most stellar references as I was coming from out of state (highest rent I paid was $425) and had no current work (because I just moved). They worked with a local landlord and negotiated a lease. I highly recommend you to talk to Alex and his team when looking for that place to rent or buy. They are still rocking it today with great service.
