Venkat Narayanan: Sorry I did not explain why I gave a 5 star rating. Here is why.I went there for a part that was very difficult to find (three different hardware stores). The staff (a lady and a gentlemen) spent like 20 to 30 minutes finding the right part for me, after browsing thru different vendors' catalogs and made a special order with overnight turn around. Service like this, is what keeps bringing business back over and over. Thanks

Jane the parts manager saved the day for us. The gentleman who answered my call was friendly and the other who ran my order outside (COVID) was friendly too. These are stressful times and this experience wasn’t at all. I highly recommend looking to this company for your needs.

John Hoffman: I needed a special coupler for a fire hose which I attach to a submersible pump to drain water from my inground pool. I had never been to R&A before but when I walked in Joe at the counter promptly and politely greeted me and fixed me right up with what I needed.It was so refreshing not to have a counter worker act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Thanks again to Joe...you are a credit to R&A Industries.

rick brownfield: Went there to have hose made and great service. They say that they have other inventories but I do not know. It says they are open on Saturdays so I drove there and place was locked up. On the sign is a second number you call for Saturdays. That info would be nice to see here instead leting people think that the doors are open on Saturdays instead of them knowing that Saturdays are emergency/ after hours service

Cheryle Carson: Got the worst tax advice in my life, "don't pay payroll tax, just take money out as an owner contribution" so got a total tax bill of over $9,000.00 and just got another $774.00 fine for improper filing of a business form. Thanks a lot - Get a real CPA firm if you need help with small business accounting/taxes
