Tadashi Kamitaki: The locksmith KeyMe sent was awful. If you're locked out of your apartment and need to get in, look elsewhere. Expect hundreds of dollars of total cost and shoddy, sub-par work.
Ryan Trager: Needed 3 keys for 2 different locks. The first one worked perfectly for 1 lock. The second lock I needed 2 keys for and neither works. It's clear that the machine left an outdent on the end of the key that is making it not fit into the key slot. Poor quality. I gave the machine my email and also did not receive a receipt for my order. Poor communications. I tried to call the phone number listed but it doesn't even work. Overall very disappointed in this service and do not plan to use again. I've added a photo of the key where it clearly is protruding incorrectly

Steven Swanton: Nice and easy to duplicate house keys. Kiosk located inside 7-eleven so I was in and out in 10 minutes or so.Pricing was more obscured than I'd like. No summary screen or equivalent which seems ripe for abuse, but my receipt via email after the fact showed about $25 for 4 keys. Not bad

Deepanshu Soni: Beware!!beware!!beware!!Good reviews are by their own buddies.They would literally rob you, that’s how I felt after my first experience with them.My issue was with pcm/security module which I already knew. The csr said it’s $180 for programmed keys and if it’s some other issue with the car the technician would let me know while diagnosing and that’s all they told.The technician (little Hispanic bald guy 30s-40s) asked me $180 upfront and after sitting/pretending to fix the keys for a while said he thinks there’s some short circuit in the wiring which he can’t pinpoint. FYI, I recorded the whole conversation. It’s hilarious and I’ve already reported it to BBB.The guy started arguing that he’s just a locksmith and he’s not a mechanic and that he doesn’t have the proper equipment to figure out which part is bad. I mean obviously if PCM needs reflashed, your hi-tech computer should tell you from which point the signal is not being carried forward. That’s all for $187.20 I paid him for diagnosis. The guy also argued that $180 which the CSR told, was just for cutting the keys and programming was separate. Really, $180 for cutting the keys without programming when I can literally have the keys cut for less than $20.Hire better auto-locksmiths management 🤔
Rasy Chea: Id give it zero stars if i couId. I dont know the name of the technician but he physically took the chip out of my key fob and denied it. Then syas that he cant access the computer system to program a new key. Not sure why he wants the chip but he defintiely took it out either lost it or something. Since i only have 1 key that broke off the fob that no longer has a chip in it I now have to tow the car to the dealer to get a new key made.

He managed to be there before my work and make me a new set of keys. The same night my cars ignition was causing problems and the keys weren’t starting so I called him, he again came at 11pm to fix it. Great service, thank you so much Asher!

Aboveallconstruction: My wife lost the key to her car at a restaurant. I phoned around for a locksmith and the prices where extortionate, that's until I called unlock. His price was literally 80% cheaper than the cheapest quote I could get. Although he new I was desperate he didn't bump up the price and was with me within 30 minutes of putting down the phone. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! thanks once again, I really do appreciate it.
