Tiffany Davidson: I would absolutely give this place negative stars if possible. I used there washing services for our office laundry and received a load back, every item was stained significantly with purple spots. The woman who owns the place tells me that I stained the laundry, her employee is so honest that I am lying and I should tell the truth about what chemicals I used to stain the laundry. I am not even kidding. She told me to just be honest and say what I used to stain the laundry. They refused to take any responsibility or compensate for damaging 7-8 items of clothing. The most untrustworthy owner I have ever encounter. Beware.
Mitchell Petrillo: Not happy with the dry cleaning job done on my ski jacket. The Brand letters were missing from the jacket when I picked it up from this place and now all you can see if a patch of glue where the letters are supposed to be. This is an expensive ski jacket and the cost to get it dry cleaned was expensive too! Very unsatisfied.

Jose Bro: I like this little laundromat. It's super clean and organized. The girl at the desk is very nice and always willing to help if there's an issue. It's a bit on the small side but it's very cozy. And very clean!! Plus there's a place right next door where you can grab a slice of pizza while you're waiting for your clothes to dry.

B G: DOUBLE CHARGEDNot happy.They have done a good job cleaning my suit, and the establishment is neat and tidy. My issue with this business is that they ask for payment when you drop off your item which is fine, but when I picked up my suit today they charged me again. I told them that it was paid for when I dropped it off as per their request and also per the sign on the front window, to which they basically called me a liar, and got argumentative when I pointed towards the sign.I'll give two stars because my suit is clean, but I can and will get the same clean somewhere else and just pay once.I will not be back to this business.

Alexander Thorpe: The washers are fine, but the dryers are absolute trash. They take literally 3 times longer (on high heat) to dry clothes than dryers at other laundromats. I could leave my clothes out in the rain and they'd dry faster. There goes my entire Sunday I guess.
Foodie MD: Affordable and clean.
Lou A: They're open later than many others, so that's a plus. But the idiotic token system makes you walk around with extra tokens when you don't need them anymore (waste of money). And most recently a washer barely added any water, no soap was seen, and when I called to report it, no one answers or returns your call. I only had enough to dry my unwashed clothes and leave. Waste of money and time. The shop down the block takes cc so I'll use them in the future since i can appeal the charge if things go bad.

Frank Garrett: I think there’s a frequent customer who plays pranks by stealing a sock out of the machines because I keep having single socks unaccounted for. Make sure to watch your clothes and report missing things for the cameras to be reviewed
Sapna Rao: Been coming here for a few years now as the location is convenient. A quiet shop with plenty of machines, and management keeps it clean. Only recently we've experienced an issue across many of the dryer machines not working properly - clothes still very wet after drying for extra time. Management has been unresponsive to calls on the matter.
Alex Vuong: Awful. None of their coin machines work except for "token only." The machine ate my bill and gave me nothing. I didn't see the extremely faded sign until after. Knocked on the door to what I thought was management multiple times and no one ever came out to help me. Laundromat has the bare minimums, is small and inconvenient, and overall was an unpleasant and unhelpful experience. They took my money, offered no help, and was overpriced anyways. Would not recommend.
Randal Jones: Great hours of operation (6a-10p); enough washers and dryers (reg and large loads); folding tables; ample seating. I do wish there was a sink with running water and a bathroom accessible to the public. The Wi-Fi is seamless, and the management keeps the premises clean. I’d prefer my own washer/dryer, but this place is an acceptable alternative.
Tlc Tlc: Small laundry operation - no carts, no restroom, no sink, no dollar change machine, etc.. 😔! Machines are questionable, as they don't indicate what stage of the washing cycle they're in and also don't seem to sud well/ process enough water into the machines. You just don't see much action so are tempted to keep adding more soap. Condition of clothes upon completion was reasonable; stains remained - so IDK. The facility can be used, but please don't have any high expectations.
John Juices: It's clean, and usually not over-crowded but the token system is annoying (and the tokens are sticky/gross), the laundry machines do not work very well, and there is never any attendant or anyone there. But if laundry has to be done, it has to be done! With these things, unfortunately location is basically the only relevant factor.
Christina Hare: Small but efficient laundromat. Tokens are completely useless elsewhere. Not thrilled about that aspect of the facility for that reason. I am only rating 3 stars because of the token system.

Robin Tanner: These guys lose a star for giving me TOKENS for my 10 bucks, which are completely useless anywhere else. I’m passing through, it should cost 4 bucks for a load, instead I’m paying almost 3x that when you include the cost of the soap. With that said, it is a quiet location, machines seem to work, no one here both times I’ve come. Also no extra charge for heavy soil/extra rinse, which is nice!

Rachel Baron: This place is even more rundown than it was years ago it needs to be sold and completely refurbished it is very small and moving around is inconvenient especially if you bring a cart full of laundry. It just keeps on degenerating somebody should call the board of health on this place at this point.
Diana Schwartz: The washing machine does not wring clothes well. The place is dirty most of the machines are broken.

Sharon Obeng: Sorry to say the machines have ripped up my clothes on different occasions and I keep losing money in the machines and when you call no one answers lately and no-one return my calls. Many of the machine especially the dryers no longer works. I met the owner and he seem to be nice but now it's like he has abandon the business. I'm really fed up but I come here because it's the closest in walking distance to play Russian roulette with my clothes.
Fritz Hull: Owner is super nice (and wears a mask!), any machines that are out of service are clearly labeled, and because there are no places to sit no one is loitering around inside (ie COVID risks are decreased). Very happy to support this business. 10/10 would recommend for safety reasons alone, not to mention ample machine availability and folding space. 23Jan2021.

Some washing machines are old with odor and some are out of service. There's a customer service number on the wall but they barely pick up the phone. Only come here because it's close to my place.

You run a clean facility with no odor of any kind, and no witches that I could see in or near the facility that's cast a jinx on this place, as that woman was claiming 🙄
Zane Green: When I got there they said the minimum fee is 10lb even though I brought my laundry in. The website says minimum applies for pickup/ delivery. So I was cheated and had no other option as was time constrained. DISHONEST!!!
Carolyn Yang: Sabna at Metropolitan was so accommodating, understanding, and kind when I spilled quite a bit of detergent in the store. She also was very accommodating and attentive to the two duvets I brought in. They are such a wonderful local laundry mat and dry cleaner — could not recommend more strongly for all your needs!

Jacob Stern: They close extremely early and the owners are very rude. One time came to pick up my laundry 10 minutes after it was done and was berated by the woman there working at the time. Only reason I ever go is because it's the closest place to where I live. After my last experience there, I'd rather do my laundry in the Charles River.

It's good and people are friensly, but I always have a feeling like I'm being watched by someone and the last load policy is too early. It makes it very hard for someone to do laundry if they have work etc. Which is frustrating when it is the only one near me.
Joseph Brassard: Place closes at 9, we showed up at 7 and were told you couldn't even start a new load after 6:30. Doesn't take two and a half hours to run a single load of laundry! Just a company that doesn't want our business, I guess.

M. Dexter: I brought in two types of large plastic bags and when I went to load my car the male attendant helped himself to some of the bags I brought to bag my laundry. Another patron alerted me to this. I will never return to this location. In addition to this a good number of the washing machines (along the right side of the wall) smelled of mildew.
kiavash kiaee: No matter what you do the attendant will come and nag you to close the doors slower or put less detergent or double check when you're coming back, terribly controlling. And it's very hard to move around in this place as the layout is super jammed.

I called in advance but by the time I showed up they had changed their minds and were unwilling to give access to the coin-machine. Some neighborhood solidarity would be great, would have otherwise been happy to go back.

Landon Diaz: This place need some major improvements by management, both in quality of customer service and infrastructure. There are only 3 oversized washers and half the time at least one of them is out of order. There is NEVER any hot water available. Dryer doors will often break and/or pop open mid-cycle due to defective latches (this has happened at least a handful of times to me). It’s pretty clean for the most part, however I often find floor tiles coming loose and are a tripping hazard. The only reason I continue to use this place is because it’s a very short distance from my apartment. If Cambridge wasn’t so difficult to navigate/park, I would have taken my business elsewhere long ago.Update: lowered to 1 Star due to management shutting down the change machine to get quarters. Now you have to get quarters from their office which is only open on 3 business days from something like 8am-1pm. It’s almost as if they’re genuinely trying to make their customer’s lives more difficult. The one and only time I went to their office to get quarters, the man I spoke with gave me the third degree about how their quarters are for customers only and insinuated I wasn’t going to use said quarters at the laundromat. I’ve since taken my business elsewhere.

Gianna: BUYER BEWARE: I never rate anything so poorly but this laundromat is terrible. There is no way to get a hold of anyone even during their mon-fri 8a to 1p hours. The person(s) are never in the office and you can’t catch them as they open or close because they don’t keep to schedule. The machines eat your money and sometimes don’t even work but you wouldn’t know because no signs are posted. I have tried to make contact for over 3 weeks and have not been able to reach anyone. Also, none of the white machines use hot water (even though it’s an option). Even if you select warm water it only gives cold water. The overall energy is always negative as everyone doing their laundry are complaining over some wrong doing. Oh and the dryers do not dry effectively.

Uri Braun: Kind and welcoming owners. They're small and take the time to take care of their customers. Do a better job than the other around, but when I need a 24 hour turn around I go to one of their competitors. They do occasionally close so they can take a day off. My choice in the Harvard Square area.
Angela Joyce: I lugged all my stuff down there during regular hours and they told me they were closed. The worst! Businesses should keep the hours they post.

Matthew Whitaker: Went in to do a load this morning. None of the machines' credit card scanners were working ("no connection") and the change machine could not take a $20. I notice a lot of machines out of service week after week. Seems like management just doesn't care.
Teagan Sted: Seems under new management things have improved a bit but all relative. Half of the washers are always out, have had machines eat my money (charge card then freeze) and owner promised to refund but never did. Rates also just increased ~20% to $5.50/wash which is steep. 3 stars because I’ve at least been able to do my laundry every time I’ve used it, and comes out just fine.

D Eqb: Barely cleaned, urine smelling, and unventilated hothouse with broken card readers and empty change machine. Half the rusty machines were taped over (how does stainless steel rust?!). Half the remaining ones wouldn't start. Had to leave with half my laundry unlaudered, and the half that was laundered still wet.

Even after 45 minutes. Also sometimes you realize the machines would not start, and that after loading it with clothes and detergent.

Miles Johnson: Half the time the driers DO NOT DRY AT ALL. Some of them do, but it means i have to pay twice as much to dry my clothes, and no one is ever there so there's no way to get my money back. The ONLY reason anyone should ever use this place is if it is directly next to their apartment. I've been using this place purely out of convenience for the past year but if I were any less lazy or wealthier or had any other option I would not be. Like seriously I've probably spent like $50 over the past year on hour long drying sessions that do absolutely nothing. I hate this place so much please do not put yourself through the pain of coming here

Amanda Dull: Driers are completely unreliable and stop unexpectedly, 9 times out of 10. We have come back after the dry cycle should have been done only to find it ran for 5 min and then stopped. Absolute waste of time. Sweet Laundry in Somerville is much more reliable.

Joseph Brassard: Small and kinda dirty on the inside. People can't walk past each other to get to the dryers. At least they take credit cards! More expensive than other laundromats and the "Google Pay/Apply Pay" machines kept not accepting it, had to use credit cards.
ngoc shave: This place is suck! There’s no hot water even if you have the choice to pick to wash your clothes in hot warm or cold water & Only a little amount of water to wash clothes. The owner or the people who run this place they are rude, don’t mind their own business.This Place also very dirty.
Caroline Lee: This place sucks. It’s the only laundromat in the area but the dryers never work so you end up just wasting your time. They don’t ever have comment cards to get your money back or alert anyone to them being broken. This place just steals your money and time!
M G: I took a picture of a mouse in here but I guess I cant add photo proof? Seriously, avoid this place. Its bad, its always been bad, and the units tear holes in your stuff.Dryer's will stop halfway through the cycle and require a 'reset' (open and close lint tray), you don't lose your money but the clothes won't finish till a reset. Lets also not forget the holes in your clothes and how half the place is broken on any given day.
JD Trading: Credit card swipe doesn’t work, offers free WiFi but can’t connect, washers don’t spin well so clothes are drenched. Drive, walk the extra distance and go somewhere else. I will never return
LULU M: This place is dirty,old,&smelly ...I feel like my clothes got dirty from trying to wash them here

L. Colburn: they have huge machines that handle up to 60 pounds so great for quilts and blankets. otherwise an adequate laundromat. Machines can use credit cards too.
