Tiffany Davidson: I would absolutely give this place negative stars if possible. I used there washing services for our office laundry and received a load back, every item was stained significantly with purple spots. The woman who owns the place tells me that I stained the laundry, her employee is so honest that I am lying and I should tell the truth about what chemicals I used to stain the laundry. I am not even kidding. She told me to just be honest and say what I used to stain the laundry. They refused to take any responsibility or compensate for damaging 7-8 items of clothing. The most untrustworthy owner I have ever encounter. Beware.
Mitchell Petrillo: Not happy with the dry cleaning job done on my ski jacket. The Brand letters were missing from the jacket when I picked it up from this place and now all you can see if a patch of glue where the letters are supposed to be. This is an expensive ski jacket and the cost to get it dry cleaned was expensive too! Very unsatisfied.

Jose Bro: I like this little laundromat. It's super clean and organized. The girl at the desk is very nice and always willing to help if there's an issue. It's a bit on the small side but it's very cozy. And very clean!! Plus there's a place right next door where you can grab a slice of pizza while you're waiting for your clothes to dry.

B G: DOUBLE CHARGEDNot happy.They have done a good job cleaning my suit, and the establishment is neat and tidy. My issue with this business is that they ask for payment when you drop off your item which is fine, but when I picked up my suit today they charged me again. I told them that it was paid for when I dropped it off as per their request and also per the sign on the front window, to which they basically called me a liar, and got argumentative when I pointed towards the sign.I'll give two stars because my suit is clean, but I can and will get the same clean somewhere else and just pay once.I will not be back to this business.

Ken Winterbottom: The Laundry Room is a nice, clean, affordable place just a few minutes' walk from Lesley University and Harvard Law School. The manager, Don, is extremely friendly and helpful, and has change and detergent available at the front desk.I've also never seen dryers that dry your clothes this fast in my life. I usually need to wait an hour to an hour and a half for a load of laundry to dry, but the machines here do the job in under a half hour. Plus, there's free WiFi and comfy chairs for you to use while you wait.All in all, this is a great place to go! I highly recommend it.

Rachel Baron: This place is even more rundown than it was years ago it needs to be sold and completely refurbished it is very small and moving around is inconvenient especially if you bring a cart full of laundry. It just keeps on degenerating somebody should call the board of health on this place at this point.

Sharon Obeng: Sorry to say the machines have ripped up my clothes on different occasions and I keep losing money in the machines and when you call no one answers lately and no-one return my calls. Many of the machine especially the dryers no longer works. I met the owner and he seem to be nice but now it's like he has abandon the business. I'm really fed up but I come here because it's the closest in walking distance to play Russian roulette with my clothes.
Fritz Hull: Owner is super nice (and wears a mask!), any machines that are out of service are clearly labeled, and because there are no places to sit no one is loitering around inside (ie COVID risks are decreased). Very happy to support this business. 10/10 would recommend for safety reasons alone, not to mention ample machine availability and folding space. 23Jan2021.

Some washing machines are old with odor and some are out of service. There's a customer service number on the wall but they barely pick up the phone. Only come here because it's close to my place.

Cristin Sloan: Absolutely disgusting laundromat. Trash everywhere, dirty & moldy machines. Leaks all over the floor and the majority of the time, over half of the machines don't work at all. Within the last 3 weeks, I've seen the price of the washers & dryers go up at least three different times. Imagine paying almost $10 a load & your clothes come out dirtier than they went in. Or even more fun, your card is double charged with no refund in sight. This place is exploitative and grimey as hell. No thanks.
Alexander Sirigu: A blight on the neighborhood. Very likely your clothes come out dirtier than they went in. Avoid this place at all costs.
Alex Sirigu: Always filthy. The floors are gross and many of the machines stink. Most of the big washers have also been broken for months, or only accept coins while the change machine is broken. All in all it’s a dump that simply exploits the fact that people in the neighborhood have no other choice. Also insanely expensive at an average of $8.50 per wash.
Joseph DelPreto: The machines accept credit cards. We only used the dryers, but they worked well. It was easy to find available machines. There is a park within walking distance, which is a nice place to wait. There are also chairs and folding tables in the laundromat.

Alex Vuong: Coin machines work. They offer a variety of products for washers and dryers. Many machines as well as free wifi. Only gripe is the card reader wasn't working for me but since the coin machine was, there wasn't an issue. An ATM is also available as needed. Definitely the best laundromat in east Cambridge

Landon Diaz: This place need some major improvements by management, both in quality of customer service and infrastructure. There are only 3 oversized washers and half the time at least one of them is out of order. There is NEVER any hot water available. Dryer doors will often break and/or pop open mid-cycle due to defective latches (this has happened at least a handful of times to me). It’s pretty clean for the most part, however I often find floor tiles coming loose and are a tripping hazard. The only reason I continue to use this place is because it’s a very short distance from my apartment. If Cambridge wasn’t so difficult to navigate/park, I would have taken my business elsewhere long ago.Update: lowered to 1 Star due to management shutting down the change machine to get quarters. Now you have to get quarters from their office which is only open on 3 business days from something like 8am-1pm. It’s almost as if they’re genuinely trying to make their customer’s lives more difficult. The one and only time I went to their office to get quarters, the man I spoke with gave me the third degree about how their quarters are for customers only and insinuated I wasn’t going to use said quarters at the laundromat. I’ve since taken my business elsewhere.

Gianna: BUYER BEWARE: I never rate anything so poorly but this laundromat is terrible. There is no way to get a hold of anyone even during their mon-fri 8a to 1p hours. The person(s) are never in the office and you can’t catch them as they open or close because they don’t keep to schedule. The machines eat your money and sometimes don’t even work but you wouldn’t know because no signs are posted. I have tried to make contact for over 3 weeks and have not been able to reach anyone. Also, none of the white machines use hot water (even though it’s an option). Even if you select warm water it only gives cold water. The overall energy is always negative as everyone doing their laundry are complaining over some wrong doing. Oh and the dryers do not dry effectively.

Alexander Thorpe: The washers are fine, but the dryers are absolute trash. They take literally 3 times longer (on high heat) to dry clothes than dryers at other laundromats. I could leave my clothes out in the rain and they'd dry faster. There goes my entire Sunday I guess.
Foodie MD: Affordable and clean.
Lou A: They're open later than many others, so that's a plus. But the idiotic token system makes you walk around with extra tokens when you don't need them anymore (waste of money). And most recently a washer barely added any water, no soap was seen, and when I called to report it, no one answers or returns your call. I only had enough to dry my unwashed clothes and leave. Waste of money and time. The shop down the block takes cc so I'll use them in the future since i can appeal the charge if things go bad.

Sapna Rao: Been coming here for a few years now as the location is convenient. A quiet shop with plenty of machines, and management keeps it clean. Only recently we've experienced an issue across many of the dryer machines not working properly - clothes still very wet after drying for extra time. Management has been unresponsive to calls on the matter.
Alex Vuong: Awful. None of their coin machines work except for "token only." The machine ate my bill and gave me nothing. I didn't see the extremely faded sign until after. Knocked on the door to what I thought was management multiple times and no one ever came out to help me. Laundromat has the bare minimums, is small and inconvenient, and overall was an unpleasant and unhelpful experience. They took my money, offered no help, and was overpriced anyways. Would not recommend.
Randal Jones: Great hours of operation (6a-10p); enough washers and dryers (reg and large loads); folding tables; ample seating. I do wish there was a sink with running water and a bathroom accessible to the public. The Wi-Fi is seamless, and the management keeps the premises clean. I’d prefer my own washer/dryer, but this place is an acceptable alternative.
Tlc Tlc: Small laundry operation - no carts, no restroom, no sink, no dollar change machine, etc.. 😔! Machines are questionable, as they don't indicate what stage of the washing cycle they're in and also don't seem to sud well/ process enough water into the machines. You just don't see much action so are tempted to keep adding more soap. Condition of clothes upon completion was reasonable; stains remained - so IDK. The facility can be used, but please don't have any high expectations.
John Juices: It's clean, and usually not over-crowded but the token system is annoying (and the tokens are sticky/gross), the laundry machines do not work very well, and there is never any attendant or anyone there. But if laundry has to be done, it has to be done! With these things, unfortunately location is basically the only relevant factor.
Christina Hare: Small but efficient laundromat. Tokens are completely useless elsewhere. Not thrilled about that aspect of the facility for that reason. I am only rating 3 stars because of the token system.

Lucy Wilmot: The ladies that work there are amazing tailors and take care of all of my very expensive dry cleaning. With regards to tailoring, they have hemmed jeans for me but kept the nice finished original hem and they have held up amazingly well. They also hemmed a romper, fixed the lining of my coat, and have hemmed really nice evening dresses of mine. With regards to dry cleaning, from a full glass of red wine on a grey coat, silk tank tops with stains, to expensive cocktail dresses, they handle all of my items with extreme care. They charge fair prices for the quality of handling they deliver, and if you’re a loyal regular customer they treat you especially well with discounts and expedited dry cleaning.

Bill the Handyman: States they aren't open to public and only doing dry cleaning... But you have a whole store full of units.. so... ???
Hermann Arnold: Very friendly and clean.
Uri Braun: Kind and welcoming owners. They're small and take the time to take care of their customers. Do a better job than the other around, but when I need a 24 hour turn around I go to one of their competitors. They do occasionally close so they can take a day off. My choice in the Harvard Square area.
Angela Joyce: I lugged all my stuff down there during regular hours and they told me they were closed. The worst! Businesses should keep the hours they post.
Jessica Stringfield Edwards: Small location but machines work great. $3 per load for the washer (apx 6 lbs) and $.25 for 4 mins per load in the dryer. Very large dryers. One dryer can hold two full washer loads. Change available. No wifi.

Kelly West: Great location, friendly helpful staff and much cleaner than other laundry places in the neighborhood. But I’m not sure how well insides of washing machines are cleaned, lots of dust on top of surfaces.
kkk wang: This laundromat is in the central square, and the service attitude is very good. I thank them Wash-Dry-Fold Service for me 3 years, and the price is affordable. Their dry cleaning is also quick.
Romaine Godfrey: Pearl street ruined one of my favorite shirts. The blue one I have on in my picture. After I brought it back they decided to bleach it and hide it in other shirts I got dry cleaned. I brought it back again and “manager” avoided me for weeks and kept saying it wasn’t fixed yet and then I went to pick it up, the manager explained that they can’t be sure how this happened and they are not liable for it.
Tristan Smith: Previously 2 stars now one. There temp charges rarely go away and on top of that I have seen them openly disrespect every black person I've seen in there. Even though it's across the street I will be going else where.

Chrissy Liang: My roommate and I got our clothes washed and folded at Pearl Street. The owner/worker was super nice and explained everything clearly. We had about 45 pounds of clothing- she got it done in less than 4 hours on a Saturday! All for less than $70!! The clean clothes were packed neatly into clear plastic bags. Socks were paired up for us. She also helped me load my clothes onto my Uber when it arrived and made sure I got in safely. Such a sweet person, and such great service. Laundry is always very overwhelming for me, and she helped me get back on track. I am extremely grateful and will definitely be coming back!
Dan Freeman: This is not the closest laundromat to me but I come here anyways because the woman who works it is very nice. Dry cleaning is reasonably priced and always comes back within a few days.
Bill the Handyman: The convenience is unparalleled, has the option to use your debit card and it's cheap enough that it's easily replaceable with any in house laundry you might have had access to. Tight space but there's loads of units to wash and dry with.
Aral Sürmeli: They ruined 4 tshirts and 2 sweatshirts of mine. Insisted that I put something in “that color“ which I have not. And when I went back, they were like oh this won't come out. Terrible, don't go.
Ace McDaniels: Fast self Laundrymat or you can do of your clothes for cleaning or dry cleaning. Great Friendly service at decent prices!!

Alice Wilson: Their washing machine ripped my laundry for the second time! The manager said they have nothing to do with it and told me never come back!I have been using the laundry machines here for over two years now. The first time my laundry got ripped was when the management changed. I told that to one of their employees and she only told me there is nothing she can do about it. She also said it is not going to help if I talk to the manager. Ok, since this is the first time this happened over a long time, I won't blame them.The second time was with a new staff. She took all my stuff out of washing machine when I was putting another load into the dryer. She said there are people waiting to use THE washing machine, while there are apparently two others available at that time. I wasn't happy about it because I know how my socks get hidden in the machines sometimes and it is likely to lose one or two without attention. And that happened!Worst of all when I finally started to put that load into the dryer, I found my towel got so dirty. I thought that it came from the towel being dragged on the ground when she took my stuff out. But she insisted that it's coming from being stuck in the washing machine. She didn't want to fix the dirtiness so the manager came to talk to me. The manager said it is what it is unapologetically and put detergent on it and flushed my towel in a dirty sink. In the end I wasn't able to take a picture because he cleared the evidence. The manager handed me that towel with a lot of residual detergent on it, and said he did me a favor by "cleaning it" in the dirty sink. I asked him if it's possible to wash it with the washing machine to at least get the detergent off. He said, “I already removed the mark so no, nothing more I will do, and just don't come back ever again!”
Melissa Wilkin: Spent 20 doing wash I put money in dryer it took my money I had to put more money and I had to go back to my house to get more. And they took my stuff out of the dryer when I was sitting right inside the laundry room so they can do there own wash.
Maxim Imakaev: Nice and clean place! Modern machines. The owner is very friendly and does her job well. Highly recommend.
Marilana Rufo: Great service… I use the drop off wash and fold, and they are always reliable and more affordable than most. They have never lost any of my items, and once when they washed it with scented detergent (I asked for hypoallergenic unscented everything), they re-washed it again no charge. Most of the people working here are very friendly, and if you become a regular they will remember your name! I highly recommend.

Climbing K2: very poor/absent customer service: New to the area and tried to set up shirt laundry. people who answer the phone are difficult to understand. After numerous efforts to set up a pick up service I was told that they won't pick up. Someone on the phone muttered that they don't do laundry for people from :africa" although I am not. I just have a dark skin. that is all. just appalling!
