Keezer's Classic Clothing: what do users think?
Kelita Cear: very pretty
Scott Warner: An amazing clothing selection of all sorts. Wild, classic, classy and unique. Whatever you’re looking for. The employees are super attentive, professional, nice and knowledgeable. They will help you find whatever you’re looking for and give amazing advice. Not only that-there is an insane team of tailors on staff for all your fitting and alteration needs.
Paul Donahue: Been coming here since getting a used tuxedo in high school 50 years agojust brought two bags of clothes and did a marvelous swap for a Blazer and a Tweed coat --- always pleased with my visits
Kaiser Soze: This review is for the 618 Cambridge Street location. Terrible experience and disappointing as I’m a neighborhood local. The young woman who helped me for a tux rental for a special occasion had zero experience and it showed. Didn’t measure me, wasn’t sure the difference between short or regular, couldn’t tell me if the fit/look was good. Zero motivation to assist me in looking my best for a special day. And to top it off the tux shirt she had me try on was off-white as it was so old/stained. I left and the salesperson could not have cared less. Avoid this place.
Jonathan Henke: Had a great experience selecting jacket, shirt and shoes for a young man. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.
isloveinme God: Dave or David is really rude. He said he can't help to find a suit for mi 2 son. Was very racist amd he told us to go to other store without looking. Really really bad experience. The Spanish woman is really good.
Peter Squires: Excellent location selection and prices
Beth: Thirty years ago, my husband bought a tuxedo at Keezers for a formal event we were attending (yup, in 1992). We were newly married and in grad school, so he was grateful to find the tux was very reasonably priced. My husband thinks he paid $199, but my recollection is that it was only $99. Either way, it was unbeatable. Husband has worn it many times over the years. He just put it on and it still fits and still looks perfect, and he’ll be wearing to our daughter’s wedding! Thank you, Keezer’s. Your selection of quality items and expert tailoring have definitely stood the test of time!
James Oneal: Finally visited, few years ago . Amazing place,Always a great selection , alton has a passion& Sincere appreciation for vintage clothingJust like myself. Also a decent human beingKnowledgeable talior will definitely go backAgain soon
Samuel Tommy: Rented 2 tuxes for good price, 125 each. Tailoring the rental fast and cheap. Great people here
Tommy Liang: Great experience! Purchased and tailored a used, fairly high-end suit. Friendly and helpful staff, and outrageously low prices for the quality. Always worth a visit on any suit-shopping journey.
hwh hwh: Salesman is arrogant. Doesn’t listen to you and tries to get you to buy things that are overpriced. Be aware!
Chris Burns: High pressure sales, very mediocre (and expensive) alterations. They assume you know nothing about suits and jackets and will condescend to you. Don’t beleive a word they say in the show room. Look up the brand on eBay before overpaying here. Suits are generally very low quality. Tailoring style is stuck in 2004. To quote another review, they Use busyness as an excuse and never know where your clothes are / if they are done… don’t bother calling. When you factor in alterations and fitting, it’s probably just as affordable to go to Bonobos or SuitSupply.
Bridger: This is now the only place I'll buy suits. Absolutely amazing service and prices. It was my first time having someone walk around and talk style with me. I learned a lot and got something better than what I had walked in looking for. For waaay less than I expected to pay.
Mark Egan: TL;DR - rude service, they don't listen to what you actually want, sloppy quick measurements on the tailoring, bad communication, use busyness as an excuse for an unprofessional lack of attention.More details: They refused to listen to customer, pushing toward a different size than the one I wanted, lecturing me about "style" and how it's supposed to look (like an old man in a baggy suit apparently). I relented bc hey this place has great reviews. After tailoring it looked terrible, too baggy and didn't fit right. Got angry at me for suggesting we switch out the jacket to the size I originally wanted. I was willing to pay more for this, mind you. Still very rude. Offered to do a second round of tailoring (which I paid for). Still looked like an old man in an oversized suit.Oh, and their communication is terrible - called several times simply to ask if the suit was ready for pickup and they ALWAYS said I don't know, we'll call you back and NEVER did. $600 wasted, I will never wear this suit.Life lesson learned - don't trust online reviews, refuse to pay until goods are in hand and you're satisfied, and don't try to save money by going secondhand if you want a suit to look great.
Andres de Loera-Brust: Good selection for old formal mens styles. Rude service experience.
Alexandra Wainwright: My fiancé needed a budget suit on short notice. As a very tall, slender man, it's usually hard to find anything that fits him (not to mention we weren't event sure of his size). We walked into Keezer's, explained what we needed, and one of the employees immediately brought us a suit in the correct size. Then they tailored the suit to fit his exact body type. They also helped us choose a shirt and cufflinks to go with the tie we had picked out. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with my experience and will definitely be coming back. If you need an affordable suit, this is THE place to go!
Mariana Sánchez: So thankful to have found this gem! I needed to get some alterations done to my wedding dress asap (had a bad experience with a previous tailor). Measurements were taken professionally and Maria, who told me had been sewing for 20+ years gave me suggestions on how to fix a problem I eventually encountered with my dress. Everyone was very friendly and the owner gave me a resonance price. After two weeks, my dress was done and it really seemed to have been made for me.
Michael C: Went in to get fitted for a tux. Professional measurements, I was in and out in 10min. The staff approached me right when I walked in and were very helpful.
Paul Craven Craven: Was told a price and came back in a timely manner and they did not honor it .Was told no over the phone when the manager called in and I happen to be there and i explained the whole situation .
Leo O: I’ve been here for several years to tailor my uniform clothes for work (previously le couturier house of alterations in central sq). Excellent customer service with a personable touch. The owner has class and knows how to read style, from timeless to trendy, and tailors accordingly. You won’t be disappointed!

The Garment District: what do users think?
Simon Gorelkin: Best emotions!
Sammie Annie: So the first floor is absolutely disgusting. the 2 dollar per pound genuinely left my mouth wide open. the clothes are all over the floor and people are just stepping all over them? and then deciding they want to buy them? so gross and dirty my skin started crawling.the second floor however was a lot more acceptable. things were actually on racks. i found a cool vintage leather jacket for a reasonable price. it was missing a button though so ? but it’s from the 80s so whatever. i guess i’ll just find someone who knows how to sew. i would return for the second floor but god NOT the first floor.
Sarah Daigle: This place is amazing, nough said.
Jean Roman: Good place to bargain hunt for clothes or thrift shop!
Monica Renaud: This place is vintage, thrift, costume and one of a kind pieces all at once. It is well organized. Am sure I'll find a new treasure the next time I visit!
Wynter Aiguier: Love walking around and looking at the different stuff
Holly Buehlmann: Great Spot to thrift if you are looking for higher end stuff. It's definitely a lot more expensive than a goodwill or savers.
Ann Thomson: Love ❤️ this place!!!!!! A must go all bargain shoppers!!!
Richard Cadet: Great staff
Bryn Weiler: Wide selection of fairly priced and high quality vintage/used clothing. By the pound is the best as well!
Robin Beaulieu: Second time I visited here, & always leave myself short on time to really go through the 'pick a pile' section. It takes a semi-work out to really 'dig-out' a gem but they ARE to be had, you just have to scout them out. Special shout out to Charlotte at the checkout, she was so kool in sharing some additional info. regarding thrift salvage in the area, & a unique spirit :) Wow to the vintage offerings, & the costume departments too. I walked away w/ two tailored pants, a lrg tee-shirt, & a sports bra all for $4. What a deal!
Claire Navis: best thrift store in Boston, also was recommended from a local
Edward Mostone: Friendly staff
Colleen Childs: Lots of wonderful stuff
Michael and Steve: Great variety of clothing to choose from. Reasonably priced.
bianca bello: I had high hopes and remember it being nicer and more affordable when I lived here years ago, but the prices now (fast fashion tops for $14-$20) and the…sewage?…smell made me never want to return :(
ulises palafox: Me encanta este lugar, nunca sabes lo que puedes encontrar
Anna Woods: I wanted to like this place and I tried really hard it’s just a little overpriced for what it is I recommend goodwill unless you want to dig through the hellacious clothing mound
Andrew Schmitz: Amazing Inventory...Fabulous customer service!! They are wonderful!!
Noelia G.: Beautiful & elegant vintage pieces. I loved my purchase here.
Nick Belsten: Fun shopping experience! Love the selection and the funky pink decor

The Andover Shop: what do users think?
Steve Hill: Old school elegance, sales and service. What a pleasure.
Jesse Gjeltema: Great place! I can really tell they take time in making sure they hire ONLY the best!!
Louis Zhang: Absolutely recommend this exquisite shop to anyone looking for bespoke men’s clothing from England, Italy and North America’s finest craftsmen to tailor your classic taste. Professional and first class customer service is provided too.
Alex: The Sales manager (J) seems incapable of measuring for a vest at the Andover location. After being brutally rejected from applying to this store by the owners (TM and his father), I returned to get a vest made in Andover. Conveniently, the only try on they had was a 44 for shoulder measurement. This is one whole shoulder size up from me as I know all of my vest measurements. The owners probed me for my client list and a tailor for their Harvard Square location. I offered them a tailor and they still haven't called her after three months . Avoid this place at all costs. Money is only green to them if you have more than 100 million in the bank.
Ted Mader: Great classic menswear selection in Boston. Alden boots & Made in England jackets.
Anthony Collier: Excellent customer service. I was helped by Jake who is a stand up guy.
Kyle Carney: I called the Andover shop in Cambridge and spoke with Jacob Shields who went out of his way to try to track down a particular women's wool coat. He followed up tirelessly calling the wholesaler, figuring out the best size, and then tracking it down. Ultimately the coat i was looking for is no longer available but he even checked online with other stores in the area to see if he could find it. Over the top customer service. An exemplary employee at a quality business.
Philip Ballentine: Excellent place to buy men's wear, with many locally made shirts, suits, ties, etc. Knowledgeable and professional service.
Andrew J. Correia: Larry Mahoney is a pleasure to do business with. This shop is first class in every way.
James Ferguson: Not for me @$1500 a suit, but I tried a couple of suit jackets and the cut was truly bizarre, looked like they were flared out for a woman with oversized hips (I'm a standard size 42L). Off the peg hung way better. Weird
Oramel Skinner: The best service and care you could hope to have or receive
Matthew Schofield: A wonderful, old world men's shop.Go check it out!
Kitty G: Fine quality bespoke clothing, exquisite imported sweaters and socks, on site tailors to measure the customer.
Cory Peterson: +amazing quality materials+experienced staff+best place to find a unique bow tie in greater Boston
Jeff Slater: The Andover Shop is a classic with a wonderful, rich history. Be sure to appreciate it deeply if you go.
s solomon: As one addicted to traditional men's clothing, I've shopped an Andover/Cambridge for many years. The shop is tiny and cluttered and the employees and selections are quirky, but the place is a gem. More modern versions of the shop were once fairly plentiful, particularly in East Coast cities/towns. Most have disappeared because of changes in the economy and the move to more casual clothing styles. This is a survivor.
carter vincent: The quality and advice just doesn't get any better, anywhere.
Peter Cox: Trad. Best in the business.
Simon Tran: Crap. The websites said you're able to return items within 30 days of purchase but they didn't let me.
Michael Stanley: It's a treasure. It's an experienced staff. It's not a place to miss.

The Designers; Leather Clothiers, Inc: what do users think?
Ellie P: Very Sweet and Very Nice. Super welcoming and wonderful unique pieces. My friend was looking for a wallet for her boyfriend and found the perfect piece for Christmas. All items were super well made and lovely. Would definitely go there again.
David Wiley: The Designers did a fantastic job of slimming the back area of a newly-purchased bomber jacket that had too much of a "ballooning" effect due to the excess material. I assume this type of alteration is fairly complicated, and the fact that they produce their own leather garments gave extra peace of mind.I worked with Jill exclusively, and we conducted business almost entirely via email. I live about an hour away, and currently have a broken ankle so driving in wasn't going to be an option. I was able to provide details on the alteration I was looking for, and she was always prompt when getting back to me. I was quoted "around ten business days" turnaround time, and the jacket was on my doorstep in eight. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the fit is perfect. If you're in need of leather alterations and don't know where to go, I would absolutely recommend The Designers without hesitation. Five stars all the way.
david pompei: I trust them with my favorite pieces. The Designers uplifted my leather jacket from good to great by upgrading all the hardware to my requests. Resolved the repairs to my wallet that Bottega did not. Chapeau!
Alicia Mamer: I preliminary ordered a jacket. The merchant was not open for posted hours for my fitting, thereafter. I flew home, out of the area. The merchant refused to refund the "purchase". I have no jacket. None was ever produced. They have my $1510.00. I have nothing. Capital One says they are unable to "obtain credit from the merchant." Capital One says they consider the case closed. COMPLETELY DISREPUTABLE MERCHANT. If they refund my money, I will update my review. Thank you.
Samantha Spencer: Wonderful charming store with great collection of hats, fascinators, gloves, jewelry and bags in addition to leather goods. Great customer service by father/daughter owners.
