Work 'N Gear: what do users think?
EMILY Morton: Apparently, this store does not need anymore business. The sales person was unfriendly and unpleasant with no offer to help mefind what I needed.I left the store empty-handed with no intention of returning.I will not have to put up with an attitude when I shop Amazon.
Luis Medeiros: Very friendly people with lots of clothes on sale. I was satisfied with the workers being helpful
Nanda Mota: Awful customer service! I got 2 jackets - 1 that I was going to pay and another for someone else. So I asked to pay separately so I could get two different receipt. That blonde lady with glasses asked me in a rude way “why I wanted it separately “ and gave me an attitude.I am a customer that is paying almost $300 in that store and I don’t think I need to justify why I need two receipts! This is ridiculous. Just do your job right without asking too much questions! Come on!
Liliana Salguero: Make sure you buy shoes that you are sure of and have worn the same before.I just threw $ 125 in the trash for some slip resistant shoes that made me tighten after wearing them at my work (obviously I measured them at the store) but one day after my purchase they did not want to return the money, nor did they offer any other solution.
Joann F.: Great shoe sale!!
Julio Guzman: I went there and ask for a pair of work boots from the shelves. They told me the only one pair was on the shelve and wasnt my size. I paid and ordered with them 10 days ago. Still waiting for the order to arrive. I do not recommend it.
Tim Peavey: Great selection, fair prices but limited sizes available.
Ronise Dorce: Amazing place to shop and they have a friendly customer service.
Ana Roció: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEE. the so called manager is by far the rudest Woman I’ve met before and let me tell you I work retail I’ve seen it all. They try to sell you shoes and if you don’t end up liking them they say they aren’t “responsible” They don’t take responsibility for their OWN product and there was no satisfaction with that place AT ALL.
Joshua Roush: Joyce went above and beyond to be helpful
Cesar Richarte: Regular
Scarlett Carrasquillo: Best place to get srubs
Gilberto Gutierrez: I would leave 10 stars if I could. So long story, I bought shoes that felt great at first try, I’m an electrician so I’m on my feet all day. The shoes were about $150 and after about 2 days my feet started to hate these. So I exchanged them and they took back the shoes even though I had used them at work for about 3 days. Then I got a slightly more expensive pair from them, also loved them at first try, but realized they were a half size too small and I went back to exchange them. I would be considered a bad customer and they still went out of their way to make sure I had the perfect fit. Customer service is out of this world. Will no longer shop anywhere else! Best you can get
Paris France: Rude and no help at all. The cashier had a bucket of blueberries on the counter and was eating them while talking and ringing up items. Very unsanitary.
Paul McDonald: Good work gear
Robert Friberg: A little overpriced, but they have everything you are looking for at a work clothing shop.
Michelle Ennis: The Spanish guy with the grey white beard working there is so rude and ignorant..he clearly is unhappy with his job and is very disappointed in the way his life turned out as a sales clerk..its definitely time for him to leave because he's not happy with his self..he's been working there so long that his personality is rude and ignorant
Nery Hernandez: Esta aplicación megusta mucho porque mepermite ver todo que necesito
Fletch Blessings: Not bad, good variety,
Brendan Collins: The boot buy back program In the month of March is simply amazing.
Alesia Martin-Brangman: Hubby love this place

Patagonia: what do users think?
Lily Harris: The staff were super friendly and helpful in finding what I was looking for
Jiyun Moon: Excellent customer service!
Tim Knight: Very happy, helpful and kind staff. Thank you.
G F: Staff is super friendly and helpful. I needed to have my jeans repaired/replaced. I was shown my options and was able to get a new pair. Customer service was amazing!
Matthew Gregg: Did not have what I was looking for in men shorts but the staff was helpful with cold weather tips. Enjoy the summer everyone ☀️
Lanna Krik: Coworkers were very lovely and very helpful
Leah Klein: Great location for patagonia Store. Fabulous quality outdoorsy clothes, gear and books.
Dee T.: The staff and level of customer service cannot be compared with other retail stores. My son received a jacket over the holidays - something happend and the stiching started coming undone. I brought it into the store for repair - in the past I was told they do some instore - it's possible it was a pre-Covid thing? The staff member insisted on replacing the jacket because their repairs are about 15 weeks out - She located one in Montana, took our old jacket and have a new one coming 2 business days later. Incredible service! We always buy Patagonia, and this is why!
Thomas Ulmer: Incredibly nice and competent service
Peter: As always. Great brand, very expensive, very good quality, and very good service. It's a big store with lots of selection.
Dave Ekrem: How can you not love Patagonia? It's pretty cool that they're offering recycled clothing now (I guess that's called used clothing, too). Anyway, I brought a nano puff hoodie in for repair last week, thinking it would be the usual rigmarole where I'd drop it off and leave it with them for 6 weeks. I was kind of bummed about that because the summer backpack was coming up and it's my favorite layer for warmth. They fixed the zipper in the store while I waited! I did not anticipate that and it was really great.
Caroline Butler-Rahman: Excellent staff, selection, and customer service! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend more!!
Jo McCarthy: The staff here always go the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Excellent management. Clean store with organized covid protocol.
Bill Prindle: I really love Patagonia products and their policies. But I drove to the Cambridge, MA store today and wasn’t allowed in. Curbside pick-up only. How can I buy a pair of gloves - or anything else - without trying them on? I appreciate we are in a crisis, but this is an idiotic way to conduct business. UPDATE: Patagonia allows in-store shopping by appointment. Better policy.
Gary Shea: During walk-in shopping, I was helped thoroughly with great attention
Kimberly Rowan: The staff are so nice and helpful here!
Ben Gross: I cannot speak highly enough of this store and the Patagonia product. The clothes and other items for sale are of extremely good quality, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The employees and the brand stand 100 percent behind the products they sell, and - from my experience - you can rest assured you will get satisfaction and value from whatever you purchase. I had a wonderful experience at this store and I will now be a Patagonia customer for life. I highly recommend the product and the store!
Jason Hire: Awesome new store. Though they do not carry everything employees are super helpful and very knowledgeable.
fishlikey “Salty discussed” oio: Lifetime warranty is marketing trap when you are treated like a crook if you try to swap a jacket under warranty.
John Le: I was pretty disappointed that this Patagonia store wouldn't honor the iron clad guarantee. Patagonia online happily accepted my merchandise back. This store has a lot of merchandise with plenty of sizes and colors. I wouldn't hesitate to buy something new here, but I wouldn't rely on this store to honor the iron clad guarantee or warranty.
Kim Houghton: Fab service and staff!

The Andover Shop: what do users think?
Steve Hill: Old school elegance, sales and service. What a pleasure.
Jesse Gjeltema: Great place! I can really tell they take time in making sure they hire ONLY the best!!
Louis Zhang: Absolutely recommend this exquisite shop to anyone looking for bespoke men’s clothing from England, Italy and North America’s finest craftsmen to tailor your classic taste. Professional and first class customer service is provided too.
Alex: The Sales manager (J) seems incapable of measuring for a vest at the Andover location. After being brutally rejected from applying to this store by the owners (TM and his father), I returned to get a vest made in Andover. Conveniently, the only try on they had was a 44 for shoulder measurement. This is one whole shoulder size up from me as I know all of my vest measurements. The owners probed me for my client list and a tailor for their Harvard Square location. I offered them a tailor and they still haven't called her after three months . Avoid this place at all costs. Money is only green to them if you have more than 100 million in the bank.
Ted Mader: Great classic menswear selection in Boston. Alden boots & Made in England jackets.
Anthony Collier: Excellent customer service. I was helped by Jake who is a stand up guy.
Kyle Carney: I called the Andover shop in Cambridge and spoke with Jacob Shields who went out of his way to try to track down a particular women's wool coat. He followed up tirelessly calling the wholesaler, figuring out the best size, and then tracking it down. Ultimately the coat i was looking for is no longer available but he even checked online with other stores in the area to see if he could find it. Over the top customer service. An exemplary employee at a quality business.
Philip Ballentine: Excellent place to buy men's wear, with many locally made shirts, suits, ties, etc. Knowledgeable and professional service.
Andrew J. Correia: Larry Mahoney is a pleasure to do business with. This shop is first class in every way.
James Ferguson: Not for me @$1500 a suit, but I tried a couple of suit jackets and the cut was truly bizarre, looked like they were flared out for a woman with oversized hips (I'm a standard size 42L). Off the peg hung way better. Weird
Oramel Skinner: The best service and care you could hope to have or receive
Matthew Schofield: A wonderful, old world men's shop.Go check it out!
Kitty G: Fine quality bespoke clothing, exquisite imported sweaters and socks, on site tailors to measure the customer.
Cory Peterson: +amazing quality materials+experienced staff+best place to find a unique bow tie in greater Boston
Jeff Slater: The Andover Shop is a classic with a wonderful, rich history. Be sure to appreciate it deeply if you go.
s solomon: As one addicted to traditional men's clothing, I've shopped an Andover/Cambridge for many years. The shop is tiny and cluttered and the employees and selections are quirky, but the place is a gem. More modern versions of the shop were once fairly plentiful, particularly in East Coast cities/towns. Most have disappeared because of changes in the economy and the move to more casual clothing styles. This is a survivor.
carter vincent: The quality and advice just doesn't get any better, anywhere.
Peter Cox: Trad. Best in the business.
Simon Tran: Crap. The websites said you're able to return items within 30 days of purchase but they didn't let me.
Michael Stanley: It's a treasure. It's an experienced staff. It's not a place to miss.

Carhartt: what do users think?
Barata Andrianto: Staff is so nice n helpfull
Phil Sisk: I had been meaning to stop into this store ever since I noticed their sign at the South Bay Plaza while I was stopped in traffic on 93 South. I am glad I finally made it.The store is great and so is the staff. Ask for Erica. She was very helpful.I picked up a couple of items for myself and my wife. She was ecstatic about the high visibility full zip-up sweatshirt. We have a dog and this is perfect for walking the dog, especially at night. Plus it has deep pockets for all the things you need to carry when you are walking the dog. It is obnoxiously bright and has great reflective stripes.
S Saracco: Great staff
Bill Dougherty: Good, not cheap. The American standard has been rebranded as a fashion style. This store is very tidy, efficient, well-run.
Demerson Negao: They never have anything for the average size people. Plenty LARGE, XL, XXL and XXXL.
Lou K: Good workwear selection. Cheaper than WIP
Manuel Morales: Ropa hermosa y muy buena atención del personal
Mando Orozco: Great long lasting clothing.
Abdi Ali: Kyle went above and beyond for me. I work in the retail industry and I know what it means to do that. Kyle did that for me, so it’s weird being on the other end of that transaction.
Rasheedah Key: The staff were very helpful from the time we walked into the store until we left. They made sure everyone was allset amd left a happy customer. They let you know if you don't see what you're looking for them ask because they may have it on tje backroom
Adolfo Zárate: Good quality clothes to hard work, and to be a fashion too
Sean Harmon: Very clean story and staff was super friendly and willing to help. The only down side I saw was that I asked for one thing specific and they didn't have it. They offered to have it shipped, but I wanted to grab a pair of pants that day otherwise I would have just gone online. Overall a decent experience.
Diane Lewing: Purchased a few items and I did not realized they offer discounts for work companies. I was wearing my sons work hoodie
Ron Papucci: Love this brand.
Boston Rich: Love the work gear here... the dope thing I like you can also where to get drippy like Pac in the 90's. Fun fact if your a construction worker you receive 15% off your purchase tell I sent ya ✅✅✅🏆🏆🏆
Patrick Jackson: Good Aux, didn’t buy anything but would listen to their music again, overall great experience
J.S. Kullar (kullarclicks): Probably the best Carhartt experience ever, what a massive selection. Best store in the otherwise lack lustre area.
Mathieu Desrochers: Very nice store
Chris Nickerson: Staff was extremely helpful and had a great atmosphere about them. Erica was the one who went the extra mile for me, making sure I found everything I was searching for, which I did! Will be back.
Michael Walters: Nice store, parking was limited. The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. Welcoming environment.
Javier Bargas-Avila: Loved it!

Drinkwater's, Cambridge: what do users think?
Jeffrey Barrett: Hidden gem for men’s clothing in Cambridge. Great selection of interesting brands. Excellent service.
Daniil Kitchaev: Excellent quality suits and highly professional staff! Gus and Gary measured me for a suit and provided excellent advice on style and fabrics. Despite a relatively short timeline, the suit was delivered and tailored exactly on schedule. Highly recommended!
Giorgio Morbioli: Amazing service! The staff is very nice and Gary was super helpful!
Chris Griffin: I unfortunately have a mixed review to share. The clothes are top quality, but working with the store to get the alterations done was super challenging, they couldn't meet the initially agreed upon date, then when we finally got the coat back, it had not been sized correctly, so they wanted to send it back to be altered. then when I finally got it, it was too tight and did not fit right for my wedding.Maybe their tailor is smoking too much weed? Regardless, for the money I spent here I should have gotten flawless service. My recommendation : shop here if you have more money than you need, but make sure that you have lots of lead time in case their alterations have to be revisited a few times :-(
Ryan Sullivan: Came in to try on some Paraboots - sizing didn't work out but the employees were very helpful and understanding. Store is small/intimate but well organized.
Colin McCallum-Cook: An excellent experience from start to finish. Gus, Gary, and the team really know their stuff and were a blast to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding suit!
Ms. Ainee C. Beland: This is such a lovely and very expensive store; and yet, I have made small purchases here for my husband for birthdays, anniversaries, and such when in the mood and all of our small purchases have been used right up to the ending bottle if it was toiletries (soaps, after shave, deodorant and such) we've used it all up. My husband that is. I like to get notices of their sales and I am sorry to have not been around of late; I am homebound. Happy New Year to you Gary and yours!
Thomas MASON: I found Drinkwaters Cambridge, via an online search for the ever elusive (and exclusive) French made, Galibier ‘Super Guide’ hiking / mountaineering boots.I had previously owned and cherished a pair of these incredible, hand made boots, back in my college days, in the mid-70’s, but had lost them, sadly, by being a victim of theft. I have been yearning for replacing them ever since. Through diligence and several online searches, fast forward to my recent encounter with Gary Drinkwater, proprietor of Drinkwaters Cambridge, an exclusive men’s apparel shop, just outside of Boston, who happen to be an exclusive dealer for Galibier, through the Paraboot footwear company, in France.I live in a small city, near the Sierra Nevada Mountains in central California, which is almost 2,600 miles away from the Boston area. From my first contact with Gary and through subsequent emails and telephone conversations - on up to the sale and prompt delivery of my long awaited Galibiers, I’m pleased to say that my experience with Drinkwaters Cambridge, resulted in receiving a level of true professionalism and customer service, that is clearly beyond reproach. I’m also happy to know that my feet have been reunited with a pair of old friends and can’t wait to explore the new adventures waiting for me, up in the high Sierras of California.Thank you Gary, for making an old dream come true and also for a flawless transaction.Happy Trails, from Tom Mason, Visalia California.
Orpheus Chatzivasileiou: Good selection of ready to wear and fabrics for custom clothing. Amazing service.
Chet H: Gary (the owner) is a man who knows his craft. They take good care of you here and put the time in to get you a top quality product. Highly recommend, will definitely be returning.
Brian Mugo: Fabulous establishment with spectacular staff! Gus and Gary were attentive to my needs and provided me with excellent personalized advice regarding the tailoring of my suit. They also went above and beyond in getting the suit to me right on time before an event. Highly recommend! Will be going back!Would advise going 6 weeks or more prior to when you need a suit made to leave yourself sufficient time.
Carlton Buscemi: Everytime I enter this shop my experience has been exceptional. Gary is a pleasure to speak with and all the products are of great quality. Always worth stopping in to look, even if you are not buying. I have always felt welcomed, and comfortable here.
Peter: Can’t replicate going inside a store, where the employees are equally knowledgeable as friendly. Thanks for the viscose!
Sam Naseef: I couldn't recommend Drinkwater's more highly! I purchased my wedding suit here, going through the entire MTM process and customizing everything from the suit material and lining to the buttons and pockets.Gary Drinkwater and his staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and were very invested in ensuring I got the best possible outcome for what I was looking for, which I most definitely did.Along with the suit, I also purchased custom dress shirts, and a very unique tie that goes with the suit and the other wedding colors perfectly. In fact, the only wedding attire I didn't purchase from Drinkwater's was my shoes!
Nathan Burow: Very clean and covid conscious store. Steven was very helpful with both a sport jacket and a suit. Both fit impeccably and are very high quality. Strongly recommend!
Matthew Christensen: I've been visiting Gary Drinkwater for a number of years. Drinkwater's is my go to for business attire. He's always had a expertly curated selection of clothes and fabrics. Gary is always friendly and responsive, and brings a personal touch.
Lynne S: It was a lot more fun than I imagined it would be to choose an outfit at Drinkwater's for our elopement, for a bunch of reasons: Gary is a pleasure to work with and his expert eye instantly pulled together an entire outfit that we love. With the fitting included, we were in and out within 90 minutes. The shop has a wide array of stylish, quality men’s clothing that are a feast for the eyes. Plus, importantly, we felt safe shopping there during the COVID-19 pandemic.By making an appointment beforehand only the three of us were in the shop so it was easy to keep a safe distance from each other while selecting clothes. We wore masks the entire time.I am sure we will be back.
Mathis Bauchner: I would recommend Drinkwater’s to anyone! Owner Gary Drinkwater and his team treat every customer with class and care. The store is beautiful and has a stunning inventory.I turned to Drinkwater’s to create my suit for my wedding day and I received the perfect garment. Gary shared his advice and insights throughout the process and was extremely attentive every step of the way. I could not have had a better experience working with him and am excited to return to Drinkwater’s soon!
Lucas Booth: Great selection and staff.
Greg B01776: Top notch. Clothier. Totally professional and a great value. If you want to look your best, this is the place!
Mark Zhou: Amazingly professional and amicable group with a lot of experience with athletically built or specially proportioned people.

Carhartt: what do users think?
Isabelle Hoffman: I highly recommend the Carhartt store in Dedham!! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the store is clean, organized, and creatively designed. I’m planning to move out west where I’ve never been before, and I entered Carhartt unsure of what I might need. I was welcomed by Ben who asked the right questions to help me figure it out. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He stood with me and explained the features and materials of each jacket and vest as I tried them on and gave me great advice which helped me choose the right products for my move. I will definitely be back!
Bancha TEN: Use of this email
diesel tigerauge: Great service, very nice and helpful people, always there with a treating and of you need help there right there
Hello Google: More selection for good price.
Dmitriy Chumovitskiy: it was great experience!!!!
Corrine Brow: By far the best customer service I have ever experienced! Ben and the crew at legacy place continue to amaze me by how much they go above and beyond to make sure their customers expectations are met. They have always been extremely helpful with helping me find the right item I’m looking for, even if they don’t have my size in the store. If I could give them 10 stars I would! These guys really take pride in representing Carhartt but also helping their customers.
Sean Merchant: Very helpful
Andrew Feinberg: Carhartt has great, durable clothes at reasonable prices.
David Axberg: No place better
Marina Lanzillo: I went to Carhartt at legacy place and Jacob was so helpful while I was looking for a gift for my brother. Ben was also able to help me, and I am grateful for the assistance they provided me. The store was busy so close to the holidays and I was able to find a great gift for my brother with their help. Thank you so much, Ben and Jacob!
Keith Vandenburgh: I wish there were more corporate stores around.
Zachary Keaney: Expensive but quality gear for sure.
Sunny Campbell: Black Friday sales sucked this year only a few things on sale. Always overpriced
Suzy Murray: We have had several very positive experiences at the Dedham store. The store is well-stocked with wonderful merchandise…unfortunately my son has an unusual size. Ben has helped us twice to complete the order online. The second item is no longer stocked at the store and he was extremely helpful in describing the fabric, fit, bells and whistles. He was kind and patient beyond our expectations. The combination of well-made clothing and friendly help will keep us coming back!
S Davis: Plenty of clothes to choose from here. People are friendly and there's tons of parking. Parking garage nearby. Restaurants abs movies too!
Meredith Babine: Associates were friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to call all the store in MA to track down an item I was looking to purchase.
Debbie Myers: The employees at this store were extremely helpful. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They were attentive and offered assistance throughout our shopping experience. Best customer service I've seen in a long time.
MJG: I'm in absolute shock by how accommodating they were at the Carhartt store at Legacy Place. I was already stretched thin for time coming down to exchange something on lunch and was fighting to the death for a parking spot outside already so i wasnt in high spirits when i arrived to this store. Howvee, that soon changed. Thats all due to the store manager's ability to go above and beyond to help. The store manager Ben exceeded my expectations of what I thought was going to be a typical exchange for a jacket of a different color. Instead he directed me to an even better jacket that I'm in love with and can't even beleive its my own jacket- its so nice. That being said, he went above and beyond and I would recommend any and all folks to skip the online shopping or boston based store and come over to the dedham location because there, at least you know you will be taken care of.
Douglas Brander: Most of my wardrobe comes from here.
Loren Peterson: This was our first time at the Carhartt Store, Dedham location and they did not disappoint! Ben and his staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience. They are knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you Ben!
Ron Ronacher: Great service. They were attentive and helped find the sizes I needed while not being pushing nor following me all over.

The Garment District: what do users think?
Simon Gorelkin: Best emotions!
Sammie Annie: So the first floor is absolutely disgusting. the 2 dollar per pound genuinely left my mouth wide open. the clothes are all over the floor and people are just stepping all over them? and then deciding they want to buy them? so gross and dirty my skin started crawling.the second floor however was a lot more acceptable. things were actually on racks. i found a cool vintage leather jacket for a reasonable price. it was missing a button though so ? but it’s from the 80s so whatever. i guess i’ll just find someone who knows how to sew. i would return for the second floor but god NOT the first floor.
Sarah Daigle: This place is amazing, nough said.
Jean Roman: Good place to bargain hunt for clothes or thrift shop!
Monica Renaud: This place is vintage, thrift, costume and one of a kind pieces all at once. It is well organized. Am sure I'll find a new treasure the next time I visit!
Wynter Aiguier: Love walking around and looking at the different stuff
Holly Buehlmann: Great Spot to thrift if you are looking for higher end stuff. It's definitely a lot more expensive than a goodwill or savers.
Ann Thomson: Love ❤️ this place!!!!!! A must go all bargain shoppers!!!
Bryn Weiler: Wide selection of fairly priced and high quality vintage/used clothing. By the pound is the best as well!
Robin Beaulieu: Second time I visited here, & always leave myself short on time to really go through the 'pick a pile' section. It takes a semi-work out to really 'dig-out' a gem but they ARE to be had, you just have to scout them out. Special shout out to Charlotte at the checkout, she was so kool in sharing some additional info. regarding thrift salvage in the area, & a unique spirit :) Wow to the vintage offerings, & the costume departments too. I walked away w/ two tailored pants, a lrg tee-shirt, & a sports bra all for $4. What a deal!
Claire Navis: best thrift store in Boston, also was recommended from a local
Edward Mostone: Friendly staff
Colleen Childs: Lots of wonderful stuff
Michael and Steve: Great variety of clothing to choose from. Reasonably priced.
bianca bello: I had high hopes and remember it being nicer and more affordable when I lived here years ago, but the prices now (fast fashion tops for $14-$20) and the…sewage?…smell made me never want to return :(
ulises palafox: Me encanta este lugar, nunca sabes lo que puedes encontrar
Anna Woods: I wanted to like this place and I tried really hard it’s just a little overpriced for what it is I recommend goodwill unless you want to dig through the hellacious clothing mound
Andrew Schmitz: Amazing Inventory...Fabulous customer service!! They are wonderful!!
Noelia G.: Beautiful & elegant vintage pieces. I loved my purchase here.
Nick Belsten: Fun shopping experience! Love the selection and the funky pink decor

Keezer's Classic Clothing: what do users think?
Kelita Cear: very pretty
Scott Warner: An amazing clothing selection of all sorts. Wild, classic, classy and unique. Whatever you’re looking for. The employees are super attentive, professional, nice and knowledgeable. They will help you find whatever you’re looking for and give amazing advice. Not only that-there is an insane team of tailors on staff for all your fitting and alteration needs.
Paul Donahue: Been coming here since getting a used tuxedo in high school 50 years agojust brought two bags of clothes and did a marvelous swap for a Blazer and a Tweed coat --- always pleased with my visits
Kaiser Soze: This review is for the 618 Cambridge Street location. Terrible experience and disappointing as I’m a neighborhood local. The young woman who helped me for a tux rental for a special occasion had zero experience and it showed. Didn’t measure me, wasn’t sure the difference between short or regular, couldn’t tell me if the fit/look was good. Zero motivation to assist me in looking my best for a special day. And to top it off the tux shirt she had me try on was off-white as it was so old/stained. I left and the salesperson could not have cared less. Avoid this place.
Jonathan Henke: Had a great experience selecting jacket, shirt and shoes for a young man. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.
isloveinme God: Dave or David is really rude. He said he can't help to find a suit for mi 2 son. Was very racist amd he told us to go to other store without looking. Really really bad experience. The Spanish woman is really good.
Peter Squires: Excellent location selection and prices
Beth: Thirty years ago, my husband bought a tuxedo at Keezers for a formal event we were attending (yup, in 1992). We were newly married and in grad school, so he was grateful to find the tux was very reasonably priced. My husband thinks he paid $199, but my recollection is that it was only $99. Either way, it was unbeatable. Husband has worn it many times over the years. He just put it on and it still fits and still looks perfect, and he’ll be wearing to our daughter’s wedding! Thank you, Keezer’s. Your selection of quality items and expert tailoring have definitely stood the test of time!
James Oneal: Finally visited, few years ago . Amazing place,Always a great selection , alton has a passion& Sincere appreciation for vintage clothingJust like myself. Also a decent human beingKnowledgeable talior will definitely go backAgain soon
Samuel Tommy: Rented 2 tuxes for good price, 125 each. Tailoring the rental fast and cheap. Great people here
Tommy Liang: Great experience! Purchased and tailored a used, fairly high-end suit. Friendly and helpful staff, and outrageously low prices for the quality. Always worth a visit on any suit-shopping journey.
hwh hwh: Salesman is arrogant. Doesn’t listen to you and tries to get you to buy things that are overpriced. Be aware!
Chris Burns: High pressure sales, very mediocre (and expensive) alterations. They assume you know nothing about suits and jackets and will condescend to you. Don’t beleive a word they say in the show room. Look up the brand on eBay before overpaying here. Suits are generally very low quality. Tailoring style is stuck in 2004. To quote another review, they Use busyness as an excuse and never know where your clothes are / if they are done… don’t bother calling. When you factor in alterations and fitting, it’s probably just as affordable to go to Bonobos or SuitSupply.
Bridger: This is now the only place I'll buy suits. Absolutely amazing service and prices. It was my first time having someone walk around and talk style with me. I learned a lot and got something better than what I had walked in looking for. For waaay less than I expected to pay.
Mark Egan: TL;DR - rude service, they don't listen to what you actually want, sloppy quick measurements on the tailoring, bad communication, use busyness as an excuse for an unprofessional lack of attention.More details: They refused to listen to customer, pushing toward a different size than the one I wanted, lecturing me about "style" and how it's supposed to look (like an old man in a baggy suit apparently). I relented bc hey this place has great reviews. After tailoring it looked terrible, too baggy and didn't fit right. Got angry at me for suggesting we switch out the jacket to the size I originally wanted. I was willing to pay more for this, mind you. Still very rude. Offered to do a second round of tailoring (which I paid for). Still looked like an old man in an oversized suit.Oh, and their communication is terrible - called several times simply to ask if the suit was ready for pickup and they ALWAYS said I don't know, we'll call you back and NEVER did. $600 wasted, I will never wear this suit.Life lesson learned - don't trust online reviews, refuse to pay until goods are in hand and you're satisfied, and don't try to save money by going secondhand if you want a suit to look great.
Andres de Loera-Brust: Good selection for old formal mens styles. Rude service experience.
Alexandra Wainwright: My fiancé needed a budget suit on short notice. As a very tall, slender man, it's usually hard to find anything that fits him (not to mention we weren't event sure of his size). We walked into Keezer's, explained what we needed, and one of the employees immediately brought us a suit in the correct size. Then they tailored the suit to fit his exact body type. They also helped us choose a shirt and cufflinks to go with the tie we had picked out. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with my experience and will definitely be coming back. If you need an affordable suit, this is THE place to go!
Mariana Sánchez: So thankful to have found this gem! I needed to get some alterations done to my wedding dress asap (had a bad experience with a previous tailor). Measurements were taken professionally and Maria, who told me had been sewing for 20+ years gave me suggestions on how to fix a problem I eventually encountered with my dress. Everyone was very friendly and the owner gave me a resonance price. After two weeks, my dress was done and it really seemed to have been made for me.
Michael C: Went in to get fitted for a tux. Professional measurements, I was in and out in 10min. The staff approached me right when I walked in and were very helpful.
Paul Craven Craven: Was told a price and came back in a timely manner and they did not honor it .Was told no over the phone when the manager called in and I happen to be there and i explained the whole situation .
Leo O: I’ve been here for several years to tailor my uniform clothes for work (previously le couturier house of alterations in central sq). Excellent customer service with a personable touch. The owner has class and knows how to read style, from timeless to trendy, and tailors accordingly. You won’t be disappointed!
