Dave Aldrich: Needless to say, the positive relationship between client and a masseuse/wellness professional is a personal connection that is critical to the overall experience and outcome. Shawn delivers an extremely positive, knowledgeable and soothing session. The tone and good vibe that Elizabeth ( owner ) has instilled in her team begins the second you enter the front door and continues until you exit. The parking is usually plentiful on the street and a 30 second walk to Bagelsaurus makes for a good trip. I would be remiss not mentioning Amy too. Shawn and Amy are terrific.You won’t be disappointed.

Anisha Mohanty: Brookline - Massage is good but all relaxation went away when I paid 25% tip but was forced to pay more tip than 25%. Very rude staffs, in the mid of conversation, they just went away and told we can't understand English.

Nadia Taylor: Wasn't what I expected. There's is a special advertisement on their website Insaw earlier this week (2/21/23) for a 30 minute massage that includes: a full body (it's really my back, my neck, my back legs and the back of my thighs), deep tissue massage and hot stones upon request. I expected them to honor what is advertised. The massage therapist I had did an OK job but didn't give me the hot stones I expected. Not pleased. I go to pay for what was done. I inquire about the advertisement and show her. She was barley able to clarify and then when I paid she expected a full tip of $14! I said I will tip her what I want to tip especially for the massage she gave me without the stones. Again, I was not pleased with my service today. I will not use them anymore. I advise to ensure that you get what you expected if you ever come to this place for a massage and tipping is voluntary.
Connor Ring: Three times now this business has booked appointments using my email address and my name, but I have not booking any appointments; I'm in a different state. The lady on the phone from Massage Ultra was extremely rude when I called, trying to figure out why they're booking appointments under my name and would not provide an explanation "I don't have time for this" she said.
Nick Leonard: The massage was great and at a decent price. However, we planned on leaving a 25% tip ($20 extra) and they asked for more on top of that. I get it, tips would be more if they charged more for the service. However, it is extremely rude to point blank ask for a larger tip. Especially when 25% is already generous. They will not receive my business again due to their audacity.
Beau Cote: I've been to the one in Brookline which I liked but live closer to here now. I reserved a spot for the 120min. The space seems temporary and it didn't really feel relaxing in the room. The massage was okay but they didn't seemed trained. The weirdest part was paying. I brought enough cash for tip and then planned to pay for the massage with card. When I went to give the tip and pay with a card, the lady just said they take card but cash is better. They do have an ATM but to say they'll take card but then refuse to take my card and make me withdraw cash was weird. This mainly weirded me out because the brookline location was not like this at all and I paid before hand.
Kasi Cruz: Fabulous massage! Great staff. I've tried several therapists and all have been wonderful, especially Debbie. The prices are so low that you should tip your therapist generously (e.g., 2 hour massage for $80 - where else will you find that?). The massage rooms are private, dim, with tranquil spa music and totally relaxing. Do yourself a favor and try. I highly recommend.

Brian Sou: Not a great place to get a massage. 39.99 is a great value - but was pressured to give extra tip. The massage was awful. The masseuse stepped on my back for 40 minutes. The day after, I felt so much discomfort in my back that I would not return.

I was hoping for a similar experience at the Cambridge location instead I walked away feeling boundaries were crossed. Also, on top of that, I was actually sneezed on during the massage while both hands were on my back. No covering or turning of the face literally felt the sneeze on my back. DISGUSTING! Only to see at the end the misuse did not have a mask up. Will not be going back.
Carolyn Johnson: I've been to this location twice now and had excellent experiences both times. They offer thorough deep tissue massage and really get in there. The hot stones are very relaxing. The place is no frills but is clean enough. Bring cash and plan to pay the recommended "tip" - it's still a better deal than anywhere else. I have paid far more for more mediocre massages. English is limited which can be awkward but isn't a big deal.
Sebastian K: At this point, this place just fleeces you. Handed over 60 dollars for the 40 dollar massage and asked for 5 back (for a 15 dollar tip). Had to argue and insist multiple times for that 5 dollars despite the recommended tip on the wall saying 14 dollars lol.

Points to a sign that clearly says" recommended"! Tips are supposed to be by choice not forced. So instead of them losing the extra $6 tip they will now be losing at least $80 as we will never go back.

She will still see clients locally in Cambridge, but for home visits. I surprised my aunt with a gift home visit and found her very professional.I hadn't had Thai massage before, and wasn't looking, originally coming for convenience... But I'm glad I found it. Whereas with table massage it seems like the effects start fading as soon as your off the table, the benefits of Thai massage, especially for my desk jockey lifestyle, are felt in a more enduring manner... It's a fantastic addition to a healthy lifestyle, and a necessary one for an unhealthy one (like my own).

I would not pay for someone to lightly touch me, that’s what a massage chair at the Mall is for. The staff has always been super friendly and they seem to really work hard on you and out good effort into it. Just bring cash (BOA ATM near Best Buy) and go there when your feet or back hurt and they will have you floating.

I opted for a medium touch instead of hard compressions, and this three foot woman transformed her hands into a steel drill, and included punches to my palms and back at the end. Not girly enough for me, I recommend this treatment for a man that you want to get beat up, no lie.

Ed Dantes: Avoid at any cost. These masseur's are not licensed. They cannot be. I understand trying to make a living, but they are earning it at the cost of others' health.My wife and I visited here for a 30 minutes massage. Both masseurs were extremely aggressive, using only their knuckles and elbows to press with extreme force on your body. Number of attempts were made to temper the pressure, but it did not help. My masseur tried to massage the back of my skull, but given the force, I had to push him back to avoid getting hurt. And I weigh 230 lbs, mostly muscularly built. The masseur ended up hurting both my and my wife's body, neck, lower back, and the back of our heads.We continue to be in extreme pain a day after, my wife already showing black-and-blue spots on her back. What a disaster of a place and the oxymoron name, "Relaxation Therapy."
Nicholas Franco: The services were good but when I went to pay the girl at the counter she kept on insisting that I pay in cash and really didn't want to accept my credit card for payment of the services or the tip. I had to threaten her with calling my credit card company to get her to take my credit card for payment and tip. What was that all about!!!
