Vitality Massage Therapy: what do users think?
Maggie Zhang: best swedish massage of my life. clean environment, comfortable place, professional services. Absolutely amazed.
Vicki Adjami: Excellent gift I just gave myself…! Wonderful massage… !
Allyssa Meunier: I like deep tissue massage, there technique here is very nice. She got in deep in all the right places and asked if there were any problemed areas that I’d like her to focus on. She did an excellent job massaging my muscles and did not hurt me or press down on any bones etc. I feel my body benefited a lot from this and I did not experience much soreness the following day. I have gone other places looking for a deep tissue where I didn’t feel as great when I left and felt sore the next day! That was not a problem here at all I felt really really really great and now I really want to go back.
Patrick Donegan: Angela gives a great massage. I had a really tight neck from working from home and she was able to loosen it up!
Matthew Dewar: I went here for a 10:05 appointment and when I arrived I was told no reservation exists. The woman at the front was arguing with me for 5 mins until she checks her phone and says that she found the appointment. She then proceeded to tell me she was “working” and that I have to wait until 11. Such a waste of my time.
maomao li: Critical:Professionalism
Eric Deane: Got a very good massage here. Therapist worked on a sore spot on my back and was very professional. Definitely would go back!
Peter costanza: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityAbsolutely wonderful! Relieved a tight neck & muscle strains that were causing pain. Highly recommend!
Chelsea Comfort: Great massage and great price. Nice clean tranquil place.
Candis Machia: They made you pay and provide a tip before the massage which I thought was weird, then demanded a certain amount for the tip. The massage was okay. The woman used a lot of pointed pressure and it was painful most of the time. I was saying ouch and she would keep pressing and working the same spots so not very responsive at all. The price was definitely what drew me in but I’ll likely be going to a different place in the future.
Rachael Vonada: Positive:Professionalism,QualityHad a deep tissue massage that was amazing. She hit all my problem areas and helped relieve some pain. Highly recommend!
sumon kumar: My body feels amazing...everything about the experience was great.
Ándrea Pentabona: Positive:ProfessionalismVery accommodating. Truly one of the best massages I’ve had-the therapist always does a great job in my neck and back issues and I feel like a new person when I walk out!
BayBeats831: Very lazy massage, then demanded a tip!
Dawn Smith: They fit me in at the last moment on a Saturday morning. I'm one of those people you hate...I like it between a Swedish and deep tissue, so you never know if you're giving the right pressure. It was amazing! I had William, and he worked out the kink in my neck and my lower back. Plus you get a card that gives you a free massage after 5. If you live in N Cambridge you've probably walked by a thousand times...next time you should stop!

Benjamin Institute: what do users think?
David Lauterstein: Ben Benjamin is one of the greatest teachers and authors in the entire field of massage therapy - world-wide. He is a pioneer who is still in the frontier. He has developed and taught methods for relieving pain and tension, for optimizing performance, as well as done some great work in helping therapists with communication skills both through their hands and the information they share with clients. Honestly, studying with Ben is going to one of the SOURCES of so much that is most vital in our field. I believe every therapist should take one or more courses with Ben Benjamin. Not only is he teaching great hands-on courses, but he has a variety of superb classes on-line as well. Check him out!

Massage Ultra: what do users think?
Anisha Mohanty: Brookline - Massage is good but all relaxation went away when I paid 25% tip but was forced to pay more tip than 25%. Very rude staffs, in the mid of conversation, they just went away and told we can't understand English.
Alison C: Best massage ever! Sunny was amazing!
Nadia Taylor: Wasn't what I expected. There's is a special advertisement on their website Insaw earlier this week (2/21/23) for a 30 minute massage that includes: a full body (it's really my back, my neck, my back legs and the back of my thighs), deep tissue massage and hot stones upon request. I expected them to honor what is advertised. The massage therapist I had did an OK job but didn't give me the hot stones I expected. Not pleased. I go to pay for what was done. I inquire about the advertisement and show her. She was barley able to clarify and then when I paid she expected a full tip of $14! I said I will tip her what I want to tip especially for the massage she gave me without the stones. Again, I was not pleased with my service today. I will not use them anymore. I advise to ensure that you get what you expected if you ever come to this place for a massage and tipping is voluntary.
Connor Ring: Three times now this business has booked appointments using my email address and my name, but I have not booking any appointments; I'm in a different state. The lady on the phone from Massage Ultra was extremely rude when I called, trying to figure out why they're booking appointments under my name and would not provide an explanation "I don't have time for this" she said.
Nick Leonard: The massage was great and at a decent price. However, we planned on leaving a 25% tip ($20 extra) and they asked for more on top of that. I get it, tips would be more if they charged more for the service. However, it is extremely rude to point blank ask for a larger tip. Especially when 25% is already generous. They will not receive my business again due to their audacity.
Beau Cote: I've been to the one in Brookline which I liked but live closer to here now. I reserved a spot for the 120min. The space seems temporary and it didn't really feel relaxing in the room. The massage was okay but they didn't seemed trained. The weirdest part was paying. I brought enough cash for tip and then planned to pay for the massage with card. When I went to give the tip and pay with a card, the lady just said they take card but cash is better. They do have an ATM but to say they'll take card but then refuse to take my card and make me withdraw cash was weird. This mainly weirded me out because the brookline location was not like this at all and I paid before hand.
Kasi Cruz: Fabulous massage! Great staff. I've tried several therapists and all have been wonderful, especially Debbie. The prices are so low that you should tip your therapist generously (e.g., 2 hour massage for $80 - where else will you find that?). The massage rooms are private, dim, with tranquil spa music and totally relaxing. Do yourself a favor and try. I highly recommend.
Lisa Robinson: Had a massage here today with Lily and it was wonderful. I am so grateful
Anya Mezheritskaya: This is a very affordable no-frills place to get a solid massage. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating, and the massage left me feeling limber and invigorated. Make sure to bring cash or your debit card.
Estifanos kahsay: Debbie has a golden hand, in one hour session my body and mind feels fantastic. It worth visiting this place. I will definitely be back soon!
John McCarthy, D.C.: Detailed & quality work, no frills, clean. For $39.99 for one hour and a tip of 20% on $70 (min cost of massage anywhere else) for a grand total of $55, it’s hard to beat that value. Thank you Nancy for your focused effort and attention to detail today.
John Y: Been going here for years. Cost effective. Easy to book or cancel with their online/automated phone system. Good communication during the massage
Ethan Pierce: Best place in Cambridge to get a massage! Very affordable and they really know what they’re doing. 10/10 would recommended.
Claude Lemoine: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityAfter going through so much with COVID-19, I got a message this evening which made me feel like a million dollar man. Thank GOD for the wonderful amazing professional young lady that gave me the massage that truly helped relieve lots of stress from my body. 5 STAR 🌟
Brian Sou: Not a great place to get a massage. 39.99 is a great value - but was pressured to give extra tip. The massage was awful. The masseuse stepped on my back for 40 minutes. The day after, I felt so much discomfort in my back that I would not return.
Greta Kussmann: I have been to the Waltham location and had a positive experience. I was hoping for a similar experience at the Cambridge location instead I walked away feeling boundaries were crossed. Also, on top of that, I was actually sneezed on during the massage while both hands were on my back. No covering or turning of the face literally felt the sneeze on my back. DISGUSTING! Only to see at the end the misuse did not have a mask up. Will not be going back.
Carolyn Johnson: I've been to this location twice now and had excellent experiences both times. They offer thorough deep tissue massage and really get in there. The hot stones are very relaxing. The place is no frills but is clean enough. Bring cash and plan to pay the recommended "tip" - it's still a better deal than anywhere else. I have paid far more for more mediocre massages. English is limited which can be awkward but isn't a big deal.
Sebastian K: At this point, this place just fleeces you. Handed over 60 dollars for the 40 dollar massage and asked for 5 back (for a 15 dollar tip). Had to argue and insist multiple times for that 5 dollars despite the recommended tip on the wall saying 14 dollars lol.
Julianne Bliss: This place is great! I had an awesome massage here and you can’t beat the price 😊
Beth Gaudette: We were hoping to love this place. The massages were good but all the relaxation was lost after the massage. The therapists demanded more than a 20% tip. Points to a sign that clearly says" recommended"! Tips are supposed to be by choice not forced. So instead of them losing the extra $6 tip they will now be losing at least $80 as we will never go back.
Kristine H: Got my first massage here! 30 minute deep tissue. I feel great, highly recommended!

BodyOne Massage: what do users think?
Lauren Toppi: Elizabeth is an amazing, knowledgeable and considerate therapist. I've had a great massage from several of the staff here.
John Grady: GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Dave Aldrich: Needless to say, the positive relationship between client and a masseuse/wellness professional is a personal connection that is critical to the overall experience and outcome. Shawn delivers an extremely positive, knowledgeable and soothing session. The tone and good vibe that Elizabeth ( owner ) has instilled in her team begins the second you enter the front door and continues until you exit. The parking is usually plentiful on the street and a 30 second walk to Bagelsaurus makes for a good trip. I would be remiss not mentioning Amy too. Shawn and Amy are terrific. You won’t be disappointed.
J W: good experience
Derek Anderson: Excellent space, great employees, great vibe. Shawn is the best masseuse I have ever had. Her work makes such a huge difference in my physical and emotional well-being! So much so that I decided to make regular monthly appointments, which I've never done before with massage therapy. It's been life-changing!
Eli Green: Friendly and easy. Saw me while I was there visiting and had an serious neck issue. Nice environment and very clean.
David Krane: This is a caring place with therapists who are engaged and truly interested in helping.
laura s.: I won't go anywhere else for a massage. Full stop. Every team member at BodyOne is incredible and the experience there is top notch. Cheers to all for making it a relaxing, caring and nurturing time..
Les Perelman: Professional, empathetic place of healing. Highly recommend it.
Anna George: I've only had wonderful experiences here! I'm usually sore all over from working at a desk and working out, so I get monthly 90-minute sessions with Sylvia. She's amazing and always does such a great job with my problem areas! So glad I found this place!
Lauren Webel: Wonderful and relaxing experience
Elizabeth Cannon: I had the most incredible massage with Kristina this morning. I couldn’t be more impressed with her skill and intuition - she really read my body right and helped open up my back so much. Ive had a lot of massages, this might have been the most effective and therapeutic one. It was also very enjoyable! The space is super clean, organized and welcoming.
Roa'a: رائع رائع رائع
Angelica Brisk: Every one here is professional and kind
Corie B. Lewis: I have to say, as an individual whose body relies on massage over the years, Elizabeth is seriously the best massage therapist I have ever had! She is experienced, thorough, detail oriented and applies the perfect amount of pressure for deep tissue massage. I will miss her dearly as I am moving to the west coast! I will surely be scheduling appointments with her every time I visit family in the east coast! Highly recommended if you want a real massage!

Cambridge Therapeutic Massage: what do users think?
Catherine Stihler: Fantastic experience
Alyssa C: I was lucky enough to find Susan about six months ago and can't say enough how consistently fabulous and obviously well-honed her techniques are. I've worked with various massage therapists over the years and she is easily the best of all of them. Her approach is thorough and consistent and she is exceptionally good at finding and effectively addressing troublesome knots or areas, often without even being told. Her work has been instrumental in gaining range of motion and decreasing tension/discomfort, all of which has made a significant difference in both fitness and daily activities. It's also a huge bonus that I can book, reschedule, and manage all of my appointments online.I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a highly skilled and rejuvenating massage experience, especially athletes or other folks who are seeking more technically advanced work. Her practice is truly one of Cambridge's best!
Tracie Palmer: I’ve been committed to massage as an important healing tool for a long time. This was one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly therapeutic while still relaxing. And not a one size fits all massage; Susan zones in on your particular issues and addresses them with precise technique. Beautiful studio too. I can’t wait to come back.
Isabelle Addison: A few months ago I went looking for a massage therapist for my 86 year old mother. She has never been one for massage but after 2 years of Covid restrictions and with her grown children not living nearby, she was open to receiving some hands on touch for both pain relief as well as healing human contact. Both I and my mother have been thrilled with Susan's expertise and care - Susan comes to my Mom's apartment every week and sets up in a way that's comfortable and accessible for her. On a recent phone call with my Mom I asked her what the weekly sessions were like for her. Here is a direct quote:"It’s wonderful, it’s absolutely wonderful, I’ve never had anything like it.When I see her, I lose all interest in time, I’m just right in it. It’s great.I am completely transfixed by the experience."I highly recommend Susan and her skill!
DeAnn Elliott: Susan has strong therapeutic skills and draws from deep knowledge of various massage techniques. During the nine years I’ve been a client, I’ve brought my mother and adult child to see her. Though our needs were different, Susan was able to customize her approach to perfectly match each person’s situation. The workspace is clean, safe, warm and welcoming. I’ve never been disappointed.
Pooja R. Raval: I have been a client for nearly ten years with Susan, the owner and founder-- and for good reason. She is professional, and her practice of massage is elite. Her understanding of the body and musculoskeletal system is excellent and she combines it with a intuitive approach. After accidents and injuries, I feel safe and comfortable and trust her completely. The biggest endorsement I can give was she was the first person I wanted to see after climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro!

Porter Square Orthopaedic Massage: what do users think?
sweet potato fries: Best massage I've ever had, by a long shot
Kerry Pinnisi: Literally the best "please fix me" massage I've ever gotten in my life, after filtering through many masseuses out to give me a pleasurable full body release, but not leaving me with medical assistance to a specific injury. And wonderful conversation. Amazing!!
Grace Atherton: Robert is truly the best of the best for Myofascial Release - I promise you will never find a person more talented and knowledgeable in this field.
Nora Borealis: I've been going to Robert for years for help with the symptoms of being somewhat hyper-mobile. He is a brilliant body worker; a true gem! No one works quite like he does to firmly and safely coax my joints & muscles back into an alignment and relieve pain. From ulnar nerve compression to subluxations in my hips, he has been up to the challenge every time. He exudes compassion and respect for both his clients and for the wonders of anatomy, making it easy to relax on his table and trust in the process.
Justin Loutsch: Not your traditional massage, really works out the kinks missed by deep tissue. Can't wait to go back.
Emma Rackstraw: The best!!!
Adam DeVito: I've been working with Robert for a couple of month's now and am floored by his work. I had a persistent injury in my shoulder, elbow and wrist. After our first session I already had marked improvement in both function and range of motion in each joint. The subsequent sessions have given me continued improvement, but at a pace that my body can adapt to and work with. Robert is caring, intuitive, and genuinely wants to help you heal so you don't have to see him again! If you have a chronic injury, I could not recommend him more highly.Cheers,Adam

Oriental Relaxation Therapy: what do users think?
karly huseby: don’t understand the bad reviews. great prices. relaxing professional massage. i told the guy i had an ankle injury and he was very mindful and gentle. will go back.
David Ricaud: Exceptional value. High-quality massage for a reasonable price. I go here almost once a week! Always leave super happy. Cozy environment.
Cory Weeks: Super great massage. My back was killing me and the 20 min massage did the trick. Super convenient!
Sean Riley: The foot massage was fine. The table massage was one of the worst I’ve ever had. It was not relaxing, at times painful. Reminded me of a massage I would give to my wife that she’d complain about and make me stop.
Kayleigh Bennett: Very affordable for a great massage
Andrew Horn: I’m laughing at all the reviews complaining about rough massages. I literally love it here because they relieve and work out knots and stimulate lymph drainage. I would not pay for someone to lightly touch me, that’s what a massage chair at the Mall is for. The staff has always been super friendly and they seem to really work hard on you and out good effort into it. Just bring cash (BOA ATM near Best Buy) and go there when your feet or back hurt and they will have you floating.
nirmit agarwala: Terrible service. Rude staff. Make you wait despite appointments. Get better massages elsewhere.
Xabiba ladan: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI had a bad headache today due to muscle pains. they fixed it. thank you!
Amanda Du: Positive:Quality
Phil Soares: Best 90 minute full body massage I’ve ever had, and also there is not a long wait, which is a plus+. 💯
Glacie Melendes: Positive:Professionalism,QualityThey do excellent foot and chair massages. The best ones I’ve had in a long time.
Nadia Damani-Khoja: Positive:QualityOnce you get past the name, it’s actually pretty good. I got the 45 min deep foot massage and the person did a fabulous job. Appointments don’t mean much so you will have to wait for 5-10 anyways. Don’t let that discourage you. It’s worth it.
Doris Cabrera: Grate with there hands took their time loved it and I'll do it again
Jacqueline Branch: Rough masasge if you like it like that, you will leave hurting instead of feeling relieved of pain. I opted for a medium touch instead of hard compressions, and this three foot woman transformed her hands into a steel drill, and included punches to my palms and back at the end. Not girly enough for me, I recommend this treatment for a man that you want to get beat up, no lie.
May GT: Maggie is the best!! I have been coming to this massage place for 5+ years and I love it. Prices are good and the massages are great.
Natacha Atey: Great service, great price!
Luka Travelrican: It is a hit or miss. Have had really good body massages here but a couple of times I've been stuck with a newbie who had no clue what he was doing.
Ed Dantes: Avoid at any cost. These masseur's are not licensed. They cannot be. I understand trying to make a living, but they are earning it at the cost of others' health. My wife and I visited here for a 30 minutes massage. Both masseurs were extremely aggressive, using only their knuckles and elbows to press with extreme force on your body. Number of attempts were made to temper the pressure, but it did not help. My masseur tried to massage the back of my skull, but given the force, I had to push him back to avoid getting hurt. And I weigh 230 lbs, mostly muscularly built. The masseur ended up hurting both my and my wife's body, neck, lower back, and the back of our heads. We continue to be in extreme pain a day after, my wife already showing black-and-blue spots on her back. What a disaster of a place and the oxymoron name, "Relaxation Therapy."
Nicholas Franco: The services were good but when I went to pay the girl at the counter she kept on insisting that I pay in cash and really didn't want to accept my credit card for payment of the services or the tip. I had to threaten her with calling my credit card company to get her to take my credit card for payment and tip. What was that all about!!!
Lakshmi Suguna: Nice awesome massage 💆‍♂️ fully relaxed , Tony guy is great . But too much noise coming in from mall music n other showrooms music , it’s just so annoying, During massage it should be calm n peaceful , apart from that noise , massage is simply awesome .
JODY ELIZABETH Trumbull: Terrific service. Good prices.
