Dermatology Associates-Concord: what do users think?
Ebonee Green: I have a really annoying skin disease with no easy answers. I combed the internet to find a great doctor and landed here. The first doctor was not available but after a teary explanation of my issue, the admin got me an appt with a great doctor who wad focused, but kind, listening, and thorough. Great experience
Kerri Ciambrelli: I had a biopsy yesterday with Dr. St. John and she is the best! So caring, personable and knows her stuff!!! I will be back for sure! Thanks for all the great care DAC.
Kerri C.: Great Doctor's. Very knowlegable, down to earth and AWESOME!!
Oscar Carlson: Aggressive and mercenary. Stay away.
Seyed Mehran Dibaji: Horrible and mean customer service. Lack of good communications!Because of 10 minutes being late, while they knew I am coming, they did not check me in…. Not recommended
Vitali Vashkevich: The quality of medical care was decent, hence 2 stars. The billing is how they rob people blind. I've provided my insurance information in advance and I was told nothing was outstanding before, during, or immediately after the visit - haven't even told me about the co-payment!They have followed up with the unnecessary procedures and billed me for all of them. In the end they send you a bill later with "PAY NOW!" terms and conditions. I ended stuck with the bill for MOST of my charges out of pocket even with my insurance plan.Bill too high? Don't worry - they can put you on the payment plan:"We understand that medical bills may be difficult to pay and do not want cost to be a barrier to you receiving healthcare. If you would like to set up a short or long term, no-interest payment plan."
Mike DS: I was quoted one price by the technician, but the doctor charged me a higher price. Be careful to get an exact quote before you start,
Steve Zeltzer: Worst doctor I have ever been 2. Run away from this factory with out any care for the patient
Donald Heller: Dr. Alberta is the best!
Richard Levenson: Organized and professional office.Support staff, medical assistants and doctors are awesome.
Mark Alcarez: I've been coming here for twenty years and have had many doctors here.Sometimes like most doctors they run late, but my last visit they took me early.Recommended
David Plunkett: Two minutes with the M.D. to later find he sent inaccurate information to the insurance company.
Amery Burnham: I love my doctor here but even calling for an appointment often takes 20 minutes and can take more (I am currently 14 minutes on hold to speak to someone for an appointment). I also find appointments are often booking out 3 months ahead, so be warned. I had an urgent matter once and the staff either did not inform the doctor or there simply was not room in the schedule and I had to go somewhere else. Another time, however, the doctor had left word that they should prioritize my follow-up and they did; if you have something urgent it is likely the only way to get an appointment is to use the online site and reach out to your doctor directly.
Michael Fournier: I have been there twice and while I have great doctors and medical assistants, the front desk office is terrible. I will say Brianne was very helpful and competent, but there were major structural problems with how the front office works. They need more training and there needs to be more privacy. I could hear phone calls to patients with there full names and details. Also, there was a billing problem and they collected my copay after the appointment and not before. I apparently forgot to pay last year or they were having "training issues" and my appointment was dropped, but no one told me about the appointment or that a $25 copay went to collections! Really!?!?!

Dr. Robert R. Stavert: what do users think?
Ian Ramsey: Dr. Stavert is kind, super intelligent, and takes the time to answer all of my questions. He and his staff are wonderful and a first class team. Highly recommended!!!
Stephen Nock: I can confidently state that Dr Stavert was one of the best medical professionals that I've worked with. He is attentive, invested in the patient's interest and well-being, articulate in his own knowledge, and willing to research together when there's information he doesn't know on his own. I often feel that I have questions and curiosities that most patients don't think about, and Dr Stavert was keen to listen and explain what he could. I saw Dr Stavert at Somerville Hospital for several years between 2015 and 2017. I am no longer in Boston, but I am sure that his expertise is well-valued by others.

Dr. Abdul R. Ahmed, MD: what do users think?
Vydhehi Shanker: Felt quite disrespected by the staff as I had to call them incessantly, a month's time, to check back on the referrals they had listed out for my treatment and was not helped in any such way as initially promised.
Ceci: Good Dr was spot on with my illness I have a rare autoimmune disease called mucosa membrane pemphigoid. It's been a had and emotional rollercoaster ride but thanks to Dr. Vicki noonon and Dr.Ahmed for finding this rare autoimmune disease.. the only reason I have stop seeing him was because of my insurance that didn't cover the treatment

Associates in Dermatology: what do users think?
Steve Buscemi: Ugh! If you want to feel like you're an inconvenience , sometimes ignored , treated like you know nothing, and having the doctor act like she's in a hurry than this office is for you...Dr Schwarz is the worst !
Jack LeMay: Wow, I should’ve read the Google reviews before going here. Most expensive 3 minutes of my life. Dr. Schwarz had very little time or patience to examine a lip lesion that my PCP said could be cancerous. She said it could be inflammation, prescribed a steroid and walked out while I was mid-sentence. I guess I should feel relieved that she didn’t scream “Cancer!”, but I feel more confused and like I just need to spend time and money on a different medical opinion now. Because I was early, my visit ended before the appointment start time… and I was told they were double booked at my time slot and I needed to leave the examination room. It feels like getting a high volume of patients through here hourly is the priority, rather than wanting to help people.
Kat Beliavski: Should have listened to the other reviews about Dr. Schwarz and her lack of actual care for her patients. I've seen her a handful of times, for an average of 45 seconds per visit. Seriously, I set a timer the last two times and one of them was less than half a minute of face time with the doctor. I've been seeing dermatologists for years and have never had a worse experience - feeling uncared for by your provider is a terrible feeling, made worse by the fact that none of her treatments are working. The fact that this a pattern noted in review after review and continues to happen should tell you everything you need to know about this office and how they view their patients. If you must come here, ask for Dr. Liu. He spent more time listening to my concerns during that one visit than Dr. Schwarz did during all our appointments combined. And if this wasn't bad enough, I just received note from a debt collector for one of my visits. The last time I spoke with the office's billing department regarding the mischarge, they told me they'd be in touch after contacting my insurance company. Should have figured this was going to be the outcome. I'm going to pay the amount just so I never have to have contact with the office again.
Jingbo Li: No diagnosis, but a prepared copy of standard problem statement and well known solutions. Cost 300. Very disappointed.Second Jenna’s comments below. Same feeling, same doctor.
Tessa Shovlin: I am transgender and have been trying to utilize my insurance covering full body laser hair removal to alleviate dysphoria. Over the course of 10 months, I've fought with administration and Dr Schwarz to get access to gender affirming treatment. I finally have a prior authorization, no thanks to APDerm administration staff, but can't even use it. I've been stuck doing 10 minute appointments for the past couple months because Dr Schwarz incorrectly concluded the charge code for laser hair removal from my prior auth couldn't stack.During my appointment yesterday, Dr Schwarz has decided she is now going to charge by laser pulse rather than time. This meant the appointment lasted maybe 2 minutes after we argued about the time.Apparently, she was "doing me a favor" and being "generous" when she was doing 10 minute appointments. Because of all the back and forth and administrative issues with actually utilizing my entire prior authorization, she said she felt obligated to be more "by the books". I could tell she was annoyed at the administrative issues, caused in no small part by how stubborn she has been to just actually treat me.I told her my insurance approved 100 sessions and was more than willing to pay for more treatments in one day, but she was firm in that there was no way she could do more than a set number of pulses (equivalent to a single treatment of my face). At this rate, it will take me years to finish treating my body doing it 2 minutes at a time. When I expressed this to her, she wouldn't budge and coldly told me no.I am at my wits end dealing with this. I held my resolve arguing with Dr Schwarz and during the treatment, but I'm sobbing in my car writing this at the realization that getting access to treatment is still impossible. The torture of having to self advocate for gender affirming treatment is traumatizing, especially when the barrier isn't insurance but the clinic instead. Dr Schwarz has shown indifference and cold bedside manner dealing with all this. As I've sat on this cumulative experience dealing with her and APDerm, it borders on transphobic. Nothing else could explain how dozens of calls to their forgetful and inept clinical staff, or Dr Schwarz refusing to properly treat me when every barrier has finally been tackled besides her ego.
Anthony Giallella: Doctor treated me like she was a robot. Got up and walked out when she had deemed she was done with me. No simple checking in with me “do you have any other questions or concerns?” Everything was as rushed as possible, i was given a gown to put on, the door closed, before i could even start undressing she was already trying to come in and examine. Then again while i was mid changing. First time there and at a derm office in general, it left a terrible taste in my mouth. If you want to feel like a human being and have a conversation about your health, maybe try somewhere else.
Chrissy2: My first time experience was very good. Professional staff very nice office
Debbie Bruno: I can't give any specifics except to say staff was very pleasant. Didn't realize visit with doctor was 15 minutes so a bit disappointed not more time with her. I need a few more visits to review properly since this was my 1st visit with this doctor.
Jenna Dodd: Hands down the worst dermatologist visit I have ever had. The Doctor (Dr. Schwarz) spent a total of 4 minutes with me, barely looked at my skin condition, and acted impatient and inconvenienced when I had questions. I got in the car and made a new appointment at a different practice. Incredibly disappointing experience. The only positive is she saw me on time. Save your time and look elsewhere.
Mary Balsam: Timely, efficient, pleasant staff. MD prompt and communicates clearly on best approach & treatment options.
David Polleys: Had a minor procedure done. Took a small spot off mr right leg. In an out in no time. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Liou and his staff. Outstanding customer service!!!!
Therese Etinde: All staffs are just absolutely wonderful!
Yi Wen: Don't Go! Don't Go! Don't Go!  Because they charge you 5 times more than others but provide below average service. The doctor here didn't help me at all, he didn't find anything course my allergy, no suggestions how to prevent things happen again, no explanation for what he did!! and he ask me to do patch test without discloure to me the true cost, which is $1560 for PATCH Test , and the average cost is $60-$300. they charge you 5 times more. after I done patch test, some spots still remain active, it's itchey & redness and rough skin last till now(amost 1 month later), also he didn't gave me any suggestions about how to live with the after test uncomfortable. The whole diagnos is resultless, I feel like my case is his biggest career chllenge. Also, the billing department is lying about the number, the $1560 amount is the number my insurance company made, but actually it's not, it's the amount they claimed to my insurance company, why you are lying, the whole experience is horrible and unacceptible . If you go you may get nothing but dissapointment like me.
Max Faramarzi: Dr. Margaret Schwarz looked so much in rush and not patient to listen to me asking questions.I don’t recommend her.
Jun Dai: Usually they schedule you for few months apart. Then they will look at you for five mins and prescribe you for some useless medicine for over 200 bucks. Waste of time and money. They won’t even ask questions about you symptoms.
Carly Hodes: Did not send the prescriptions they said they'd write. Had to call after hours to ask them to send again. Then they sent one but not the other. Needs to have better organization in their prescription process.
William Freedberg: I was a patient for 23 years. This practice is a train wreck. I was happy with the care I got after moving to Lexington-Waltham dermatology where I both worked with better doctors and a better-organized office.
Debbi Chapman: Dr. Haas and her staff are very professional, personal, courteous and knowledgeable. They practice strict safety and cleanliness practices in their office. I have been a patient of Dr. Haas for approximate 20 years. I trust her immensely.
Matt Starek: I went here because this was the only place that had an appointment available. Since I live about 45 minutes away I typically did virtual telemedicine appointments. I met with the doctor virtually once a month to check progress on my medication. He always seemed very uninterested and Barely even looked at me. The appointments usually lasted about 3 minutes which is completely absurd for the price I was paying. Whether I tried to pick up a prescription, schedule bloodwork or schedule an appointment it was chaos each time. I was being told 5 different things by 5 different people and it often required me to personally step in the remedy the issues. Doctors and staff would tell me one thing and the pharmacy would say another. This sometimes caused pauses in my medication which could possibly jeopardize its overall effectiveness. This is on top of a large pause I had to take because of issues with the government program associated with the medication. Overall, a truly an infuriating experience. I couldn't wait to be done with my medication so I could stop dealing with the incompetence.
Meri Kvitkovskaya: Bad customer service!
Greg: I would recommend them
