EA L: Who manages this place because it's a mess? There is absolutely no organization when it comes to the order counter. Food is thrown upon other customers food. Drinks are not placed with the food. I had to ask if my drink was placed because I didn't want to touch other people's orders and the worker told me, "I don't know". Word of advice for anyone going here - Don't. There are other Starbucks in the area. I placed a mobile order at 9:47 and had to wait until 10:10. Shut down mobile ordering if workers can't handle the rush.
Andrea F: Changing from 2 to 1 star because the service has gone downhill. Whoever places the orders on the counter doesn't put items together anymore. You have to touch every order to find all your items because your food will be at one end but your drink next to someone else's food. And today I get my food like this. Tired of the service here----This place needs to hire more help. Every single day they've backed up at 10am. Hire more help for the late morning - pay employees what they're worth and the workers will come. Getting tired of waiting 20min for a mobile order. I'd be more understanding if this wasn't a daily occurrence - this falls on the managers. I feel bad for the counter staff

Robyn Boyland: We went as a small group on a Monday evening, and only one person was working behind the counter, meaning that he took and prepared an order before taking the next. Despite one person doing both jobs, I was still impressed with the service speed. We went to sit down, but there's not much seating space, especially when employees take their breaks out front. We finally took our seats and sipped while we studied until we got plentiful and persistent reminders that the store was closing in 15, 10, and 5 minutes. There was also an interesting system at the door that blew cold air each time a person walked in. The drink itself was standard Starbucks.

Cynthia Laroche: I don't write review unless there are 2 things: Great service or bad service. Today I stopped by quickly and this was my first time at this location. When i walked in there not too many people the 2 cashiers/servers I interacted with were a little blunt. First guy I could sense that he was annoyed not by me because I barely talked to him but the second person was ok but the way she or he service me was a bit off. I only came to order a drink and ask about a previous drink that I had at a different starbucks location that they did NOT make as I asked but at this point it was whatever. The whole of this review is that no one force anyone to be at a job that you don't want and people have their days(So do I) I would never want to give people hard time at their job. Well.... That's why there is break time use it to cool off and come back to do your job as nice as you can so that you can go home or wherever you usually go to relax because having a bad day and giving customer bad service it is not nice. I barely go to starbucks except when I really am craving that one drink but I am not sure I will go back to that location.

Amanda M.: Friendliest staff out of all of the Starbucks I've been to in the area! I go often and have rarely ever had my drink be incorrect, and they've been more than happy to fix it for me when it is (it's also always small things, like forgotten cinnamon topping or something similar). She did everything to make me feel better and then Camille brought my drink out to me. customer service for me isn’t about messing up my drinks But the love you put into what you do so even tho my drinks have been made wrong here before and I never cared because they all work so hard so I kept coming back ! As I got back to my table, I spilled my coffee all over, the staff came immediately to clean the mess and helped me clean my phone which I ruined in the process replaced the drink without cost and I think that's just extremely nice and I want to praise them here. They staff at this one are all super nice and always have a smile on their faces and kind words to say. In Central Sq. that’s a very impressive outlook to have, even more so when someone yells at you for giving them the wrong milk. God forbid. My only complaint is they haven’t brought back the indoor seating yet. Now, this might be because of where we are located, we’re having a major issue with homeless drug users, I fear this is real reason behind the missing seats. This Starbucks is great though, I honestly think if you don’t like your drink, you’re probably the one who ordered wrong.

However, Jody and jannen and another two young ladies whom I forgot their names are the best at the store. They are pleasant, nice, kind, helpful and really good workers. Those people are the ones who make us come back to the store again.There is a time I ordered my regular drink in the app at another Starbucks by mistake. When I arrived at my regular store to pick up the drink I figured out that my order has Not been sent there. luckily, Janeen was happy to help out and she made another drink since I was in a hurry and I had to go to work plus I did not know where is the other store that I sent my order to.Although this store is busy most of the time, they can still maintain great customer service.
Monya Herold: I normally love this location. The staff is normally in very high spirits and their energy will spread to everyone that walked into and leave happier than they came in (even before their first sip of coffee) lol but today, I went in and order through the app while I waited inside. (Social distance whenever I can) and when my order was ready I asked for a bag for my pastry and breakfast item (I was wearing a boot due to a foot injury) to make it easier to carry along with my drink and I had to pay for a bag. Also while I was waiting for my order it got a little busy and I asked one of the employees if they had a restroom and I was denied access to it. I think today just wasn’t my day to support Starbucks. Hopefully next time will be better at a different location.
Coffee conquers all: The coffee at this location is a lot weaker or they don’t know how to make it. They always have new people working so I feel like they’re not teaching them properly. My coffees taste like some cheap Dunkin’ Donuts or cafeteria coffee. I’ll stick with other locations.
F S: Amazing stuff, I miss sitting on the tables early morning with my laptop having breakfast and my morning coffee, I also miss meeting my friends on fridays after pray in ISB. Hope those days back soon❤️🌹🙂

angella ndibalekera: I came in on 2 occasions to order a Frappuccino an 1hr 1/2 before their closing time (7:00pm) and the employees said that they already finished cleaning the tools they use so they can’t make my drink. My last visit there, I asked the employee why there is no consistency and she stated that it depends on who the employee is which isn’t helpful at all. Starbucks please fix this issue.

Sara Ansari: This starbucks is mobile order pick-up only, my drinks have always been made on time with prompt service. Because it’s pickup only, there is no street parking. So you need to just pull up, grab and go. But it does its job well when you’re craving caffeine on the go.

The new ‘pickup’ store model looks very unfinished and unfriendly, the people were great but if you have the space for a few 2-top tables, why not throw them in? Overall the staff was quick and welcoming, but they were the only positive of my experience today.

Sara Ansari: This Starbucks is a MUCH better option than the Lechmere pickup. The fact that im in this area 3-4x/week and have never known about this Starbucks being here and public for all shows how much they need to advertise. Even my friend who lives here didn’t know about it.You just go up the escalator and there it is - It’s modern, lots of seating with natural light, i might sit here for work more than the Tatte.
