1369 Coffee House: what do users think?
Bronwyn Murray-Bozeman: best cafe in Central square, possibly the entire city. Get the London Fog.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Anna Chase: I tried the Vietnamese coffee here and I can’t recommend it!It was clear they didn’t use Vietnamese coffee or prepare it in the traditional way, so it tasted like too-sweet watery regular coffee/espresso with the condensed milk. Perhaps stick with the regular espresso drinks…
Eric Pellegrini: I really liked the place's atmosphere. I'll try again earlier in the dayFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Christopher Rosenquest: A real local homegrown cafe in a bustling neighborhood. We met the manager, Hillary, who was amazing, personable, and knowledgeable. The staff were nice and the pastries and food was delicious.I walked away with a Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Tracy had the lavender iced latte. We both are breakfast sandwiches made to order - DELISH!100% recommend!
Ian: Charming atmosphere and an absolutely perfect macchiato every time.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Celeste De Palma: This place passes the vibe check. The high ratings are justified. The coffee is an absolute treat, and the staff are super nice. It's one of those lityle coffee shops that invite you to take 5 and just be in the moment enjoying your java while watching people walk by. Great neighborhood gem!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Brewed Coffee, Coffee Cake, Weekend Only Donut Hole …More
Nicholas Paré: Stopped in for the first time last week, and since then I've been back twice because they have what must be my favorite espresso in Cambridge. Good service and chill space too.
Mark Napier: Recommended dishes Brewed Coffee, Sandwiches, BagelsMore
Linette Davis: I thought the lox bagel was the best thing I had ever tasted. Then I had the spicy BLT and now I'm torn. The chai latte is deliciousRecommended dishes Sandwiches, Bagels …More
Kevin Barhydt: Yup! Excellent coffee, food and service. We are from NY and got up early to take the puppy for a walk. A neighbor walking by guided us to this sweet local gem.I usually only get Americano because I drink decaf, but I took a shot on the fresh brew decaf and was not disappointed. My wife enjoyed a fresh black coffee (regular) and a yummy scone. 8 grabbed a gluten free brownie (OMG good!).5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Marissa Post: Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bagel option for sandwiches
Clay NFerno (Clay Fernald): Friendly staff. Inclusive environment. Great food. My breakfast hack is a bagel with tomato and avocado yum
Emma Choi: excellent chai
Melecia Pincock: I love it there and what I get every morning works for me so am okFood: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Bagels, Sandwiches …More
Travis Green: A very pleasant neighborhood cafe with good coffee and tasty pastries--perfect for meeting friendsFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Lydia Chew: I ordered a hot chocolate (12 oz) with skim milk. I'm grateful for the attempt at latte art, which you can see in the picture. It was a bit bubbly at the top. Overall, the drink wasn't very sweet and the chocolate flavor was pretty light.I'm pretty new to spending time at coffee shops. Each item on the menu didn't feel absurdly expensive individually, but for a café where you bus the table yourself, 20some bucks for 2 when it's not even a full meal feels a little steep. It wasn't too busy on a weekday morning when we stopped by, and there were plenty of tables open. It could be a nice spot to work, and the wifi is public.
Beth Gaudette: love it!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Rachit Kejariwal: Spicy mocha is amazing!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Sandra Dedesko: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Antoni Abella Vendrell: Great draft coffee, one of the best around Cambridge. Their food is great too, my favorites are the breakfast sandwiches with bagels or croissant, and scones. Starting the day with 1369 is always a joy!
John Howard: Some of the best coffee I have had, in this country or elsewhere. Wish the small was 75 cents cheaper and a smaller small, 8-10 ounces. Expensive. Service is also good and rotating art exhibits in Central Square cafe make atmosphere awesome

Curt Raffi: Pavement is one of the better coffee locations in Harvard Square. There is upstairs seating as well as outside. If you're taking a tour of Harvard University, Pavement is located right where all the tours begin.I also like the fact that they do Cafe au lait really well. It sounds simple, but I've never had a great Cafe au lait at the chain stores. The food and sandwiches are also really fresh and well made. The staff has a great attitude and it makes all the difference.Wheelchair accessibility: If you've got someone with you in a wheelchair Pavement is also very accessible.
Nurefsan Sariipek: Worst croissants
Seán O'Dálaigh: Terrible service for overpriced, mediocre coffee. It's at the base of the stairs of the building too, so you feel like you're in people's way while you're waiting for your order.
Ariel Moshe: Delicious bagels and spreads. Great vegan options. But overpriced. And a lot of the people who work here are rude, cold, and never smile. It seems that they aren’t trained in hospitality and professionalism. I wish that they were more friendly towards customers (especially the regulars like me). It would make our experience so much better.
Craig Tateronis: Tasty sandwiches but pricey and excruciatingly slow. Avoid this place if you need to be anywhere in the next 20 minutes. There's a lot of people behind the counter but they just seem to kind of stand around and not do much. I thought that things would get better after they apparently unionized but if anything they've gotten slower.
Karolos Arapakis: Great place to sit outside and enjoy coffee!
Lauren Kageler: I had the worst ice coffee ever here. It was so disappointing. Also the bagels had very little cream cheese especially considering how much I paid for it.
Alex Jiang: Congrats on unionizing!! Great coffee
Elizabeth Ruckus: Love this store - staff is friendly, orders are accurate, and the food and drinks are great
Mauro Pivesso: Abbiamo preso 2 caffè espresso, buoni per questo tipo di locale. Il locale era pulito ed il personale ben organizzato ed efficiente.
Marija F: Nice place, but a lot of people. If you did not have enough time to wait for coffee, you should avoid those place.
Kris Hubby: Great coffee. Delicious light roast, low cost.

Tina Lieu: Terrific neighborhood cafe to meet friends and run errands. Indoor seating is limited but the outside patio area is a good size. I like the Vietnamese fresh rolls and the cold brew coffee. They also have juice boxes for kids and a nice assortment of pastries. Note there is currently no public restroom, but there is one at Star Market near the meat department, which is only two doors down in the same complex.

Nancy J Roach: Spring rolls are perfect!
Jim Bain: Great coffee with outdoor seating.
Sarah Kramer: Excellent drinks and food, especially the Thai summer rolls. I was there last on a very busy Saturday and staff were doing a really admirable job of keeping up with constant orders in a small, cramped space behind the bar.

Starbucks: what do users think?
Adam: Looks like this one bit the dust. Closure note on the door says temporary , but I’d not be shocked if they never came back .
Matthew Santos: Incredibly telling that this location has no mobile ordering, it’s almost like it has been disowned by Starbucks. Find a different location to pick up your coffee.
MeTrollu Ritenow: I feel sorry for people who enjoy Starbucks
Call me Nehemiah: Madison took my order and was the most sincere inspiring person I have met all year. So many people take your employees for granted but I am always grateful and today Madison was the blessing I earned 😭 thank you Madison for encouraging me to love the girl girl in the mirror l💗
Leon Ineke: Nice Starbucks, but limited on seating space though

Cee Geebs: Absolute most disgusting Starbucks I have ever been in. The bathroom look and smells like it hasn’t seen a janitor or cleaning products in months. Ordered my usual caffe latte and bacon egg bites; both had an off taste to them. I will never visit this location again.
Taker Deasy: They were jerks who yelled that the bathroom was closed in unison even though I was a paying customer. They seemed to enjoy it.
Brian Allenby: No seating available and restrooms closed per company policy due to Covid.Dine in: No Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes Curbside pickup: Yes …More
Nyyomm M: I think it’s important to recognize when employees are handling rushes from in store customers on top of online orders while being absolutely pleasant and calm under pressure. Maude was killin it. Also I like the googlie eyed ticket printer.
Joanna Park: Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: No Takeout: YesMore
Karin Parker: Quiet during my visit. Great staff. Good service.
Ros: Ordered a venti drink at almost the last minute before they close, and the gentleman who had my order took care of it patiently and friendly, even though he was definitely exhausted after a long day. I really appreciated it as I’m working after midnight rn and gladly still have a cup of nice coffee with me.Dine in: No Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes …More
Kim Stewart: Very disappointing. I got my tea after one minute waited 20 minutes for two pieces of banana bread. Still waiting. Ridiculous all it Hass to be is put in a bag. It’s not warmed up, nothing has to be done to it but put it in a bag. It doesn’t take 20 minutes to put two pieces of bread in the bag. And still waiting
Jeani Rome: Rude staff and they don't shake their teas or put water in them so they always come out too concentrated
Ben Echevarria: Clean fast
Ebony Eyes Soul Food: Fast service

Captain Space: Great place to go for breakfast coffee shopFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Julia G: Closing forever on December 22nd. This has been a mainstay forever! Solid sandwiches and coffee. My friend got the tiniest avocado toast we had ever seen, I enjoyed my turkey sandwich, and a very well-made Matcha latte.
Clayton Haapala: Too bad they are closing.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Kenneth Perry: The coffee and sandwiches here are top notch. They support a wide variety of local vendors including Taza Chocolate. The inside of the store is beautiful, welcoming, and well laid out. I recommend Darwin’s to all friends and family visiting Cambridge.
Margarette Mattos: Muito bomFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Fanny Mixter: Very nice cafe, sandwich was amazing, pumpkin spice latte was perfect (not sweet and a little gingery).
Ron Yang: Someone stole my sandwich but they were happy to make me a new sandwich. These guys are a real neighbourhood place. Love to all Darwin’s locations.
Allie: I come here often because I work in the area. The quality of the food and the kind/friendly staff keep me a regular. I crave the sandwiches and the really yummy lattes 😭😭 so good 🤤🤤Also, my baby loves the people watching here, like me lolzVegetarian options: So yum! When I was pregnant, the veggie options were super clutchKid-friendliness: I'm a regular and know most of the staff by name. Love them! Hard workersParking: Sometimes the metered spots out front are open, but I usually park at a meter on a side street
erik phillips: The white hot chocolate in the fall and winter with a pretty girl is absolutely the best
Jessie Petersen: Get the roast beef sandwich!!! You cannot go wrong.
Shane Woolley: Solidarity with the union!
Simon Kwok: Excellent decaf iced latte. Each bean has its own brewing profile.
Brian Twitchell: Had brunch here. Tasty breakfast sandwich served fresh and hot. They have pastries that sound delicious, but haven't tried them yet. I also had tea with oat milk on the side counter that I could add myself to taste. Pleasantly air conditioned in the hot weather.
Kathy Huang: Fist time breakfast : MassdArt sandwich . Spacious not crowded Tuesday AM.
Jorge Garcia: 1 of my 1st times back since the 3 lockdowns started; little has changed. Exceptional sandwiches & good specialty coffee drinks. (Signage still says too little about options, e.g., that you can order 1/2 a sandwich.) Prices are somewhat high. Fun, academic vibe.
Sanne Boersma: Coffee and scone were not that special and quite expensive
Allen Crockett: I just unwrapped my $13 Soldier's Field sandwich to find the sticker still on the apple! (see photo) I remember when this place was good quality, sad to see it's gone downhill. Save your money and get a sandwich somewhere else.
Alex: Sandwiches, coffee, all the good things you need. Great place to stop by
Pin-Chieh Chen: 超級美式的咖啡廳~三明治口味普通⋯不難吃也沒有特別好吃😂Matcha latte 是無糖的!口味也蠻淡的!室內有蠻多座位的!也可以座外面板凳!
Cam T: Unfortunately this location doesn’t meet the same standard as some of the others from my experience. I stopped by and not only were they out of the meat for the sandwich I ordered, they were out of bread. All bread. A sandwich shop that has no bread. Needless to say I wasted 15 minutes in line to have to leave and go somewhere else.

Lucy Scott: Customer service not great. They gave me cold lentil soup that was meant to be hot and weren’t interested in resolving.

Shiran Soholitsky: The best coffee in Cambridge for sure. The coffee is amazing with a great rich flavor that is really hard to find around.I don't usually eat there, only a pastry and a coffee, but every single one of the pastries is delicious. The rest of the food looks really good, and most people are sitting there for a quick breakfast (the prices are definitely fair). It is a great spot for studying or working with your laptop. The music is really good and it feels like an open space for students and people working from home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Joe Blair: Dynamite breakfast sando 🤯Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Antoni Abella Vendrell: I love their coffee and pre-covid breakfast tacosRecommended dishes Avocado Toast, Unlimited Drip Coffee, Drip Coffee …More

Amir Aharoni: Excellent café in Cambridge. Yummy burritos and kouign-amann, and of course, excellent coffee. The space is shared with the Lamplighter brewery, but the cashiers are separate.
Kate W: Excellent coffee, carefully prepared. This place converted me from “meh” to a coffee drinker. They use highlawn farms milk, which is delicious.
Al L.: Try the double mocha! Ice latte and regular coffee is great too. Can’t go wrong with an egg sandwich either.
Eve Ruff: Great coffee and absolutely delicious pastries. Highly recommend the cinnamon roll.
Juan Francisco Armando: Excellent coffee and excellent everything else: had an egg and cheese english muffin which was 🏻, so I had to go back to the counter to try more stuff which I took with me: cinnamon roll (puff pastry, not bun-style if you are interested) and the passion fruit brioche which is absolutely fantastic. Kudos to this place.
Nicole Alfaro: Recommend their turkey BLT and their egg, cheese and baconFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Lo: Went here for brunch. Not bad but not a place to go out of your way for. We had the Cuban sandwich, the avocado toast and the oat milk latte. Everything was edible but not delicious.
Laura Rinaldi: Pleasantly surprised by how good the coffee was. Got the mocha with skim milk and it was delicious. Employees were all very kind & welcoming, and they had good music playing. Will definitely be coming back! The pastries we tried were great, too.
The Unicycling Unicorn: Good coffee at a reasonable price! Free wifi and clean bathrooms.
AP S: Breakfast sandwich is great (combo of sauce + banana peppers is on point) and the coffee is solid too
David Horning: Excellent cafe by day with good coffee and food. I had an egg sandwich that was delicious. By night it's also a most excellent brewery. Only thing was when I visited almost every seat was taken with most of them being people working from their laptops, but I guess I can't blame them.

Allie Dupree: We love this place. Great breakfast sandwiches and coffee. And great people!
Pavel Trukhanov: Good samiches and coffee is not bad
Jon Langbert: Darwin’s is one of those coffee shops that is taken over by students so every table is one kid, one Mac, and one small cup of coffee. In other words, good luck finding a table. Not that you really want one because all of the furniture Is uncomfortable with uneven legs. Maybe that’s their strategy to keep students from overstaying their welcome? Regardless, my latte was excellent and my Rindge sandwich was tasty, albeit light on hummus and avocado (offset by a hearty helping of cheddar). Unfortunately, I had actually wanted a Tempeh Tantrum, but they were out of tempeh. Bottom line, with a daughter at Harvard, I’ll be back, but would probably go for Tatte, if given a choice.
Yunhyae Kim: It used to be good but now the workers are rude and negligent. I had to remind them chatting for ten minutes that I haven't got my coffee yet. When I tried to check in if they're still accepting orders--because it was close to their closing time--the cashier was even annoyed. Lol
Guamer from Guahan: Last week they called me because they didn’t have the GF bread for my online order, but they have it again in stock now! They have also been really quick with sandwich orders recently. The chipotle aioli is great, you can even add it to most sandwiches on the Toast App.
Naureen Wajahat: got the florentine and cold brew creamsicle. perfect summer snack for a hot day
Anna Oliynyk: Delicious sandwiches )) great service. And I love that they keep their packaging to a minimum!
Sk: Such a chaotic and discriminating place. Over 20 mins waiting time and you got nothing!! There is no other customer before me but it took them 20 mins preparing a single sandwich, while 5 people after me got their order within 5-10 mins. NEVER NEVER come back again.
T Appalanarasayya: The coffee and croissant was just brilliant. Ambience is good - highly recommended
Brad Selmon: Mint mocha was good. Vegan tempeh sandwich was mediocre. Closed early at 3 pm
Katharine Rosen: We used to go to this Darwin's all the time and loved it, but in the past few months things have changed. The food and coffee just aren't as good, the chai's are undrinkable, and the staff are so rude. I've been downright yelled at three several times just for checking in on an order slightly early. The last time I was here, I asked about my order and was told "you are not first in line, you'll just need to wait" to which I politely replied "Ok! no worries." The staff member then proceeded to chat with his coworkers for ten minutes, stock the fridge unnecessarily for ten minutes, and then finally get someone to make my drink. I was livid but didn't say anything - I won't be back.
Naomi Sasaki: I got the tempeh tantrum sandwich, and it was excellent. The toffee latte was also amazing! It’s a little pricey, but definitely worth it. The sandwich was huge!Dine in: No Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes …More
Andy Palmer: Darwin's is the BEST sandwiches in Cambridge
Medi Infinity: Overpriced and mediocre stuff. The new staff is rude, aggressive, and uncivilized. If it wasn’t because of the natural high demand of the students in the area, they would’ve gone out of business long ago. Definitely other (better) coffee shops on Harvard sq you may want to try.
Maya Patel: Great study spot, friendly staff, great sandwiches.
Ethan Jones: Waited over an hourDine in: Yes Takeout: Yes …More
Neha Kapate: It pains me to write this review as my first time here was great, but at my second visit, I ordered online and picked up my order - large iced coffee w/ oat milk and hazelnut and a Lesley sandwich. When I got home, I realized to my horror that the oat milk used in my ice coffee was spoiled and the coffee was filled with chunks of rotten milk. It was very gross. On top of the fact my sandwich was missing cheese, a key part of any breakfast sandwich, I don't think I'll be coming back :(
Yawer Amin: So slow……..
Josh Desmond: The breakfast sandwiches were good

Curio Coffee: what do users think?
Norm Zurawski: Solid little shop which was a comfortable to drink an espresso and get some work done before client meetings. Disappointed that one of the pics showed "pour over" on the menu but they did not have it here. The single person behind the counter was beyond over-worked this morning, so asking her to make me a pour over would have been cruel anyway. The espresso was good and the people seemed to be ordering the waffles repeatedly. I would come back.
Chris Madden1: Delicious waffles and excellent customer service
Jessica Janiuk: I returned to Cambridge after almost 4 years away, and I was so excited to be reunited with Curio coffee. I seriously thought about their liege waffles while I was away. They're so good! The coffee is also fantastic. I would get coffee at Curio every morning if I could.
Y K: Love their waffle.

James Jang: Came in for the first time so I asked for recommendations on two items. The woman there said that she doesnt drink coffee so she cant give recommendations. I sat down on a table to work on my laptop but she said “oh by the way, we don’t allow laptops here”. So I respectfully closed my laptop and it went back into my bag. When she said my drink is ready, it really felt she didnt want me there. Customer interaction is important and I know this since i worked as a barista before. this had to be the most unpleasant experience at a coffee shop.

Alex C: This place was on my list because of the award-winning liege waffles, and they were worthy of the praise. So good! There was no pourover service on the day of my visit, but the drip coffee was still excellent.Cute little cafe with a nice vibe and friendly staff.
Jaehoon Lee: Visited here six years ago & I always make time to visit every time I’m in Boston. The waffles here cannot be beat. It’s good to a point where I want to franchise it in brooklyn.
Drew Story: Curio is a nice coffee shop, but I don’t know if I would consider it third wave / specialty coffee. They do not do a pour over. Not much space to sit, and they discourage laptop use on the weekends (which I appreciate).
Sean Germain: Best coffee in Cambridge. Been coming here several times a week for a few years and they never disappoint. Their house-made waffles are always uniquely delicious and fun.

Revival Cafe+Kitchen: what do users think?
Kit Collins: My partner and I hosted an engagement party for around 50 guests at Revival's Alewife location and it could not have gone any better. The servers were completely accommodating and friendly. Everyone loved the venue, snacks and dessert buffet, and excellent drinks selection. It was a breeze planning the event with Revival staff. This place is our number one local recommendation!

Sammy Shalaby: Haven't been disappointed by anything I've ordered from here. Delicious and vital to the local community here in Alewife
Lenny Mendicino: What a great neighborhood gem! Each and every component they use to prepare these crafted menu items taste fresh as though straight from the farmers garden. Bread items are carb heaven, the biscuits, French rolls, sweet potato bread, etc. Yes please! The service above all rest, make this a go to each and every time. Friendly staff that are passionate about the food/ selections. Thank y'all!

Patricia: I came here reminiscing about Crema and fond memories in that old cafe. I got a delicious and healing ginger steamer to help with my allergies and the nostalgic English muffins with homemade strawberry jam. There is much seating space, decorated with plants. Good background music selection, friendly and helpful staff, and a vibrant yet comfortable atmosphere.
Rami Farawi: There is a 5% “hospitality charge” if you want to sit down with your order (as opposed to to-go), but you have to pick up your coffee when they yell your name, then you have to put away your own dish in the bin. What’s the fee for then? Then there’s of course the tip they ask for too. Staff doesn’t leave from behind the counter. Doesn’t seem like “hospitality” to me. Just give me the water bill too while you’re at it.
Christopher Russo: One of the best breakfast sandwiches I ever had! A great place to start your morning right!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5 …More

Gwyneth Martin: My coworker and I hosted a private event here and it went phenomenally! The owner, Alec, was very easy to work with prior to the event and extremely friendly with our guests throughout the duration of the event. The staff working the event were also extremely friendly and accommodating. The venue is very cute and aesthetically pleasing. There were a lot of options for gluten-free and vegan options for food which was much appreciated. Overall, we had a very successful event and we will definitely be using Revival Cafe & Kitchen again in the future.
Nathan Lowry: Best coffee in the Cambridge area and excellent service.

Aaron Tayte (Tayte): I wanted to love this spot, but honestly was a tad underwhelmed. The Golden Crema Latte was about $5-6 USD but was loaded with a little too much cinnamon/spices and had no real taste beyond that. The "Ms. Sweet Potato" wrap (about $10) was also disappointing. It needed some gorgonzola cheese, extra dressing, avocado - anything to help it feel more unique and satisfying. It was essentially just a cold potato + some greens thrown into a wrap. The atmosphere/music also left something to be desired.Great service, though!Parking: A parking lot is available at the back of the building.

Sarah Marie: Any hot food comes out saturated in grease, but there are a few decent things on the menu. However, recently they have added a 5% junk fee on top of their already increased prices, and I'm over it.

Hrudya Viswanadh: Absolutely love this place! We go there more often than we should, but we just can't help it.Love their coffee and sandwiches. Try their Crispy Eggplant Sandwich and any of their seasonal lattes! My absolute favorite is their housemade almond butter. Simply delicious!
Raymond D. Crookes: One of my go to restaurants! Great breakfast, lunch, and pastries.
