Arielle Sacks: I came to Albertine Press relatively last minute for my wedding invitations and paper suite, after having a poor experience with another vendor. They were so kind and professional and were able to help me put together my dream paper suite! They understood the motif I was looking for and were able to provide me all the assets I needed, within my budget. Most importantly, they were extremely organized which was exactly what I needed during the stressful planning process. I cannot thank the team at Albertine Press more for such a seamless, beautiful process!

Shelley brought everything I could have asked for to life in designing our custom wedding invitation suite - from playful fox and shamrock illustrations on vellum to all the personalized details that we will forever cherish. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the wedding invitation suite and it was just a precursor to the beautiful starry night custom menus, welcome packets, and ceremony programs. Julie Xie: We worked with Shelley and her team to design our wedding invitation suite, and we were very happy with the whole experience! The team at Albertine Press were a joy to work with, from end to end. At the beginning, Shelley sent us a large package full of previous work samples that matched some of the moods and styles we told her we liked. Throughout the revision process, Shelley was quick to respond and very receptive to any feedback we had. She was patient through the rounds of edits and typography selections. The end result was beautiful: our invitations and RSVP cards had custom hand-drawn illustrations of our venue and florals, in addition to a custom floral envelope liner to go with it. Highly recommend working with Albertine Press to create your custom invitation suite!

My husband and I really enjoyed seeing how Shelley took our not-well-defined vision and turned it into a set of wedding stationery more perfect than we could have imagined. Danny Cohen: Shelley and her team are awesome people and artists who sell great merchandise. I worked with Shelley about a year ago to design and print custom letterpress stationery for my girlfriend -- she not only produced beautiful hand-drawn art that perfectly matched my nebulous specifications, but she did it on a relatively tight timeline and even gift-wrapped the final product for no additional fee. She also charged half what competing high-end letterpress shops were quoting me, not even accounting for the custom art. I shop here at least once a month and am so grateful to live nearby!

Jack Quinn: I've gone by the store 3 times in the last week trying to get supplies and the store has never been open. There is a sign stating "temporary" hours but even those times nor their regular operating hours dictate when they will be open...
Jenna DeLuca: Signage on door and online hours state the store is open but it is not. Checked a few times between 1-2pm. Call and check to confirm open before wasting your time traveling here.

Hope Whynot: Came here September 2021 and got a planner embossed for free and had a conversation with the employee about the fact that they'd emboss any of their notebooks for free. Come back November 21 and bought 6 notebooks to get embossed for holiday presents and was charged $30 for embossing. Not sure if the policy changed or what but one employee said "whoops I charged her $30 for embossing" and the other employee said "that's right". I didn't question it because I don't like to cause trouble for low wage workers but I wouldn't recommend the service. Embossing looked messy/smudged around many of the vowels. Which I wouldn't mind if it were free... but I'd expect better for the expense of the service

William Freedberg: Not the greatest. Two employees for the whole store, and dishonest about what is in stock. The person I spoke with didn't know the item I was asking about even existed, but after a few minutes on hold said they carried it. I came in and another store associate looked around and said they didn’t have it. I later called and got the first person I talked to, she told me to come by again and she'd find it for me. It turns out she didn't know they had it in stock but the manager had just told her they probably have it. Then she confirmed she didn’t know where it was, and had me go look myself, and of course I didn't find it. Waist of stairs.
