Anton Kobus: A great comfortable place to come. We were celebrating an adult birthday, party of 6. Great food and drinks (!!) all around, seafood and steak dishes, as well as the "onion meatloaf" and calamari appetizers. Service was super, food served very warm, and without much delay. David: Overall a bit disappointed.First I would definitely recommend reserving in advance. We went on a Thursday evening without a reservation and had to wait about 45 minutes for a table even though the hostess had originally told us it should be approximately 15 minutes. The place was only about half full so I can only imagine that they just didn't have enough staff to serve more tables.In terms of the food, the filet mignon was very good, though it did come more medium than medium rare. The rice pilaf was excellent; I had never before had it with celery. The seared scallops were also very good. The prime rib on the other hand was a bit disappointing.Keep in mind, they don't keep the menu on their website up to date as pretty much everything was a dollar more.Finally they really should spend a little more time cleaning as I could see the dust on the light fixtures just overhead.

Natalie Reich: We tip out the hibachi guy in cash after food is prepared (also give $5 to sushi chef directly). Then we get bill, completely overcharged but we don’t fight it. Tip 20% between the cash tip and card tip. The waiter comes over in front of the entire table and demands we tip more- we explain we also tipped in cash and hes trying to explain why he’s demanding more of a tip. We continue to explain WE TIPPED IN CASH DIRECTLY TO THE CHEF plus an additional $15 for the server (who did a whole lot of nothing & took 30 mins to bring one drink)- between both cash tips and card tip equating to more than 20% of the bill. The other patrons at our table were appalled at the servers behavior. It ruined the whole experience. Rude and honestly a shake down for mediocre service- a tip is not guaranteed and if you are being tipped 20% you should not shake down your customers for more. The server says “sorry about that” on the way out- manager says the staff is not supposed to ask for more tip, but just read the reviews! This clearly is a common practice here. I NEVER Karen out like this, but i was shocked at how we were treated when already tipping 20%. Shame on these people. Do not recommend.

Went Saturday night with my husband for dinner and we were essentially ignored because they were too busy focusing on the sweet 16 party next to us and the 21st birthday a few tables over. Totally get that hibachi is a fun celebratory dinner but if you can’t manage groups and also cater to individual dinner parties you shouldn’t advertise as a restaurant. The host had headphones in and barely spoke to us. Just told us we couldn’t sit anywhere but where she put us in a corner. Sat at 8:15 hibachi chef came over until 9 pm.

Jacky Chen: Had a wonderful experience eating dinner with my girlfriend. The staff were pleasant and fast getting us seated and serviced. However, I do noticed a lot of people giving the hostess a lot of hard time about being seated. Folks, if you made a reservation at a busy habachi place and expected to be seated right away without a complete party, you're gonna have to wait. Because when you're seated, they take your orders and getting the food prepped in the back. If you are missing people, then they aren't able to take orders which will delay the process for others. Been in her situation before so I understand the confusion from the customers. So please consider this.

Jessa: We came randomly for lunch on our way back from Boston and we are big steak lovers so we were looking forward to it. Unfortunately the steak options for lunch are very limited. I was thinking you would be able to get Filet or at least Sirloin or NY Strip but those were not options. We were told that stuff is mainly for the dinner menu which was a disappointment.We ordered an appetizer of Motzeralla sticks and they were really good but I can not say I enjoyed that they came on a bed of lettuce? I've never seen that anywhere and as someone who cannot stand the taste of lettuce, I found it a little difficult to try to get the flavour off of.My boyfriend ordered the KC prime rib and thought it was delecious. I ordered the chicken parmagiana and didn't really like it. I found the sauce off putting but the chicken itself was cooked well and crispy.My son had chicken strips and fries and both were good.Overall I was rather upset with this visit because they didn't have the steak I wanted, the appetizer I usually enjoy was less enjoyed than usual due to the lettuce and I didn't find my meal (chicken parmagiana) to be good. I left having mainly eaten the motzeralla sticks.The staff was excellent though. She understood I didn't like my meal and without asking took the chicken parmagiana off the bill. The atmosphere was really calm and rather dark which I found relaxing and wish more restaurants were like. If I am in the area again I would give it one more try for dinner.

I dont think the chef knew how to cook a medium-medium well filet mignon. So, in turn, the waitress took my meal off the bill, and i had to eat the meat with A1 steak sauce. So upsetting.

Magalh Felipe: There were three employees by the checkout desk, but only one girl was doing work. I would recommend that those people work as a team and help each other in order to expedite the line. One of the people standing by the desk seemed to be the manager. The service could have been better if he had been helping her out. The impression that I had is that he was one of those supervisors/managers who was only there to watch and did not help much. Again I am not sure if the guy standing there was the boss.

L G: Do you self a favor, don’t not come to this place. I came to this restaurant and a staff bring me to a table. I sit there for 15 minutes and no one came. I asked another staff I saw if he can help me to find my server so I can order food. The person was very rude and said “you sit yourself did you!”. I said, “no, your coworker bring me to this table.” He said “no you did! You sit yourself. The host is not there.” His tone is very very rude and ignorant, as if I am some sort of thief or liar. I think this place is racist. I walk out right away. This is so ridiculous, even a judge wouldn’t give out a “sentence” like this. “You sit yourself” Do yourself a favor, do not come.

charanbirmingham: This particular location has very bad quality service. Food we ordered was very cold. Steak was burnt and chewy, when I request medium rare. Lobster tails was very good but very cold as if it was prepared 1h before served. Won’t go to this location again

I ordered the filet with peppercorn cream sauce and it came out exactly how I wanted it (as close to medium but still a little rare) with the best Mac and cheese side I've ever had! I've had some pretty amazing filets before and I'd rate this one in the top 3. The service was top notch as well and everything was served quick and professionally! To put it bluntly, this was a meal where you take a bite and try to savor every piece of it...I didn't want it to end! Compliments to the Chef and Staff! Well done!

We had to request a remove of all of those items. My sibling got a dirty martini and it was too salty. The olives were the best part of it. Dig Time: Service is very questionable. We ordered drinks and just never received them. Sat for about 30 minutes. The young female bartender is very rude and not someone you want to interact with on a personal or professional level. Highly don’t recommend as there are a score of other places to go in the area for drinks. Wings were also dry as well.

I would probably discourage large groups from coming here as it can be tough to find a table.

Mina Ezikpe: Service was terrible. Food was not great. I went here with a group of all black students for lunch. We were asked multiple times how we planned to pay before even being given water or a menu. We waited over an hour for our food. When people had to leave and asked for the food to go, server said she had to get a manager, who again asked us how we planned to pay (as if we don’t know restaurants work and everyone doesn’t have a credit card nowadays) before finally giving us all of our food to go and ruining our lunch.
