Jim Orsini: I had an issue with my pool earlier this year. I could not get it clear at all. Milky Blue water. I went to another pool place local to me and they said just throw chemicals at it. After 2 weeks and a waste of time and money I did a search and found Abramo Pool & Spa. I stopped by , explained this issue and showed pictured to Nick. Nick said it is dead algae and you will need 3 containers of clarifier. I used the clarifier as Nick told me and BINGO. Pool was clear and usable. Abramo is now my pool place. Thank you again Nick......

Mary Correia: Michael at Abramo Pool & Spa is a man of his word!! I went to him with a deadline and he promised that he would meet it and HE DID! We had a crack in an underground pipe two feet down. The pool is 33 years old. Henry and Juan came replaced the pipe, connected the filter, pressure tested the system and we are up and running. We do not have to cancel the party. Do not go anywhere else!! I was treated like family!!!!!

Can be viewed at Commonwealth of MA courts (filed in Cambridge). We opted to just fix our pool and move on.I HIGHLY recommend NOT to use this pool company. Private message me and I will send you pictures of work they had done and the MANY emails I have saved from them. It just makes my blood boil from the many issues. These folks are like work with elementary children. They were great when it was time to meet and take your money. It was a slow roll downhill after that.******Also the many reviews on here, Yelp and other website references are actually friends and family, whom gave 5 stars, many are fictitious reviews.Long story short. CEP Fired our original sales man/Project manager (Ray) whom sold me the pool, they then assigned us a new PM (Dave’s Brother) whom they had a bad falling out-fired their brother whom worked for them (I believe he now works for Environmental pools in Chelmsford).Also, another odd request was they required us to pay for the pool IN CASH. We are contacting the IRS to ensure they filed correct forms to file for that tax year.The pool was built 2 feet higher (Elevation) than it should of been, the depth of the pool was off by 5 inches in the deep end, the plumbing was done incorrectly (The pool owner confirmed they forgot to provide floor drainage for our heating system, Also they forgot to install the bubblers in our tanning ledge and it had to be 'chipped out to accomidate the plumbing and there is now a raised area where the plumbing is, Shoddy raised area now in tanning ledge. Also, the sitting bench was put on the wrong side of the pool per our drawings.They NEVER delivered my pool skimmer baskets, never opened my pool (they claimed they closed our pool, but it was never filled with any water) programmed my electronics of my pool, the plaster chipped (a size of a dollar bill) and had to redo the plaster ((Atlantis Plaster company claimed that I told them to work in the rain....even though I know nothing about pool building )). Also never delivered and installed our Ozonator, Polaris robot, and many other items WE PAID for!**The pool is a salt water pool and there was never any salt added to our pool *** or any other items like Weir gates, etc.The Owner DAVE will NEVER return your calls (unless you want to buy a pool) and always deflects to his wife (Lisa) for issues whom is always combative and very unprofessional to work with.The MOST frustrating thing was I had TWO tiles break from the Stone coping contractor and instead of calling Triad associates to fix the issue and get to fix and replace the tile and regrout, they asked the plaster company to do and our grout doesnt match and looks out of place. Many pointed fingers between Triad andI withheld $500 to make sure I got my Robot cleaning system, remote, salt, etc and because im too far outside of their travel area they will NOT come out.Worst decision ever was to buy a pool from these deceptive business owners.Horrible just horrible business practices.Retail store closed quickly after many new unhappy pool customer started coming in (I had heard)Scummy people.Services:General construction,Design

John Rumore: We recently got our pool installed by Creative Edge Pools and are extremely pleased with the outcome! Pool is complete on time and looks amazing! I have several pictures I will share once the decking comes in this week but wanted to take this chance to write a review on our experience. Not only does the pool look HIGH QUALITY but the service we received was amazing! Heather was a pleasure to deal with and with the million questions I had along the way she always answered them very professional and didn't seem to get annoyed with me haha. David was great as well he was always on time and very honest along with the process. Kristen was awesome who did most of our plumbing and it was just great dealing with the full family. We are extremely happy we chose them!! I have a friend from work who was also getting a pool from another company and they probably started about 45 days before ours and while ours is complete with water they just got the gunite blown last week. They are behind us by about 4 weeks! One other thing she had to deal with was coordination of everything from plumber, electrician, etc. where Creative Edge did ALL of this for me! it made my life SOO much easier! I highly recommend choosing Creative Edge Pools! Pleasure to deal with and amazing work!

Joe Buscaino: We hired Creative Edge earlier this summer (summer 2018) and have been extremely satisfied with the experience. Dave (and Heather in the office) have been in regular communication with each step of the process. We were told the pool would take 6-8 weeks for full installation but they were done well before that and we have been able to use the pool this summer although we didn't start the process until the first week of July.I am a first time pool owner so I have had several questions and both Dave and Heather have responded quickly via calls, texts and emails. Our family is very happy with the process and look forward to enjoying this pool for many years.

I have nothing but positive things to say. If for some reason a service call couldn't be scheduled right away, Heather or Dave would call me or text me and walk me through what I could do myself in the meantime.They worked with me on warranties and service plans and went above and beyond what most companies will do. Love them!!

Mauricio Villavicencio: This is the worst company I have ever contracted. Don t be tricked by the nice first 2 visits they do to sell you the product. Everything will sound beautiful but then you will realize is lie after lie. They have everything hidden in the contract so they give you budget and then, they came with surprise after surprise.1. Time issues First they told us they will construct the pool in 7 weeks in May and that they will have it done before the summer. Now we are 5 months and the pool is not finish. The promise 1 day "to get the permit" turned into 3 weeks (blaming the town). After the permit is done it took 4 weeks to start the project. There were 4 separate weeks that nobody show up to work. They always blame the weather or suddenly appear with something that you, the client did not do.It looks like you are supposed to know how to construct a pool.2. Financial deceivement. Peter Breenan, the so called Design Director accepted a budget. Then we dismissed 2 other companies. Then he came up he did not do the proper sum, the price is 10000 up. We had to accept to avoid lost of 3 other weeks. They began excavation, all of a sudden we got a 10000 bill. What is this? Rocks needed to be taken out. Of course the "job" was already done so we couldn t say no and rocks are "not in the contract". All of a sudden nobody is working, we asked what is going on? You must construct a wall for 20000 to be able to keep going. We were never told about that the wall was a must! Finally, price down to 17000 to be able to keep the project going. We were told we can pick the pebble. Yes, we picked: Chilean Caribbean. They have in an illegible way another pebble, we got charged 1400 extra. They were not working in the deck. We ask what happened? You need to construct a gas line to the heater, is you responsability. Oh my god I don t know at this stage how much it will cost.Then I was arranging the gas line, they told me, the heater is natural gas, if you want propane you have to buy a converter. It is like I have a choice, my house has propane . I really don t know why they install a natural gas heater if I have propane. Of course I have to pay for the converter. Finally, they said 3 truck loads of water, you need 4, we got charged 400. What a disaster!3. Construction issues: all of a sudden, blue tiles appear in the pool. The so called design director invented we gave him the ok to choose! What a hoax! We told them we want to pick the colour of the pool elements as it was promised at the time we started the business. We said we would like to pick the pebbles. They said we will give you samples: never showed up with the samples. At the end, we choose picking by internet. The deck: they came and quicky construct it. Result: it was the wrong desing. They didn want to changed it, they said it will look "gorgeous" and now is hard we cannot modified. Thanks god the contract described the design, they changed after a week. They came very late to seal it after the pool was full of water. Result: the water wasc contaminated with sealant. They said it is no problem, is water based sealeant. I found this hard to believe.4 . Communication: the response rate from Peter Breenan was awful.He forgets things, and does not tell you what is need it to be able to complete the project.I hope nobody hires them anymore.

A lot of blame on the weather but that is par for a pool company.To this point they have said what they have needed to say to get their money. I would love to revise this review but to this point I would never recommend them.*7/11/17 Here is the update. This family/company has really worked their butts of to make us happy. My previous review was mostly just based on bad communication. Dave, Lisa and Kristen got right on it and fixed everything. The pool is done and looks beautiful. Even with hiccups along the way I would definitely recommend this company. Very likeable family that works hard. I don't mind problems/mistakes on a home improvement project because it always happens. I HATE when companies don'tix the issues. Creative Edge does. Thanks guys!Matt

G T: Didn't seem really interested in installing pools. No return phone calls or emails. Cant say much about the work. Was hoping to use a local company... Kristen You then didn't even give a return to our call to simply say you aren't interested... You still could return our call and repair this review but choose not too. Don't worry its seems many pool companies are shady... Dave was very pleasant until we chose to go with Custom Pools.... You know my number if you want to clean this up.

Tien & Susan: We contracted with Creative Edge in March 2013. We are still awaiting completion of all the work and it is now June 2014. Some of the work that was completed was great and some was abysmal. Very poor communication response. We have filed a BBB complaint and will file a Home Improvement Contractor Complaint Form with the State of Ma.
