ONI ENIOLA: The environment of my apartment is absolutely delightful. It's surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful river working path and tall trees that provide ample shade. The air is fresh and clean, making it a joy to step out for a walk or spend time in the outdoor areas. The serenity of the surroundings creates a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The scenic views from my apartment are breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the environment.The apartment administration is incredibly responsive and efficient. The management team is always prompt in addressing any concerns or inquiries I have, whether it's regarding maintenance requests, lease renewals, or general inquiries. They are professional, courteous, and proactive in ensuring that residents' needs are met.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my apartment.

Adam Hess: Don't do it.From day one there have been issues with this building.1) When we moved in there were ants all over the floor - this was the day we were moving in! Since then they have subsided but neighbors have asked us if we have mice...because they do.2) On the top floor, our roof has been leaking for 5 months. Numerous maintenance work orders and roofers later..it still leaks.3) Paper thin walls and flooring. My floor shakes when the people in the apartment below me are moving, I can hear when they're talking and can hear the neighbor directly beside me. In no way is this their fault...they are living their normal lives but the building is just built terribly.4) Exterior doors slam when closed and shake all neighboring apartments, another example of how poor the construction is.5) Parking spaces are ridiculously small and have masonry formed around the support beams which encroach even further into your space - if you're lucky you might even get a drain pipe and an extra bollard to reduce your parking space even further. Our car was hit by a neighbor but again...this is 99% due to the poor design of the building. We reported the damage to management and never heard back.6) There is a dog that barks non-stop from its balcony at all activities going on in the courtyard as well as anyone who walks past in the hallway.7) Garbage is always full and smells terrible due to the spillage on the floor.8) Multiple packages have been stolen from the mailroom.9) Both of my bikes have been vandalized and wheels stolen from the parking garage.I had a leaking kitchen sink drain which was repaired quickly by the maintenance staff (thank you, you've gotten 1 Star for this review) and it is a very nice location with the Charles river path right at your back door.This place is brand new and I expect it will continue to deteriorate. Good to know the fire alarm works at 2:30am though, can't wait for the next wake up call. Thanks Watermills!

P. Harrington: Walls are paper thin, I can hear every word my neighbor says in his conversations and the floor shakes and thuds with every step, especially his 2 young kids, hallways always smell like smoke, nothing is ever fixed, dangerous construction, packages stolen. Each and every apartment on 3rd floor has ceiling leaks and when your furniture is damaged they don’t compensate. Giant black ants inside everyone’s apartments. Elevator screams and slams very VERY loud every time it is used, my daughter plugs her ears when she is inside it is so loud. Front door access system always broken and you get locked out because there is no key. Dumpsters always over flowing with trash everywhere and awful smell. The dryer heat element is broken so it MELTS clothes on delicate setting. Everyone complains and leasing office responds but nothing is ever done. Everyone is breaking leases and getting out. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Mike Hawk: avoid this place like the bubonic plague. mice infested building. clearly an issue that hasn’t been resolved as you can see from the other post. the trash containers are always full and overflowing. maybe consider getting the trash picked up more frequently? smells like hot a$$ and it attracts rodents! ding ding ding you dingalings. the developers must’ve been some cheap fuqs with materials b/c i can hear conversations from the next unit over as if they were my roommates. saw a guy moving out the other day and he told me i should be doing the same.tl;dr- MICE INFESTED BUILDING- PAPER THIN WALLS- NO FITNESS CENTER ( FALSE ADVERTISEMENT)

Stephen Moran: I was going to look at an apartment today at 12 noon. I confirmed with the management team and they said someone would meet me outside at the address. I showed up about 10 minutes early and called the number that they gave to me. No one answered the phone or the keypad and there was no email from management. I even emailed the agent again to let her know I was there and waiting. I waited around until about 12:20 when I decided that this was just a waste of my time. I got in touch on the phone with someone about 10 minutes after I left…He was apologetic, but it was too little too late.When he asked if there was something he could do, I mentioned that he could send me a virtual tour of an apartment. However, I’m still waiting for that virtual tour…The management team seems quite unprofessional here.

Patrick Coyle: So, i’m posting this review on behalf of my brother, who is having a lot of trouble with a lot of MICE in his apartment! it appears a lot of people are having MICE in their apartments. Bad management is making the problem worse.Curiously, they keep taking down his negative review. Seems like a highly unethical business practice to me. If you’re thinking of living here, I would run away!

Etimbuk udoh: Love everything so far! the location, how safe the area and apartment is. It is working distances to my gym and most places. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, it checks all my list.

Aili Jin: This place is very conveniently located, and the 24-hour opening time can be lifesaver sometimes. They have a good variety of products, and we especially go there to get vegetarian stuff. It's not the cheapest place to get groceries, so it's not our regular store, but we shop there frequently for specific items or when it's on our way somewhere.

One of my greatest regrets from my first year living in Cambridge was that I didn't have the Star Market app. I could have been saving so much money! I could have known when the shrimp sales would happen instead of checking in person every day! But hindsight is 20/20, and I'm happy to be a loyal user of the app today.Yes, Star Market is on the more expensive side for most things. I will usually go elsewhere (Trader Joe's, Costco, Hmart Burlington) for necessities that are overpriced at Star Market. BUT their weekly ads and app-exclusive deals can be amazing, and you can get ridiculously cheap or free things. 25 cent 5lb bag of potatoes or pack of blueberries? Free kimchi with the Saturday Sampler? 67c/lb stone fruits?Whenever something I want is on sale (or free) at Star Market, I stock up. Especially during shrimp sales (it goes down to $4.97/lb, so I wait for that). And there's usually at least one good deal in produce so we're never lacking.So yeah, Star Market is expensive if you're not using the app and buying everything from there. But if you use the app to plan out exactly what great deals you'll take advantage of, it can really enhance your food supply.This location itself is spacious and nice, and I've always had a good experience interacting with employees. I always use self-checkout which works just fine. I would also recommend going earlier in the day for produce (especially if it's on sale), because usually at the end of the day only the beat up stuff is left (I'm looking at you, jalapenos).

Elias D: Honestly I drive the 10 minutes to this one instead of the Brighton one within waking distance on weekends because I have the privilege of having a car. The reasons being: there is always ample parking, it is never as crowded, there is always more selection of food, they sell wine & beer, and they have a deli worker who really knows how to slice prosciutto well.Prices are typical of whole foods. The store is very clean and the staff always friendly & patient with folks. There are only about 3 self checkout machines here but the wait is never too long.

The second time when the manager finally picked up I asked him where my order was and he said no one ever picked it up well if no one ever picked it up why didn't you call me or call the company to find out why that's not happening I called them and I live chat and said where is my order and they said that to deliver is going to be on its way find out they never picked it up.... I had to run down to the convenience store just to buy mac and cheese so my kid could eat tonight cuz this groceries for tonight.... I don't suggest anyone ordering from the app... And I think this is the last time I'm going to shop at Star market because I've always had problems with them the one in Porter the seafood guy is extremely rude and doesn't care about cross-contamination.... If my order does not come in tonight's then I'm going to call corporate and talk to them to get my refund my full refund and I'm going to take my business elsewhere to whole foods or stop & shop....
