YWCA Cambridge: what do users think?
Daniel ONeil: I think it's a great place for women you know to gather and talk amongst each other and it's very probably therapeutic
Katherine Jones: Better than living on the streets. Better than shelter life. Clean. Secure. All variety of personalities as neighbors. Staff is sweet, helpful and professional. Elevator sucks!
Tania Pringle: The Director of Residence Services at the YWCA has no clue how to relate to her clients if it's not how she sees it it not right no matter how a client talks to her she should never come out of character need a new person to take her job and the xmas party was the worst thing I ever seen in the eight years I been here
Tom Thornton: Good meeting place.
Darwinsom: How do we train women for the future? How do we create safe inclusive spaces? How do we grow the future and stop being confused with the Y MC A? How do we protect and serve the City of Cambridge without compromising our goals? We don't. Not without the dedicated unstoppable unrewarded but rewarded women who tirelessly put in the work.Close to city Hall just off Mass Ave. Talks, art, resources, and just one of the best spots in the city forever.
Arnetta Shepherd: On Friday nights at 7:00 p.m. there are N A meetings here and open to the public.
Thomas O'Malley: Stately, honest and stable.
Justine Fontanez: Went for an Open House. A bit upset because i brought my child with me, did the tour, was told about family units, (as the are an SRO Building) when i come back down, im told no children allowed. Only one person per room. They are Subsidized through CHA. You have your own room, but you share a kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is multi-stall and multi-shower. Its fine if its just you and you dont mind alot of space.
Sam Crowley: Lit
Dee Smith: Nice Dance Studio
sean guerin: good place for a meeting

On The Rise, Inc.: what do users think?
jaime starfish: Truly a safe haven for ALL woman (including trans) a beautiful house to come amd relax on the couches or get work done with advocates. Breakfast and lunch is always provided. You can do laundry once a week for FREE! Take a clean hot shower and get the neccessities for your hygiene. I've grown so much as a person since I started going.
CAROLINA Romero: Nais
rebecca helga: Great organization. Been a client for 4 years. Only criticism is the fact they are understaffed and my advocate hasnt been able to achieve the results I have gotten at the Women's Lunch Place. And their hours haven't gone back to 8-2. They can host a BBQ but not have pre-pandemic hours. My advocate seems to be on the run all the time. Overworked. I don't know. All I know is my advocate at Women's Lunch Place regularly reaches out and I found housing through her efforts.
Melissa Wilkin: I love this place I was homeless they help me get housing with in one year.
MS. A. Ranks: It's a great place to resound your meditation and serenity. Offers and accepts showers and donations. Great advocacy for accessible resolutions for your supportive needs.
Rober Posada: Dios bendiga a Hondorais casa de ayuda para las mujeres.
Kaeli Dovid: Peaceful
Jeanne Monaghan: Super great place!!!! Wonderful staff!!!!! Truly a Safe Haven!!
Mimi love: My first visit was yesterday I can NOT stop talking about this place. They are so resourceful and the staff are wonderful. The lovely woman who did my intake (not sure if I can post her name) she went above and beyond to help me may God bless her and I On The Rise🙏🙏🙏
Joanne Barclay: Went there for the first time today absolutely outstanding!
shavonne manor: Are they open?
Dawn McCormack: Love this place my friends
Carla: Great place for women.
daidragrace capozziherrera: Nice to be able to make friends
Max Boesch-Powers: God bless the workers at this shelter. They devote their time to helping others! Amazing place staffed and utilized by amazing people. I have brought lunches their for the women in need and they are always very appreciative.
Linda Hamblin: Very helpful for housed or homeless people
Irene Vallario: Love this place

Harvard Square Homeless Shelter: what do users think?
Yassine Ijly: Great people. They do the Best they can . Very grateful for the help .
Rhonda Aguado: It is an exceptional experience
Matias Ramos: Student-run homeless shelter in church basement.
daidragrace capozziherrera: The food sucks No food safe paper here at all No ac it is hot you get a fan You are served by two little girls in the morning They don't help you with anything else you people lie This place has a Roch problem big time and rats outside
Freda Wiley: They help you write a resume, get legal help and fill out job and housing applications with you. They have showers and clean linen. You have to be 18 or older to stay in the shelter. They have computers to use and will help you learn to use them.
Sarah Welch: So caring and nice. Felt more like a home than a shelter. I am so grateful for all they do.
Marco: Good Lil hostel
Daniel Ang: Great place to volunteer.
Pab Ru: Nice Food free and prepared by chef students. Don't have to be homeless and packing to go.
a b: It would be nice if someone taught me how to build a resume, show me how to apply for jobs, do job interviews and get a job. Ignorance is not Bliss. It's very painful for me. That way I wouldn't be dependent on homeless shelters. I don't need god. I need Basic/career advice from someone competent and a steady income. Thank you for the bed the food and the clothes.
maia piccagli: this is actually a very fun place to stay. unfortunately the shelter is only open during the colder part of the year and when the harvard student volunteers are available to staff. the volunteers are very caring and take time to provide the patrons with food prepared in the kitchen by volunteers. i like the dorm rooms. there is a clothing closet for homeless persons needing a few items. there are resources available to help the homeless get back on their feet. call the phone number to get on the list for the evening. a good friend told me about the harvard shelter
jesse jones: The staff is made up of volunteers from harvard. Students that care

Y2Y Harvard Square: what do users think?
Angelica Rowley: y2y does not care about so think twice snooty going there. it’s just all college students trynna get some volunteer hours. it’s poorly ran
Dark Knight: The staff here are awesome
Lois Nicholson: LOVE Y2Y
Jon Collins: Alot of new changes were madeThey have made more punishments for the youth and now offer less resources a friend of mine was hit on the head with a DOOR on the church steps on purpose the staff constantly make up rules then refuse to give you the rule book when you confront them about it and I also tried to go back in to make some food at 812 when you have to leave at 815 and a staff decides to aggressively grab my arm and as a trauma response I had a outburst in which they banned me all in all very petty and rude shelter
invisible inside: Lovely shelter. They do an amazing job for homeless youth ♡
Moki Awa: The folks here work so hard an are so dedicated to helping folx
Maxwell Nashashuk: Like any shelter, there are flaws. However, this student run shelter has been growing and getting better over the few years they have been around. Everyone has a fair and equal chance of getting a long term or emergency bed, through lottery systems. They have regular weekly meeting where youth can have a voice about possible policy changes. Overall, it's a great place for young adults experiencing homelessness.
Tesias Advice: Great place for any youth that needs a safe Zone to hang out
Matthew Aronson: Founded by 2 recent Harvard graduates, Y2Y is an innovative student-led shelter for young folks between the ages of 18 and 24 who are experiencing homelessness. There are plenty of volunteer opportunities for individuals and companies. They accept food and clothing donations in addition to financial contributions. Youth homelessness affects 1 in 10 young adults and comes with trauma that can negatively impact youth for the rest of their lives. We must do better.

Solutions at Work - Green Street Shelter for Homeless in Cambridge: what do users think?
Saundra Greene: Pleasant employees. Excellent customer service.
Sydney Best: Helpful services
William Stanley: Saundra Greene may be the worst part of this program. If you have literally no computer skills at all this is a useful class, other than that dont bother. Life skills by Saundra consists of her stroking her ego and complaining about everyone else at the program. Just an awful human.
Joaquin L: Hate it
Luise Charlotte Petzold: Good idea for people in need.
Joseph Lavoie Jr.: This is a great charity organization to help people get back on their feet.
