Joe: I am a 72 year old man who has tried PT, pills, Chiropractors and acupuncture to heal a myriad of neck and back problems. For the last 6 years I have been working with Bryn to solve my problems. The acupuncture has been successful in alleviating my pain to the point where I can use yoga and other exercise means to put my body back in balance. Without first using acupuncture, the corrective exercises were just too painful to perform. I definitely recommend acupuncture as the first step in your healing process and I definitely recommend Bryn as your acupuncturist.
Dennis Caristi: When I came to Acupuncture Plus Yoga, I had severe arthritis pain in my C7-T1 vertebrae and I was taking 3400 mg of analgesics a day to manage it. My Primary Care Physician sent me to physical therapy and recommended injections when that proved insufficient, a second opinion recommended surgery, neither option sounded right to me.After a series of sessions with Ms. Walsh at Acupuncture Plus Yoga, I was analgesic, and most importantly, pain free with only minor occasional twinges.Ms. Walsh is exceedingly calm and gentle; her rates are reasonable and fair.

I went for one appt and within a day I stopped having them. As I approached the one week mark they started again but then I went for a second treatment. Same result no hot flushes but this time they remained at bay when I went for a 3rd treatment a week later. I can't express how grateful I am for this amazing result. No drugs, no side effects!
Sally Fischer: In a few sessions Bryn relieved intense lower back pain due to a strain injury I had. I also had anxiety, panicky thoughts and insomnia due to a hormonal imbalance which went away after two sessions. I have been to other practices where the needles hurt but have never felt discomfort in sessions with Bryn. She offers acupunture at a very reasonable price in a warm and tidy setting.

Bryn has been treating my kidneys and liver which I believe is at least partly responsible for a 7% improvement of my osteoporosis. John Rech: Jessica is just plain awesome. Getting help walking better and as a bonus I don’t need OTC pain pills anymore and I can get up from a chair without holding on and letting out a yell. My joints feel much better and walking is improving. I’m 80 and I wasn’t looking for miracles but I think I found one in Jessica.
