Jaclyn McNeil: I found it very difficult working with Wei. While she is completely competent as an acupuncturist, her business end of things was a mess. She didn't know for sure if I would be reimbursed by my insurance and after a few sessions and much questioning she said they might not even pay. She never spent the time to look into the insurance payments, even though that is supposed to be her burden, not mine. I spent many hours on the phone trying to settle the random charges from her and trying to figure out what she had been reimbursed by the insurance company and what she needed to reimbursed me because I paid up front.
