Belvidere Veterinary Hospital: what do users think?
Tristan Bellman-Greenwood: Very responsive.
Jessica S.: Amazing staff and thoughtful doctors. Prices are reasonable and they don’t do unnecessary stuff to inflate the bill. Overall highly recommend!
Brian Stevens: Thankful to have them and their sister location Wingall animal hospital available to keep my cat (named bunny) happy and healthy
Courtney D: Everyone has been very nice but the wait times and prices are a bit much. Parking isn't great. Hours are not convenient for me - 8-6 most days and no weekend hours. Also really hard to get a hold of anyone! Half the time I call during business hours and there's no answer. I've had to call multiple time during open hours to get in touch with anyone.I had to wait over a month for our first appointment, and when I arrived we waited 40 minutes to get into a room, then waited more for a tech to see us. The waiting room is clean but tiny, and my cat was stressed about the barking dogs also waiting nearby. Appointment room was clean and basic.Bought a medication I thought they said was prescription for over $50 and found out it's OTC and on chewy for $24 (they did let me return the unopened meds after contacting them). The care was fine but their limited hours and difficultly getting in touch with anyone makes this office not a good fit for me.
John Hibbard: Very nice staff. Clean and professional
James Napolitano: Loved it..took care of my pets and my Vette
Meghan J: I would 10/10 recommend this vet hospital to friends and family! The staff is so kind and they really take the time to solve any problems your pet may have. I appreciate all the help and care that was given to my little guy!
Rachel Riley-Gaspar: All of the staff is very helpful & caring. Overall experience was great
Adam: Went here for a yearly checkup for my cats after moving to the area. I was impressed by all the staff, everyone was super friendly and professional. Definitely one of the better vets I’ve visited in recent years.
Rain B: I would like to thank the staff at Belvidere Veterinary Hospital...my dog Duke had cut his paw one and half day ago and I was not able to find an ER that would see him because they all were filled with more critical cases...Belvidere team was helpful and made time to see my babi...I am forever so grateful...they were so nice and helpful...I am not sure if they could hear the desperation in my voice...but now my mind and heart can calm down knowing that my son was seen and helped! Thank you so much!❤🙏
John McDermott: I've been taking my pets to Belvidere since I was very young. While they've changed owners over time, the service and caring staff always seem to persist here.
Jay Hadley: Caring staff, great with our pup
John M: Belvedere Veterinary Hospital is the best in the business!! Bandit my new puppy sees Dr. Harvey and I can’t recommend her enough. She genuinely cares about the animals- which believe it or not seems to be rare in this business. I always leave here feeling like my pup is getting top notch quality care, it’s refreshing. The Vet Techs are also extremely kind and caring. The girls that man the front desk are always warm to me and my family. They are also moderately priced compared to a lot of the competition in the area…. With that said there is not much completion to be had with service like this. Thank you to all for being soooo sooo good to my family and I. I can not recommend this place enough!
Sue Couture: Belvidere Veterinary Hospital on Mansur Street in Lowell has been my Vet for 5 years. My pets love the staff and various veterinarians. On this visit, my pet had a urinary tract infection. Lisa acknowledged us right away the moment we entered the office. Joanne triaged my pet and was able to get a urine sample. Dr Thomas was pleasant and got right on the same level as my pet. She has a great way with animals. She prescribed an antibiotic. Then, the next day before11 am, Dr. Thomas called me to check on my fur baby. She verified that my pet did have a urine infection.I am very happy with my pets care.Thank you to the staff at Belvidere!Sue C.
Marcos Diaz: Everyone is so friendly and nice love going to this place
Blake Acton: This place is the best veterinarian I've ever had. The staff are friendly and welcoming and Dr. Thomas is a true professional. She is respectful, knowledgeable, listens to her patients, and is a great communicator. Overall I am very impressed with this practice.
Beverly Jump: My dog was very uncomfortable and they got me in without a problem and were so gentle with her she is 13
Kimberly a Konieczny: You all are so caring and sympathetic merry Christmas
Chris Tompkins: Our kitties 1st Vet visit. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Happy to have chosen Belvidere, for our little babies health.
Stacy Decker: They are wonderful!

Linwood Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Valessa Marques: Very good service
Russell MacDonald: My family have been going to this Animal hospital for over 25 years as well they've been a blessing & to all of our other family members totally & thank God for this place; I'm ( HIGHLY ) Recommend them to all in the public...
Ann Matley: Always the best care for my pets.
Brent Lawrence: Please do not bring your sick or injured pet here. They will turn you into the MSPCA and you could be charged with animal abuse. It happened to me.
Alecia Thomas: Jamie and Ashley and there was one other girl I can’t remember her name were absolutely wonderful! We had a situation where we needed to get our 3 dogs rabies vaccines asap and they went above and beyond to squeeze us in ( thank goodness they had a cancellation) they got us in and out super fast and I felt like we had their full attention for the duration of our visit. Very nice staff! Quick and efficient 5 stars
Matthew Mavroides: Completely unprofessional, disorganized and consistently talking out of both sides of their mouthes. After 4 visits I cannot recommend at all for any animal that is stressed.
Brandon Ackley: Great people.
Eren Wooster: Absolutely amazing. Friendly staff and I trust my kitties with them 100%. In a vet you should have loyalty, honesty, trust, and sympathy. They have it all 100%I love how Emilia writes her pet reviews. It makes me smile knowing my pets are well loved with her. 100000% recommend.
alexis karle: I had such a great experience here at Linwood. I was looking for a vet close to home for my 2 pups. Everyone was so kind from the receptionist to the vet techs and the veterinarian herself was one of the kindest human beings I've had the pleasure of meeting. It's hard when you love your pets like children you want to make sure they get the best care and are treated with care and compassion. My fears were put to rest the second I saw the vet and the vet tech handle my pups. I don't have enough kind things to say about this establishment. As long as I'm in MA I will be coming to Linwood Animal Hospital with the loves of my life, Scooby and LaLa. Update: I went back a second time because LaLa was having issues with her eyes and it was bad. I was so anxious waiting because when you don't know what a problem could be it's imagined to be the worst thing possible until you get word from the vet. Let me tell you, my second visit was even better than my first. They're so well priced and I got everything I needed for Darla at a fraction of the price I'd pay anywhere else. Even the rabies shot was priced better than vetco where I used to go to get shots for both dogs. I'm sooooo thrilled to report that she is getting better every minute of every passing day and it's all thanks to the lovely vet we were so blessed to have met! THANK YOU SO SO VERY MUCH TO STAFF AND THE WONDERFUL VET'S!
Tristan Bellman-Greenwood: Very friendly staff.
Doc Kram: Best animal care around. We had 4 cats gets care there over a course of time.
Laura sawyer: Excellent vets wonderful staff and fairly priced..
Christine Paquette: Great vet :) plenty of parking.
A Hd: I called because my cat was feeling sick for the past few days and vomiting. Amanda is the person who answered the phone for the appointment line. I have been stressed and worried so much about my cat but she answered every single question and even gave me more details. She gave me many options, I could tell she cared because she even gave me info for other offices so I could call around. Most appointments are completely booked for weeks but she went above and beyond to speak to the doctor to get me in sooner. She really made me feel like she cared about my concerns and went above and beyond to get my cat seen asap. She was so sweet AMANDA thank you !!! 😇
Lira DeMoraes: Great service. Friendly staff. I've been taking my cat to Linwood Animal Hospital since he was adopted 10 years ago. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to take they fur babies.
Jo: Very friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted at the door, and the wait time was very short.
Yadi Wang: Great place! Great doctors! Great staffs!! Everything is just great! They always take great care of my cat since he was a kitten. Thank you so much for keeping my baby healthy!
Roy C White Jr: They always come through when it comes to mother in-laws dog. Place is always busy, masks are required and you must call once in the parking lot to announce your arrival. They are kind and personal to each animal, great atmosphere.
Dylan Shuster: Dr. V and all the staff were so furr-iendly and kind! She definitely knows what she is doing...very accommodating for pets. Very happy to call them my vet!
Carmen Colon: They were very polite and generous my cat willy got his lion cut there it was his first time every would recommend this place to other people
Cheryl HayesCajina: My two cats have been going there since they were kittens. I’ve always had great care with all of the doctors. The staff is amazing and very caring and professional. I would recommend Linwood Animal Hospital to anyone who lives in the area, or even far away. I live in Burlington and they are in Lowell and it is definitely worth going there because I get such great care for my Cats, who are 15 years old now!!!!! I had an emergency with one of my cats, and Jamie was so caring toward what I needed and recommended what I do. I feel that they really care about their profession. The whole staff there again, I said are very wonderful. I wouldn’t trust me animals with anyone else.!!!!!!

Merrimack Animal Hospital: what do users think?
tierah childs: They saved my cats lives.
Daniel Lussier: The whole team at this small facility is super friendly and always helpful.
Amanda Lawton: This is my first time owning a cat so first time ever going to a vet, I trusted the positive reviews and I'm so glad I did! It was a pricey visit but that was to be expected, but the staff there were so nice and loving toward my Bella and it made me feel comfortable. You can tell they truly care about your pets which is so important! Thank you Dr. Mian, from me and Bella!
Jessica: By far one of the most compassionate, understanding and kind vets I've ever encountered. Recently my senior cat had a catastrophic tooth failure and Dr. Mian and his team worked quickly to get the cat back to being comfortable. The tooth failure happened Tuesday night and by Thursday morning my sweet kitty was in surgery and on their way to recovery. Truly thankful to have found them!
Alexa Evensen: Hi, I would like to start this review with how kind the vet techs are and I feel as if they are the only ones that care about the animals in this place. My puppy has been coming here since I got him and I always felt that the vet tried to push products on him that he didn’t need. Such as multivitamins that the first ingredient is corn syrup and with all the dogs I’ve owned and in My experience puppies do not need multivitamins especially ones that aren’t even healthy for them . Today I took the hour drive to bring my dog here because of a skin rash he has and the whole time the vet kept calling my dog skinny and he tried to push so many products on him he never explained what the rash was and he started giving him a shot without asking my permission and then continued to tell me afterwards what the shot does. I felt as if I wasn’t informed about my dog‘s condition and at the end he tried to sell me 1 million different products in which he didn’t need. I voiced my concern about a chicken allergy to the vet and he continued to sell me dog food with chicken in it. When I declined buying the full bag I just wanted the sample bag he made it seem like I didn’t care about my dog which is definitely not the case. He threw a bunch of other things on my bill which I later told him I’m not buying, again without informing me he was adding them too my bill. I love my dog more than anything and after leaving this place he has made me feel like I neglect him just because I refuse to purchase his poor quality food and “salmon oil” which I have at home already. I will not be returning here because of his attitude and his actions with pushing products on customers and not hearing what they have to say.
Gregory Osborne: They were very kind and were able to get our very old cat back to normal health! We thank them for the work they did to diagnose her.
Gary King: Great staff..and the cat said he liked it too..😀
Shari Horan: Dr. Mian has owned and operated this practice for more than 30 years...I am proud to be part of his team.
Jihan Abou: Incredibly kind staff!
Peter Chagaruly: Two cats got their booster shots,
Idalis Delacruz: I am very sad about the service I was provided here. I have a pitty who has never shown any signs of aggression, he's just a very nervous boy and is hard to restrain. The doctor had me put a muzzle on him, making him even more anxious though I understood this is probably protocol. What I don't understand is yelling at my dog to stop moving as if he understood what was being asked of him. The doctor then proceeded to hit my dog on the back in an effort to get him to stop? I do not hit or yell at my dog so I cannot imagine just how upset/scared this must have made him. I'm sure the response to this will be a denial, but it is very clear that this doctor does not have a love for animals. The vet tech Mackenzie was sweet and did her best to try and calm my pup down, giving him treats and speaking to him nicely. I will not be returning with my pup, the only reason I stayed is due to him needing medication. He was traumatized and I cried all the way home. Please, if you have a anxious pup do not bring them here.Just as I assumed, taking no responsibility and denying it. As a "professional" you should know the signs of pet anxiety as well as know that yelling, raising your voice, and hitting is a sure fire way to get an aggressive response from an otherwise kind dog. You claimed to be "very gentle" while my dog was horrified due to yelling and hitting. I can only imagine how he acts when owners aren't around. Don't take your pets here.
Puppetville- Beth O'Brien: These guys came to my rescue when I couldn't get an appointment anywhere near me at Banfield (Petsmart), where, by the way I was paying monthly pet insurance.I was about to move, needed paperwork to have him safely driven out of state, updated shots etc. They even came to my home as I at this point was trying to minimize his stress. Driving in a car for a day with dogs (without mom),to a hotel for a few days before a new home after weeks of me boxing everything around him. He was a bit stressed.Because of the home visit it wasn't cheap, they had to close the office to do it after all. To me it was a one time expense and my little panther is worth it. 💕If you're looking for great care, these guys are so kind, come like sweet old time prepared vets, even bringing a pet scale.I had a table with good lighting and a blame over it for my cat to get purchase on. They were so great full. They got all my cats paperwork from Banefield for me knowing I was overwhelmed at the time, and came prepared with all paperwork I needed.I only regret not using them sooner
yugioh nerd: Amazing
Geoffrey Feldman: Dr. Mian has been taking care of our cats for years and has helped us through some emergencies. He is a kind thoughtful excellent veterinarian.
Jessica Faria: Amazing experience from beginning to end. The receptionist was extremely informative, and the dr was so helpful. My dog isn’t normally a patient of theirs, but we had a last minute emergency where his vet couldn’t squeeze him in, so we reached out to Merrimack Animal Hospital and they were extremely honest and helpful. Definitely recommend. We will absolutely be going back.
Dadiplier: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,Value
david vaillancourt: I've got an elderly Yorkie with a bundle of health problems. I took him to Merrimack Animal Hospital this morning for numerous procedures. He is in much better shape tonight after Dr Mian and Sherry's work on that wiggly woof. Have been using M.A.H. for decades.
zulmarie Ortiz: Excellent personal and very sympathyc
Sheila Fifer: My dog was in last minute need of vet. Since my primary vet was booked solid, I called around to many other places to absolutely no avail. I happened to have the luck of calling Merrimack Animal Hospital and they scheduled me an appointment almost immediately. They were so friendly, helpful and put at ease almost immediately. I’m so grateful for the Dr. and his assistant.
Michele Salvanchi: They were all very very nice. They took good care of my cat the only negative was the price. It was very expensive like a month's rent l

Lowell Road Veterinary Center: what do users think?
Kaylee Mendonca: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! AFFORDABLE which is hard to find.
Becky B: Excellent care, friendly knowledgeable staff!
Christine House: The worst staff, the customer service is absolutely terrible. They do not make you feel welcomed at all. They do not know me or my service dog from a hole in the wall.I have ordered several bags of prescription dog food, been called to pick it up, only to arrive for it not to be there-or various excuses for not picking it up.Honestly, I have never been treated so poorly. I will never go back.
Merton Coates: Very good Doctors, plenty of parking. Both of dogs go there.
April Rotondo: Wiley had a great experience today at Lowell Rd Vet, he is a very anxious pup when he leaves home. Thank you so much to the entire team!
Stephen Marone: A great vet that is very professional and takes care of my dog well during checkups and boarding, but I have seen their prices jump significantly while I have been there and I do sometimes feel like they are rather motivated by costs with their multiple test requirements. I am plenty happy enough to continue to stay with them though.
Neil Philcrantz: We cannot say enough great things about LRVC. Dr. Komma and her staff are amazing. They are all highly competent, very friendly and they care for our 2 dogs like they are their own. And, in critical situations, they made the necessary adjustments to see our rescue dog who came to us with a major ear infection that resulted in surgery. We won't go anywhere else.
Scott Campbell: Great outfit. The staff members were caring and professional. Our dog got treats and was welcomed as we came in the door. The vet tech and vet were friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain possible care options. Also the building is new and very clean.
Lisa Smith: Nearly killed my puppy! They said the 3 vaccines the breeder did, do not count! So they vaccinated her again! We ended up in the ER! They saved her life! The ER couldn't believe they gave our baby another vaccine so close together. When she wasn't due for another 12 mths they said.
Karyn Martin: I recently started taking the dogs to this vet. The staff is professional, friendly and reliable. The location is convenient and everything is very clean inside. Definitely recommend. It’s a new facility and they have an aqua treadmill for therapy for dogs who need that help! Very unique to the area!
Michelle A: I just want to thank all of you for the great job you did with my kitty,Archie! This was our first time there and we are staying.Very caring and compassionate staff..
mercy mmee: The staff is friendly, efficient, and caring. I feel confident when I come to Lowell Road Vet that my pets receive the best care. The Vet always takes the time to thoroughly explain the situation and fully discuss provided options.
scott denommee: I’ve slept on rocks in Iraq AND Afghanistan with more compassion than this “doctor.” The staff is wonderful, but I’d rather do my own cataract surgery with the blunt end of a spoon than try and get any type of sympathy from this doctor.
Alisha A.: They got us in so quick for our kitten, she was 10 weeks old and some change. Staff was very friendly and prompt at appointment.
Katie Pfeiffer: I came here while searching for an emergency vet to take my cat to. They aren't really an emergency vet, but I called anyway to see if there was anything they could do for me.Audrey (I think that's her name) answered and was able to schedule me for an appointment that day. I ended up needing to come back the next day too and they were able to see me then too. They saved me hundreds of dollars and got my little girl feeling much better. Everyone was very nice and the doctor explained things very well.My cat had ran away for ten days and came back about a week before we took her here. I wanted to take her sooner, but another vet we called said it wasn't a big deal and wouldn't see us until February. I was pretty discouraged after that but the people at Lowell Road changed my mind and we will be using them as our primary vet now!
Jennifer Hart: Seems to be willing to give you the information you need to make the best choices for you
merry mccarthy: Great place. My dog got attacked by multiple dogs and had multiple bleeding wounds. This is the only place that would help me. Every “emergency” vet had a 6 hour wait time. The staff here got me in their soonest appointment even though they don’t normally handle cases like this. Very nice inside and very friendly people. 5 stars!
k9 nut: My dog was diagnosed with an oral cancer only 6 months after getting dental x-rays/teeth cleaning. Before the cleaning I questioned a sore on his snout that would not heal. They said it was nothing and as long as it was draining not to worry. I found that odd and now firmly believe my dog had more going on. Also, when the oral growth was removed I was given false hope. The doctor/owner said she felt really good about it. Well that wasn't the case when the biopsy results came back. She was so very wrong to have said that. Anyway, my dog was given antibiotics with 1 refill which was stated on the bottle so just to be clear I asked her if at some time if he needed another refill would it be okay because he may bite into it again. We knew it would grow back. Not a problem...until I called and asked for it. I called in the morning then again before closing time because they did not get back to me. I was rudely hung up on. Really?! I spent thousands of dollars there and I was simply trying to get the refill. I informed the doctor/owner when she called me the next day about how I was treated and right away she sided with her help. So I then asked her if they recorded the calls there and was told no. Maybe they should after reading other recent reviews about their help behind the desk. I reminded her that there is a review process I can do online and her belief was that the ones that give bad reviews have emotional issues. OMG so if you give a good review you're perfectly sane?! It's a sad day when a customer has no value.I called today and found out my account was "flagged". At my age I'll wear that as a badge of honor. The owner/doctor didn't have the nerve to tell me she was flagging my account back when I spoke with her and then again a couple weeks ago when I called about my other dog's titer test from last year. It was getting close to his annual and none of my paperwork stated the amount of antibodies he had. I do not recommend this vet or this place. I feel they dropped the ball on my boy and lack sympathy.
Chris Vanderputten: Always seem to downplay the issues with my cat to make me go multiple times and pay multiple bills. Recently brought my cat and they just gave him pain meds after down playing his issues about going to the bathroom. They thought it was an issue with his leg which it clearly isn’t and i was able to identify it wasn’t before we even went in. Now they don’t want to see him after saying that they said to go to an emergency room during the first visit which they absolutely did not or else i would have been there immediately. I have been bringing my cats here for years but Ive had it at this point. They downplayed my cats health and i could of brought him to the ER in the first place and i guess i should of.
Cherie H: Super nice environment and helpful friendly staff. Very thorough and comprehensive care. This place has a nice vibe!
Crissy Wright: I have been a client for 31 years with all my dogs I have owned through out the years. I never had a problem until recently. It was regarding a RX. There was one girl who didn't understand that she had not filled the RX correctly. She made several huge errors. She short changed the count on one by 70 pills, another by 60,and one that called for 50 5mg tabs she replaced by 2.5mg tabs. She kept arguing that people make mistakes and that it was a glitch and would not make the corrections and insisted that I pay for it. When I refused and told her I would be filling the RX elsewhere she said she didn't like my attitude and mocked me as I left . Went to Walmart and got the correct Rx for over $100.00 cheaper. It is too bad she ruined an otherwise perfect experience I had with Lowell Road Veterinarian for the past 31 years. 😥🐶

Wignall Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Tracey Kelly: Last week my mom called and she was told it would cost $26 for her cat’s nail trim. She went today and they charged her $41! When she asked why, they told her that the prices just went up. They then suggested she join their monthly membership, which would bring the nail trim down to $5. What a money grab. She’s an 87yr old woman on a fixed income. Awful place.
Kayla Moore: Took me serious at first but ended up hanging up on me what a great way to earn business
Brian Stevens: Went to them by reference from my usual vet office. I'd never heard of "sister locations" before so I was expecting a smaller quaint office. NOPE. About 3 times larger and very well staffed and full of hard working animal loving people and boarding for pets during the day. Much more able and advance than I have seen in all my days.
Hannah Benedict: My dog received great care here and the staff was great. However, I was disappointed to hear the Vet is very close-minded about feeding raw. My partner was told we would end up giving our dogs food poisoning and that no reputable vet would recommend feeding raw. This tells me nutritional education is not a priority here. I understand there are wrong ways to feed raw food but to vilify it completely...
Kay Fraz: They were so nice and gentle with my cat who was very scared. I was nervous about bringing him in and everything went great. Prices were better than I expected , will be using this location for his care from now on!
Tricia McKenzie: Love this place ❤️ Highly recommend.
antonio calheta: Critical:ReliabilityThey lied to us about trimming his nails they never did, I know my dog, if it happens again with any dishonesty I will embarrass you all
Courtney D: I had been going to a different local vet for 7 years and felt like the treatment wasn't very personal or caring, and often got wrong info from staff and management didn't care at all. Finally switched and I've been to Wignall once now - WOW the difference! The tech asked to take my cats picture for his file, fawned over him, the vet was very nice and also loved him, googled an OTC medicine in front of me instead of making me buy it from the office at a markup, and the next day the tech called the follow up! That never happened once in the 7 years going to that other local vet. I called today to make an appointment in Feb for vaccinations and the person I talked to was friendly and even asked what vet I wanted to see, which is another thing that never happened at Old Vet (who would constantly have different people and didn't ask who you wanted to see). The waiting room is huge and looked well kept, easy for me to keep my cat away from the dogs also waiting. Appointment room was basic and clean, towel on the table instead of just the hard surface. I'll update when I board in the spring.
Alethea Dys-Peirce: Both my fur babies (cat & dog) are patients here and receive excellent care. When my husband and I traveled for our wedding in October we boarded our cat with Wignall and he had a great time, screamies and all.
Sharon Santoro: I'm so glad my friend recommended Wignall to me for my Cat Lu This place is so nice and clean and the staff and Doctor were wonderful, My Lu wasn't stressed at all he was very good through the exam, This place is worth the drive, I was taking him to Banfield in Stoneham which is a terrible place to bring your pet
Josiah Gomes: My Bully pit bull "Groot" has been going their since he was a pup going on 4 years now. Also"Hazel" my blue nose pit bull female goes their now to. She's 8 months and they receive good care.
Kellie Leavitt: Everyone at Wignall Animal Hospital was amazing!
Tina Barry: As a first time pet owner, my cat having worms was so scary! Everyone at Wignall was so welcoming and helpful. They made my boyfriend and I so at ease and answered all of our questions (even the stupid ones). Also, they were so wonderful and kind to our beautiful baby.
Mason Pekarovich: I've taken my cats here for the last six years and I honestly love Wignall. I love the way they treat my cats and the love and care that they provide. All of the doctors, vet techs, and office administrators are very friendly and easy to work with for scheduling. I will continue to bring my cats to Wignall because they really take great care of my animals, and I love them for that. Thank you Wignall!Love Spyro, Kitty, Persephone, and Shia
Jason Tobin: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueI just wish they were a little clearer on the billing. The price I was quoted was a lot different from what I ended up paying . Other then that very good
Terri W1978: Very friendly staff and they always take good care of my cat!
devin sharkey: absolutely horrified at the incorrect medical information i received when i took my dog there. this is a dog i rescued, this is not the typical vet i go to, but her previous owner was taking her to this vet so i figured i'd bring her somewhere where they would know her. i called them, and over the phone they told about her hip dysplasia and that she needed x-rays. i show up to the appointment, fully anticipating for them to repeat the same information i was given on the phone and they acted like they had never seen the dog before nor did i call. when i was actually there i asked about the hip dysplasia and they told me they didn't have any info about that, they instead told me that she has arthritis and now i don't even know if that's true. they gave me prescription for a medicine that can only be injected directly into the muscle and told me to inject it under her skin. i was fully prepared to do that since i was sent home with everything i needed to do it myself, but thankfully i asked my friend who works in veterinary medicine if she had any tips and she was HORRIFIED that they told me i could administer it under her skin. she told me that it has to go into the muscle, and a quick google search confirms that. i called the vet, not looking for any type of argument, i just wanted to let them know they gave me the wrong information so that it doesn't happen again and i was just told the incorrect information again and they would not own up to their mistake. even the directions on the actual box are wrong. giving this to my dog incorrectly would cause both extreme discomfort and would delay the medicinal treatment she needs. the photos attached to this review show the actual company that produces the medicine saying that it can only be injected into the muscle, and then the directions the vet sent me home with that says differently. never again will i come back.
Marissa Portillo: These people truly love animals. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor we saw were incredibly kind and supportive. We felt like they genuinely cared about our dog and offered simple explanations of the proposed treatment plans. We are eternally grateful for their patience and tenderness that they showed toward our beloved Bulldog.
Tatica Gonzalez: If you need to take a great care of your pet this is the best place for it. I can't describe how great they are. Everyone is professional and nice . The boarding camp is amazing . I left my dog" Yiyo" there for 11 days and he looks healthy , they also gave me all his stuff clean . I really appreciate everything they did to take very good care of my BB.
Sean Kirby: The staff is very caring and exceedingly competent. I have found since it was bought out by a large corporation that has not helped business. It used to be very very crowded in the waiting room but now it has been 1 or 2 max waiting. I have found that scheduling an appointment has become more difficult. I think the corporation has ruined the small town feel of the Vet. I WANT TO STRESS AGAIN IT IS NOT THE STAFF. Although I have found that they seem less satisfied with their jobs

Chelmsford Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Yan Zhang: Dr lovely is very kind and passionate about my animal's health. This place is reasonably priced for appointment, vaccine, procedures (compared to other places). And the couple times I've been, the wait wasn't long. What I don't like is that every follow up is always with a technician. I always have questions about the next steps and the technician don't know the answers. I prefer if the vet called me directly and discussed everything with me (which I know other places do this). Just FYI, over here, the vaccines are only done by vets. So if you can group these in with other appointments with the vet, it might save you some money. Also try to get written prescription for everything and get your meds online. Like every other animal hospital, this place also uncharges their supplies by a lot.
Fletchers Way: They only care about money! They actually have no idea what they are doing!
Anthony M: The team of vets and vet techs here are top notch.
Brian Henderson: Dr Hart & staff are outstanding
Daniel Nucefora: Great place. Caring vet and friendly staff. The only complaint is the price.
Lauren Mastrogiacomo: Staff is lovely and is always very informative. Dr. Lovely is great!
Sheri Olson: Nice place!
Kristen Keagy: I've moved all over the country and I promise, I have never had a better vet or animal hospital the Chelmsford AH. I absolutely love it there and am so so grateful that my cat and I have found them.
Tara Foster: Took my cat today for his first visit. Other than the 4 months of waiting to get that appointment, it was a wonderful experience 😀. My cat is older and needed bloodwork and vaccines, which I felt were reasonably priced, and I don't make a lot of money. Everyone was very, answered all my questions and things moved quickly. Even gave me estimates for future services. I was referred by a pet owner. I know that goes there, and I would also refer this veterinarian to someone with pets.
Mark Stern: Dr Berchthold and the staff are amazing! She was recommended to us by a friend for our dogs allergies and from the start has been wonderful and helpful, thank you so much!!
Agnes Shanahan: Absolutely love Dr. Shore. I followed Dr. Shore to Chelmsford Animal Hospital from another vet. She treats my dogs with so much love and compassion. I think all of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel so good to know I have a GREAT vet (Dr. Shore) and staff to treat my 2 black labs. Thank you Dr. Shore and staff.
Dean Hantzis: Very well run. Dr. Lovely is excellent.
Maureen Thompson: Excellent, caring staff.
Courtney D: Feels very impersonal. I've been going here exclusively with my cat for about 7 years and I don't think anyone knows me or my cat. Rarely see the same vet or tech twice in a row. Staff is mostly nice but the front desk does not communicate well and I often get conflicting information. For boarding I was told one price and what that includes when I booked, then when I checked in it was a different price and different services, then after checkout there was a note that I would need to pay more next time because it should have been medical boarding. At check in I was told the meds my cat takes wouldn't need medical boarding, and no one talked to me at checkout about it either. The owner contacted me about it and didn't listen to my concerns and didn't seem to care that staff gives conflicting info, just kept saying "Your cat received the best care." That's great and I didn't doubt that! But I shouldn't have to ask multiple people to get a straight or correct answer.More recently I replied to an email about booking a follow up appointment for some testing and didn't hear back for several days. I called and was told flat out I wouldn't hear back until a specific doctor was back in the office because only they could give me pricing and they MIGHT be back next week (out for a family emergency). If you know someone is out perhaps reply to their emails to give people a heads up on the delay? I called again today without giving my name first and was told pricing - and that it's easy for anyone to give me pricing over the phone.I'd go elsewhere if you want clear, transparent, consistent communication and to feel like you're building a rapport with the staff. It's a shame because the techs are nice, building is clean and beautiful, and location is convenient.
Joe Santangelo: Always a good experience
erica redner: kind. compassionate vets.
Julie Wolf: I really trust this vet hospital. Very thorough and honest. Your pets health comes first.
John Pyers: Excellent veterinarians, good service, friendly and helpful. We've taken all our pets to Chelmsford Animal Hospital for almost 20 years! We're very pleased with the care our pets receive.
Keith Rose: Very nice staff..Animals were comfortable there they did a spay and neuter on our cats.Ask for the one-zie to prevent the old cone usage
Julia C: Love this place. My friend told me about it. Istarted using here.
Mike Galello: Short wait times, attentive staff!

Banfield Pet Hospital: what do users think?
Brenda Torigian: We love Banfield ❤️ Slinky and his mom
Andrew B: Why does it have to be like pulling teeth just to get my pet’s prescription refilled?
Bethany Beck: They take great care of our dog.
Steven Boynton: This banafield location is the best. They have taken care of Ozzy Charles since we have moved to westford 9 years ago the customer service is phenomenal the techs are phenomenal these people are the best I recommend this place ten fold, you are the best
alwaysagem: I’ve been going here for years with my cats and dog. the vet techs and front desk staff are friendly and nice! they are not the issue. i finally decided to switch vets after the traumatic experience putting my cat down. They had taken him out back to set up the IV and when they brought him back in, he was crying and gasping for air. the vet didn’t say anything about it and left the room to “give us time”. I called her back in and had her put him down instead of giving us time to say goodbye because he literally couldn’t breathe and was suffering. what on earth did they do to him in the back? I had a similar issue before when i brought my geriatric cat (same cat) in for a single shot. i explained to the vet how he does not like to be touched. instead of giving the shot first, he did a full exam and by that time my cat was extremely irritated. they had to hold him down and he peed all over the table. my boy was so old and not feeling good and i was just shocked at how awful they treated him. it was extremely traumatic for both of us. I can no longer in good conscience take my pets here.
Sa: First time coming here and I already felt disrespected. We were 5 minutes late and waited for a bit only to have the receptionist tell us that the appointment was already half way over. Of course it will be halfway over if she just sat there and didn't even call anyone to check in. I also don't like the side look she gave me nor do I like the fact that I would need to rebook an appointment when I have been waiting patiently to have my dog seen. I'm sorry, but not sorry. I rather take my dog somewhere else that would actually want to care for my pet. NOTE: I prefer to not give any stars, but in order to post this comment I needed to put something. Will not be coming here!
Shari Horan: Calling and speaking to the receptionist/front desk today was a lesson in frustration! The girl was abrupt and getting information was like pulling teeth.
Amyonil Mojica: They never answer the phone!!! Could call 5 times at different times of the day and NO ONE ANSWERS.
Cody White: I am very displeased with the decisions made not to fill my dog, Schnapps’s, prescription for Rimadyl at the Merrimack, NH, and Chelmsford, MA, Banfield Hospital locations today. My dog Schnapps has been a regular patient at the Chelmsford, MA, location for almost his entire life – now 9 years old. I went to Merrimack a couple of weeks ago to have Schnapps evaluated for a possibly infected paw. I also told them Schnapps would be having evaluations done soon for arthritis, and in the mean time, Dr. Hollowell prescribed Rimadyl. She refilled it on Friday too for 5 days, when I told them over the phone that it’s helping his mobility.Yesterday I went to the Newton, MA, Banfield where Schnapps had the infected paw evaluated again –He had his comp exam done, X-rays and examined for arthritis. Dr. Stone was very helpful, and in the long conversation about treatment we overlooked the refill of Rimadyl – Newton, being 2 hr roundtrip drive, they said I could get Rimadyl at any Banfield since they share medical records– so Chelmsford, MA and Merrimack, NH- only 15 mins drive one way for me. I thought great, I’m working today and am leaving tomorrow morning early for California for business for the week, and I only have enough Rimadyl for Schnapps until Wednesday morning. When I talked to Merrimack, they said that Dr. Hollowell wasn’t there so they couldn’t refill the prescription for me and she was the one who saw Schnapps there. I asked if my brother could come pick it up tomorrow or Wednesday, their answer: no, go back to Newton. They ignored that it would even be an option for my brother, who is dog sitting, to go get the refill when Dr. Hollowell is back. Isn't it the same as transferring a prescription from one pharmacy to the next? Why couldn't they respect Dr. Stone or Hollowell's decisions?I called Chelmsford, MA, and the lady I talked with was very patient, but the practice manager's decision was the same- no go back to Newton. Now Schnapps needs it potentially for the rest of his life. So why can’t the prescription just be accepted at Chelsmford now? Am I going to have to drive to Newton for the rest of Schnapps’s life to get Rimadyl and a probiotic that was prescribed there? Or I can only get it in Merrimack if Dr. Hollowell is there? This is just ridiculous, now I am going to drive 2 hours round trip on the day that I’m working and need to pack for my business trip just because 2 of the Banfield locations have practice managers who don’t think they should fill Schnapps’s Rimadyl prescription, but the Newton location was fine with filling, and said it wouldn’t be a problem with another Banfield location filling it. So if Dr. Hollowell was working at the Chelmsford location that day would it then be fine - or because she was in Merrimack when she saw Schnapps it would be null and void? Where is the respect for medical records and decisions made by doctors for medical treatment plans that should be adhered to within the umbrella of a medical system at the same company? There seems to be some disconnect between subjective decisions being made by some practice managers. What is the point of all the practices being connected if they don’t respect the prescriptions and exams done at other locations by other doctors, especially when we are in a time where getting a vet appointment is so difficult? So now, unless I want to drive to Newton for every refill I need for Schnapps’s Rimadyl, and foreseeably even the probiotic that they prescribed, I have to make an appointment at Chelmsford for them to have me sit in a room with Schnapps and look at the computer, pull up his records, and see yes, he had the tests done, he needs this.
Jeanne Haynes: They dont answer the phone much. They say they will call back. I called 2 times. Once they called back. Once they never did. So u got a 50/50 shot.
susan nichols: The staff was caringThe vet was phenomenalAnswered all questions
S T: Not enough stars for how kind they were.
Michelle Staskel: The staff is always so welcoming. They’re really good to my fur babies.
Kathy Gardner: Nice people helpful
Brae Fontillas: My little Tofu got neutered here.If I had known he was rare sooner, I would not have had him go through the procedure. But the clinic staff was very nice and informative of pet care. Just very expensive.
Cathy Michael Elliott: Very kind, conscientious people.
Jeison Guzman: Very nice staff, they took care of my cat very well and also very detailed way to explain certain procedures that our pet had :-) would definitely recommend.
Jazlene Peguero: I'm so mad, I'm paying insurance for my cat in this place and i tried to make an appointment because she wasn't feeling well and obviously i was worried but the girl who take the call sent me to and emergency room on lawrence extremely expensive and the doctor she was very nice but also said that what my cat have would be easy to noticed even with a quick check. So disappointing.
Brenda Wilson: I have been a client of Banfields for nearly 8 years and I'm DONE. Called and told them to take my plans (two dogs) off auto renew. They're running pets though there like a puppy mill. No in-room appointments at all. All drop off. (I really understood this policy when covid was full blown but we're pass that)That doesn't work for me. I'm not letting my dogs sit in a tiny kennel for hours so they can cram as many appointments in a day as possible. Office staff has changed and not for the good. EXTREMELY RUDE! New vets who don't even bother to read your pet history before they recommend the stupidest advise. You will never ever get a emergency appointment at all. Which makes there plan of unlimited visits a JOKE!It truly is sad because it use to be good. Like everything else the only thing Banfields cares about is the $$$. I seriously can't wait for my contracts to END.
Alexya Alves: Literally the worst place to bring your pet. My dog went there and whenever we’d bring him for a grooming appointment he would get denied because he needed an updated vaccine but banfield never called to tell us these things. When he started showing signs of an ear infection I called to schedule an appointment for him and they were booked up for 5 months. I booked him an appointment anyways and he just got worse, when I tried calling them again to explain the situation they turned me away with an awful attitude and I had to find an emergency clinic. My dog passed away due to a tumor that could have been removed if his vet had seen him when I kept calling. Now I have a new puppy and wanted to make sure she would get her spade and they rescheduled my appointment that I made 4 months in advance TWO TIMES. When I called to confirm my afternoon appointment, they said I missed it and they called my number. They never called my number, the number they have is not my number and when I explained this the lady on the phone said okay we can schedule you one for another 5 MONTHS!!!! This is absolutely not acceptable, the customer service is horrible and they’re always rescheduling important vet appointments. DO NOT bring your pet here you will only go through disappointment. If I could give this a 0 star review I would in a heartbeat. I found another vet 5 minutes after my last phone call with banfield and they took me in with open arms and with an appointment in the next week. Please don’t forget to research where you’re bringing your pets and don’t settle for banfield.
James Meehan Jr: Brought our pet to this facility early this morning for her 6 month check-up, after not hearing anything back from them we decide to call after 6 hrs and was told the Doctor had surgery on other pets and it would be awhile. Why would you schedule other people's animal's to sit there all day knowing you already have other things booked for these time slots. Sounds like they are trying to double book and squeeze as many pets in as possible this is totally unacceptable.....

Andover Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Thomas Goulet: I brought my dog (Stitch) in for an emergency visit this past Tuesday, the staff and doctor were amazing! They made Stitch and I very comfortable and settled.I would highly recommend Andover for all your Vet needs❤
Scott Keller: My pets have been seen by Andover Animal Hospital for close to 50 years, beginning with the beloved Dr Lindsay. He set the bar high for future generations and boy everyone at the hospital has met those high standards. Whether my appointments are with a tech or with a Doctor, my pets and I have been treated with the utmost professionalism and care that anyone could ask for. The staff also has always been professional and courteous, which sometimes I imagine is difficult with an array of animals at the front desk, all waiting to be seen.I would not even think about taking my pets to any other Veterinary Hospital.
Judy Yu: We absolutely love the Andover Animal Hospital. Everyone from the front desk team, vet techs, and vets (we have seen all of them in the practice over the last 3 years) we've interacted with is always friendly, kind, and professional. We really appreciate that they always follow through with what they say they'll do and call or email us after appointments with test results, bloodwork, post-op updates, follow up plans, etc. One of the primary reasons we left our last vet office was because of the difficulty getting in touch with the office and never hearing back from them ever.Even though they're always busy, we've never had a problem being able to schedule same day/urgent care visits anytime our dogs have needed it. Most recently a few days ago on Easter, one of our dogs had an emergency that required him to get x-rays. The team at the Andover Animal Hospital told us to bring him in and they would try to squeeze him in for x-ray and and consultation between appointments. Dr. Autieri called back with results and a plan within an hour - we are absolutely blown away by the level of service they offer (even on a major holiday!)We trust the team at the Andover Animal Hospital completely, 100/10 recommend!
Lynn L: I love both of the avian vets here. They are great for scheduling appointments and reviewing emergency issues if they do not have availability. Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable with extensive experience treating avian and handle the birds well with minimal stress to the animal.Reasonably priced for the initial visit as well as testing. The check in area does get pretty busy- I wish they would split it up based on animal type because people with dogs have jumped on my animals cage several times.Plenty of parking.Cell signal is extremely poor but this hasn’t been an issue since they allow desk checkin again.
Iris Schellenberg: Dr Michela and Cassie were amazing, we had a lovely visit. The visit was clear, informative, and my cat felt comfortable!
Gloria Siebert: It has many options for flavors and styles.
Patricia Goodwin: My family adopted a new lil guy the day before Thanksgiving and we named him Butternut. He was a rescue from the Mississippi flood zone and was sent to Nevins MSPCA Adoption Ctr in Methuen. From first laying eyes on him, I knew he was the one that was sent to us to join our family. He had his first wellness visit and got to meet and greet the team at Andover Animal Hospital about a week ago and he is a healthy little boy. We cant say enough enough about the wonderful staff at Andover. We have had all of our past fur babies (who have since crossed Rainbow Bridge after very long lives) cared for by the team at Andover and we are so grateful to bring our new lil guy into their care. The compassion and dedication this entire staff gives to its patients and us owners is always above and beyond. We feel confident that there is no other place we would want to have care for our babies! Thank you for always doing what you do best.. we look forward to a long life of care and love for our Butternut who is still just a kitty!
James Durkin: I am truly saddened to write this review and I truly wish that I didn't have to do it. However, I feel obligated to share my experience with Andover Animal Hospital in the hope it will spare pets and the families that love them from the suffering and sadness we endured. On 11/14/22, I called the hospital to request an appointment for our 16-year old Maltese. At the time, our other dog was being treated for kennel cough. When the Maltese started coughing, I wanted to jump on the treatment early.I spoke with Dr. Sarah Levine who told me there were no appointments available, but after noting his age and weight, said she would prescribe an anti-biotic so we could start treatment. We picked up the prescription that afternoon and began administering it. After a few days, he began vomiting and had severe diarrhea. We returned to Andover Animal Hospital on 11/18/22 to seek help for our dog as he was very ill, extremely listless and had stopped eating. That night, we learned from Dr. Manse that Dr. Levine had prescribed a massive overdose of antibiotics (two 100mg tablets of Doxycycline twice daily). We were told the amount she prescribed was way to high for a dog his weight, despite the fact that Dr. Levine noted his weight in our phone call. In my opinion, this inexcusable mistake was not a judgment call. It was simply a matter of prescribing the correct dosage of medication.Over the next week or so, the hospital attempted to fix Dr. Levine’s egregious error by administering fluids intravenously. While our dog seemed to rebound temporarily, he never fully recovered. After a few more days of watching him lie almost lifelessly in his bed and refusing to eat, we returned to the hospital and ultimately made the very difficult decision to end his suffering by having him euthanized.I cannot for say for certain if, or how much, the massive overdose of antibiotics contributed to the need to have our friend euthanized. And, given the fact that he was approaching his 17th Birthday, I do not know how much time we had left with him. Here is what I do know for certain: Two weeks after he was prescribed this massive overdose of antibiotics by Dr. Levine, our dog was gone and the suffering he endured in his final weeks was terrible and incredibly sad to witness.I also know that Dr. Levine had several opportunities to apologize to us for her mistake but she never did. In fact, when Dr. Manse was treating him on the evening November 18, he told us that Dr. Levine would be in the following morning to administer more IV fluids and she would come out to talk with us before administering the IV and would be apologizing for her mistake. We arrived early in the morning prepared to accept her apology. However, when we arrived, a technician came out for our dog. We insisted on seeing Dr. Levine. Dr. Levine did finally come out of her office but she simply took the dog from my arms, and said nothing other than to comment on how cute he was. On 11/28, as we were preparing to euthanize this loved member of our family, I mentioned to Hospital Administrator Diane Tower how disappointed I was that we never received an apology from Dr. Levine. Ms. Tower looked shocked and told my daughter and me that Dr. Levine had told her she did apologize to us, which of course was not true. Ms. Tower offered to bring Dr. Levine into the room but we declined the offer because in my opinion an apology is meaningless if you have to ask for it.I made my first visit to this hospital 40 years ago to be with my childhood dog as he was euthanized. Since then, my dogs have always been treated there and I’ve said goodbye to two other faithful friends there. Despite the kindness of people like Dr. Manse; Dr. Autieri, who helped us say goodbye to our friend; and Heather, a manager who exhibited extraordinary compassion in our dog’s final hours; I cannot return to Andover Animal Hospital just as I cannot in good conscience move on without informing and warning other loving pet owners of my family's heartbreaking experience.
rachelle green: My cats have been going to AAH for 6 years and we see Dr Faso. We love her! The staff is so friendly and helpful.
Richard E Mastrocola: Fantastic Team of Professionals caring for your Pet. Genuine care and dedication to owner and pets. I have always had great experiences with knowledgeable professionals. The facility is immaculate.
leelee: I'm not happy for the attention for my dog, :(
Kayla McKenna: I have been going here for 24 years. When my family got our first dog when I was 4, we brought her here. And all our dogs since. I am now 28 and I have 4 dogs all who love going here.We had tried a different place closer to home Woburn Animal Hospital but they did not know how to handle bully breeds, constantly muzzling them (no history of biting) and causing a lot of anxiety around the vet. I was confident one of my dogs had Lyme due to severe symptoms and general exposure. They told me it was unlikely and just his “terrible twos” I pushed for testing and when the lab work cameback his levels were “off the charts.” I brought up concerns over my elderly dogs eyesight and was told she did not have cataracts but then 3 months later they suddely diagnosed her with them. (There was obvious film the first appointment, she was avoiding stairs and tried to jump in the car when the door was closed.) This is when I knew I needed to go back to Andover Andover because they treat animals with love, care and expertise. They take concerns seriously, try to make themselves available for emergencies and can communicate photos ect. over email which I appreciate.Even for my sugar glider recently, I took her to two different “exotic specialists” (Veterinary Emergency Group, Sager animal hospital and Littleton Animal hospital) who said it was a cornea scratch and gave me eye drops. She did not get better and I was starting to lose hope. I saw Andover started taking exotics within the last few years and because of my trust for them with my dogs I gave them a call, they quickly diagnosed my glider with a tooth infection (common in gliders) and prescribed appropriate oral medicine and she was 70% better after 5 doses. I am so grateful to have a Vet’s office I can trust with all my pets.
Gina Chaves (G): Been going to Andover Animal since my 7 year old dog was a pup. Always have had a great experience.
Terry Thomas: terrible. no compassion for the animals. only care about money.
Mengli Yang: This is a public warning⚠️ If you consider bringing your pet in for emergency care, don't come! I brought my poor cat to this animal hospital for an emergency eyes problem. When I walked in I told the front desk I needed a emergency help because my cat suddenly could not open his eyes and there are a lot of discharges in his eyes. The front desk looked with a cold face expression and said they can't do it today because there is no doctor on duty right now. They only accepted appointment visits. I was unbelievably shocked like really!? You claim you are a animal hospital and providing emergency care but you don't have doctors on duty now? Then why would you tell people you do help with emergency issues? If you are just a regular veterinary clinic which requires appointment put that information on your door and website! Don't waste people's time alright? So for any emergency care I highly recommend you to go VEG in Boston. They have enough vets for emergency care 24/7 and they charge you morally. That's all I am saying.
Ron Tuell: This is one of the best Vets that I have had pleasure of using, the staff that greets you at the front desk, to the techs/vets, and even the grooming service is awesome. We had an issue with one of our dogs and the staff was so great with dealing with the issue and even taking the time to follow up multiple times. I would highly recommend them to any pet owners.
Maureen Palardy: I took my new Kitten to Andover Animal Hospital. I was so excited to be back after losing my Little Feline Girl. They were so sweet and kind to me and my Jazmyn. The front staff remembered me and welcomed me back. Dr. Manse also greeted me fondly. He did a through exam and read her paperwork from the Shelter. He ordered her back for testing and an appointment was made. The whole experience was as usual great! I love going there. I feel like I am visiting family.
Cindy H: Andover Animal Hospital is wonderful! My german shepherd had been treated very badly at our previous vet so we went looking for a vet who was good with dogs who were terrified of vets. They were absolutely amazing with him. (He died at 14 years)They now have been seeing our new German shepherd puppy for almost two years and also are great with our cat. The respect they show for the animals and their people can't be beat. They make appointments quickly when necessary so you aren't left worrying about your sick fur baby. The staff in the office and the vet techs are easy to deal with and the office and examine rooms are all super clean.
lori janvrin: I couldn’t not be more impressed with the Dr Manse and the vet tech who was also in the room with us during our recent visit. I have a very anxious dog who doesn’t like anyone and they knew exactly how to handle him ( my first visit) they took the time to listen to my concerns all while giving him the utmost care. They definitely helped ease my anxiety as well.
Laura Delmarco: Deb Bostrom runs the grooming department at Andover Animal Hospital. She is "THE BEST!" We have 2 cockapoos and Deb does a beautiful job. I highly recommend her.
Taylor Cognato: Awesome practice! All staff members are always caring and courteous, particularly Sophie at the desk. Each technician has been great as well. Dr. Carnevale is an absolute joy to have as a veterinarian, she is very gentle with my puppy and treats him like her own, Comet even gets excited to see her coming in the room. Both Dr Carnevale and reception staff have been great about being available to answer any questions I have had as well, no matter how small. Could not more highly recommend this practice, and specifically Dr. Carnevale. Comet will be a life time patient!

Countryside Veterinary Hospital: what do users think?
Connor Brooksbank: Paws down the best vet around!Dr. Warburton is fantastic!!!Top care ranging from basic appointments to surgical/dental care. You will always leave feeling well informed and that your pet is if not yet, on the way to the top of their game. All the staff is extremely pleasant to deal with
Kayla Moore: Said she couldn’t help me
Jeff Johnson: Friendly and pleasant environment. Vets are thorough
jayce m: Great service from an even better staff.
Sean King: Can't get better care and service at any other vet around here. A bit pricey but worth every penny.
D. Dos Santos: They love and care about my guinea pigs! They are very knowledgeable about the important standards of care for guinea pigs and very helpful too. I am grateful for all the care they have given to my small ones!
Robert Brown: Could not be happier with the care received here! The staff is kind, the facility is spotless, and the vets are knowledgeable and gentle. Will never go anywhere else!
Deborah Mcdonald: When brought my kitty there they everything to find the problem they were very nice and professional will bring her back this place is awesome
Steven Nickerson: Nice place great people but like all places it is getting expensive .
Carolina Sposito: Wow, I just called to get information and the girl that answered the phone was so rude. She seems to be in a rush that I couldn’t finish up.
bmjv77: I love this place, and they love my cats. I've lived all over the USA and Countryside is the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to.
Taylor Sutton: My 2 rabbits (3 yrs), 2 year old dog, and 12 week old puppy all go to Dr. Miranda. I just moved an hour away, and I will not go anywhere else. I had to go to a “5 star” rated vet in my hometown for my puppy’s shots to stay up to date because of scheduling (countryside scheduled me a week later). I couldn’t believe the level of care that countryside truly had so far above them. I hear of people waiting months for a sub-par annual vet check. Their kindness, professionalism, and way they care for your pets are unlike anywhere else. I highly recommend this veterinarian. They are a family. Between the doctors and countryside and the technicians, I absolutely trust every aspect of my dogs’ and rabbits’ care. Dr. Miranda is busy but she is able to care for all your pets and she takes the time to give you actual advice for how to care for your pet. They take into consideration the need for your pet and will make the time for situations that you would need to go to an emergency visit elsewhere…even with how insanely busy they are. Best part… you’re appointment happens when you schedule it. The last 3+ years I haven’t sat in the waiting room, I’ve checked in…waited a few minutes and been called right in. I can’t say enough good things. It’s the right choice to go here.
Joseph Smeraldi: Not accepting new clients. Essentially closed
Todd Hamelin: BE WARNED! They messed up my dog's spay and left her bleeding as she came out the door, traumatizing my 5 year old. Later they would not take her for another appointment because they said she was not a patient there, despite the fact that they did have appointments and did have her records. Terrible service and doctors. Just awful.
Taylor Vatan: I've been to a few vets in my day, and these folks have been my favorite. Having ferrets it's always difficult to find a good vet with exotics, and I'm relieved to have found one here.
Betsy Hamill: We're rather new to using countryside but so far our experience has been positive. We've had an annual vet check and 2 visits for an ear infection that proved stubborn. But the vet was helpful, staff was pleasant and efficient. All in all it's been good.Update: Just had our annual visit and the staff was great as usual. They answered my questions and gave me options on care.
Miss Vivian C. Roberson: I called and they not taking pets even though my pet was a patient there a while back but we considered new so they gave me other vets. All vets they gave me taking no new patients. Sad really.
Emma Fairbank: Could not more highly recommend this facility. They treated my cat with so much compassion and love during a truly scary time for both of us. They really do care about your pet and it shows. I am so grateful to the entire staff here for going above and beyond for me and my precious fur baby!
felicia timpe: Took my ferrets here for a while, until one morning my ferret was having seizures and I called (mind you it’s a hospital not an “office”) and they told me they had already seen a bunch of ferrets that morning and refused to take in my dying ferret.
Joshua Marshall: Excellent staff, well informed and very helpful. My family has been using this vet for several years now.
Bruce Hestand: My poodle has been coming here since she was born 15 years ago. As she gets older she is getting extremely nervous and the people here have been exceedingly gentle and caring with her. She has had a few problems the last couple of years and I have found their services and doctors to be top notch. At this point I doubt I'll ever get another pet but if I do, it will be coming here.
