Kayla Boyd: I went to the store today to have my phone unlocked. I hardly had to wait long at all before Michael was able to help. Very polite professional guy, quick, helpful and efficient! Every employee should be more like him! My phone was unlocked in no time! Thank you again Michael! Highly recommend him for future services or assistance!
Adrian Gonzalez: The guy I talked to on the phone just now seemed so uninterested in helping me with my question and gave me the most barebone answer, like he didn't want to even be at work. I didn't get his name but y'all gotta make sure your employees speak with some enthusiasm on the phone.

Told me he was helping a customer so he couldn't help me. Do not go to this location they don't transfer the correct information information to you're phone. As well as if they are creating a new email for anyone they need to be giving the information to the customer, passwords and all.
Justin Carpenter: Went to upgrade my phone at this location where a representative named Christopher added a fraudulent line to my plan without my knowledge or consent afterwards. Have had to contact att fraud department because they would not resolve this issue within store. Austin Mahone that works there was very rude with customer service and not helpful with the fraud at all and threatening with police to cover himself. luckily customer service over the phone was able to see that I bought it from that location and who sold it so they were able to report it and get my money back to me. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE AND ITS EMPLOYEES.

Kevin P Riley Jr: I came in to the store for two reasons. One was to have an employee put on a screen protector I purchased through AT&T. The salesman gave me a hard time about it and said he could not do it because he was not going to give me a second one if he made a mistake applying it. I've never an issue with a company putting on a screen protector for me at any Apple, Att, Verizon, or T-Mobile store. He was able to solve my second issue which was that the iPhone was not reading the SIM card. He had to replace it with a new SIM card.

tom welling: I went to the Tewksbury AT&T store near closing time last night. My mother's phone was dropped and broken just hours before. I replaced her phone but needed it activated ASAP. It's that important to her. As I entered the store there was another customer being waited on. I noticed that the store rep was being extremely helpful and patient with him. I was anxious that time was running out. But not to worry. Jose to the rescue. That's the store rep's name that was so helpful, professional and courteous to the customer before me and to me as well. Mind you just minutes before closing time! I never felt I was being rushed along. He took his time answering my questions and doing his job thoroughly. The phone was activated and given a little charge as well. Thank you very much Jose for the peace of mind you gave my mother and me. See you again for our future cell phone needs. Tom

Leslie Bouchard: Will NOT RECOMMEND This store. My husband went in to switch our phone company. He was greeted by Nage. Who informed my husband that he was only able to set up the lines but had to wait for his coworker to come back from break due to the fact that he was not given the codes to the safe where apparently the phones are kept. How can a manger not give the employee these codes. It’s baffling to go to a store and find out that an employee is not given the right tools to set up a phone line. Why is the store even open if you have wait for a second worker to show up just to finish a line that the first one could of completed by himself? Is that not the what they are supposed to do by themselves? My husband felt bad for Nage he tried but ultimately it was out of his hands. POOR MANAGEMENT!!! They are to be blamed.!!!

I also went back there today when I was having technical issues with my phone and was relieved when Debbie fixed it for me.Five stars, hands down!
Andrew Lynn: I had a problem with getting my number ported when I got my AT&T activation pack from the web site, so I went here and Kayln spent more than an hour helping me and getting me to the right tech support people. I don’t know what I would have done without her. Customer service is huge for me and I’ll definitely come back here when I need anything.

I guess the only thing you don’t need your ID for now a days is voting.

Most people google directions, check to make sure it’s open and head straight there.

Heather Hansen: I use this store hands down for their customer service. I love being able to have a face to face conversation with a polite associate who follows through, not wait on hold and talk to someone from overseas and struggle to interpret English through an accent. I visited about a week ago to get my bills straightened out. I was in a hurry the night I stopped in after work; while I was waiting I decided that I would try to come back to get my bill straightened out after a purchase a few months ago. The store manager stopped me before I walked out to help me. Seriously, A+ service in the store and cell service. Amari is lovely. So is the manager (I forgot his name). Thanks!

Emma: Had such a pleasant experience at this store! We came in and were immediately greeted and given a time estimate for how long until they could see us which was very much appreciated. We had a funky issue that ended up taking well over an hour, making the workers unfortunately stay later than their closing hours, but they were happy to assist no matter what time it was. They fixed our issue and were able to lift our spirits with their lighthearted conversation after a very long and stressful day at the apple store. Truly such kind representation from the AT&T company at this store. Thank you Nick and Jess!

My experience with there sales staff was informative and pleasant. Sure it was busy and i had to wait a Whole 3 minutes for a Salesman to Welcome Me, He took my name and let me know it wont be long. Gave me some time to look around at what AT&T has to offer.I heard my name, The Salesman again polite and professional, asked the basic questions which landed me on The Google Pixel 6 a. Since my credit has some issues, they asked for a deposit. I told them at this time i cant, though, I need a phone so bad cause I do deliveries and my current phone is running so slow that its affecting my response time. I said please if there is anything you can do to wave the deposit I would be grateful The Salesman said hold on, I watched him as He was explaining my predicament to the Manager. The Salesman came back to me and said We got you. We completed the paper work and I walked out of The AT&T store at The Pheasant Lane Mall with my Brand New Google Pixel Thankful to AT&T and the entire Sales Team.
Jose Antonio Martinez Garcia: Privacy and exposing my personal information it is a HUGE thing the can be improve. For example having a stranger seating on the same table as me while im sharing my social, address, credit card and more. It is pretty uncomfortable. Happens to me yesterday I was super annoying and uncomfortable by that. I even have to ask to cancel everything because it's super dangerous exposing your details where someone is able to see it or listing to it. That let me a bad experience. I walked out of the store still thinking about how that's possible. That I have to asked for privacy when that should part of the process. Making the clients feel secure and comfortable should by the one number one priority of the company.

Carrie Golen: I was overwhelmed with how amazing my experience was at at&t at The Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH. I came in to look at a Galaxy watch. They didn't have the one I wanted on display. So a store rep, Josh, let me take a look at his own watch. Then he told me I could trade up my Galaxy S10 for a free Galaxy S22. Later that evening while thinking it over I called the store with my questions. Josh was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and I felt respected even when I couldn't remember my question and had to call back when it came to me. A few days later I went to the store again to trade up my Galaxy S10. Josh was busy with another customer. I waited a little while for Josh to help me, but it was taking longer than expected. So Monti stepped in and got the ball rolling. Both Monti and Josh were very nice to work with. Monti explained how I could get a screen protector and another accessory for 50% off and a free charger too!!! Also, he explained that there would be no sales tax because we were in NH. I think they even waved the trade up fee!! Monti patiently explained the process of trading up my phone as well. My mother was going to give me the money for the sales tax and trade up fee as an early Christmas present. Since we didn't get charged for those things I asked if we could buy a case, popsocket for 50% off and get a free fast charger. She agreed. We also decided to get a screen protector for 50% off. Josh put the screen protector on perfect. But first we had a chuckle about his mistake of preparing the screen with the film still on. :) I forget which one of them told us also that we could save money on our plan and get a free watch line and phone line in the process. And we upgraded mine and my mother's lines for free!!! It is experiences like this that shift my whole perspective on life. I am on disability and feel blessed with the things I have been given in this country. Monti and Josh helped me to reclaim a sense of deserving good things to happen to me without feeling guilty about it. Recently, I started to experience God's grace and assurance of my salvation after many years of living under condemnation. Now the lingering guilt is being washed away too! I'm in a season of transformation and blessing in many ways. I don't deserve God's forgiveness or a free Galaxy S22 and all the other overwhelming blessings from God and at&t. That I know is true. All I can do is receive God's grace with assurance that He loves me despite myself. At&t blessed me so much. I believe God is using at&t and Monti and Josh to show me He loves me and will provide more than I can hope or dream of. I am praying that at&t and Monti and Josh will be blessed for their kindness and generosity. Thank you!

Tania Lorenzana: Cory the manager essentially tried to scam me into 2 new watches & did not mention they required cellular. Once I came back to return the watches he proceeded to try to gaslight me that he had mentioned it when he never did as this would’ve been a hard pass if I knew that was the case. On top of it all I called AT&T today and found out he processed the return but still left the cellular on my plan!!! This man is super unprofessional and needs to be retrained in customer service and plan transparency. I was ready to leave AT&T because of the lies but thankfully Shawn was able to provide me a full breakdown of everything on the account, and this is someone who is a natural leader and deserves to be the manager as he was super knowledgeable, transparent, and provided great customer service skills.

Kathryn Love: I just had the best experience with Joe who works at this location! He was so friendly and honestly the most helpful sales rep I have ever come across… and I’m in sales! That was the quickest turn around I have ever experienced upgrading a phone. I wish all reps were like Joe. He was informative, polite, and honestly just a great guy. He made the whole experience of breaking a phone not even seem so bad. I will be recommending this location to everyone I know.

Val Barczak: This store has come so far! I have been going there for years, but always expected to spend at least 3 hours there getting a new a phone. I got my new phone there recently, and it was truly a hassle-free experience! There were 3 staff members there, and they were all pleasant and extremely helpful - and I left with my new phone and a good amount of knowledge about how to use it in about an hour & 15 minutes!If you’ve had a bad experience there in the past, I highly recommend giving them another chance!

But I figured leaving a review here would be a good place to start.Usually, I dread going to the retail stores for an issue but am extremely happy that I found the one in Plaistow. A completely different story. Both Nick and Dez were extremely helpful and ended up replacing my phone for me when Samsung wouldn’t . You guys are awesome!ATT, please do what you can to retain these amazing employees, customer service like this is non existent these days. I live less than a mile from my nearest ATT store and Plaistow is about an hour away from me but I will be making the trip from now on due to the amazing customer service I’ve received 2 times now. When I parked and started to get out of the car, the man at the desk jumped up, tripped over a cardboard sign and shut the lights off and locked the door on me. He drives a goldish car because he just walked out now. I will never purchase from this store and no one else should either.

Ryan Garrett: I feel the need to share my experience. I went in here after getting my phone shut off to get a plan for myself and my father. All seemed well, we agreed on a plan that works and the workers were quite friendly and eventually got my phone working and I had service. However, when my first bill came, it was 90% more than what we had discussed. Displeased, I came back to visit NICK at the AT&T Plaistow store. He apologized, as he was the same person to set it up, and said it was all set.Next bill same deal. I called and was turned to calling the 611 number. Being frustrated with my experience at the Plaistow store, I went to the Salem NH store and they informed me I was not on the Unlimited Starter plan and was instead put on a 50% more expensive plan for both lines. In addition, I was also paying an ADDITIONAL 30$ PER LINE for insurance I specifically informed the Plaistow store I did not want. The SALEM NH store had to help me fix the mistakes of the Plaistow store. Not only was my bill over 100% more expensive than what I wanted, it cost me money time and probably hair to get it fixed. My experience was very poor at the Plaistow store, and I would recommend anyone who is thinking about going here, to save their sanity and go somewhere with competent employees.Two stars and not one because I guess I did technically get set up and got my phone and father's working the same day. Everything else was terrible.

LCT1: As a long time customer of AT&T I am disgusted with their service! I upgraded my iphone in the spring at the Burlington Mall Store. After spending about 45 minutes in the store, I brought my phone home to switch over to the new phone. After the change was made, I was unable to call or text from the phone. I called customer service and spent an hour on the phone with them only to be told I needed to go back to the store. I called the store and after getting nowhere with the person on the phone, I asked to speak to a manager. After speaking to a manager she was able to go in and activate the e sim. Once the phone was working it kept asking which number I wanted to dial from. Called the store and yet once again was told I needed to go into the store! I went to the store and after the person who was waiting on me did something that locked my phone and then I was told I needed to give him a code that would be texted to me, which I was unable to get because I couldn't get into my phone! After going back and forth with the person waiting on me I asked to see a manager who by the way, walked by and heard the whole conversation and never offered to help! I kept insisting since I was the owner of the account that there had to be some other way to solve this! Finally the manager was able to unlock my account and the tech was able to put a sim card in the phone to rectify the situation. I decided to upgrade this past month online, which was another nightmare that I won't get into here, only to go yet once again to the Burlington Mall store to tell the person waiting on me that I was returning my old phone. He took my phone, asked me questions and went through the process only to tell me he couldn't take my phone back! I told him that I was told I could either mail it back or bring it into a store, which is what I chose to do! And preceded to tell me that he didn't know why they tell people that! Yet once again for nothing! He asked me several times where I got the phone and I told him online! He kept telling me deals that AT&T was offering and I declined all of them! Then he preceded to tell me that I should have bought it at the store and not online! Totally disgusted with AT&T! I would change carriers but as far as I'm concerned they are all alike! Horrible experience in store and online! You shouldn't have to spend hours to make a transaction. So much time wasted with customer service people and AT&T's horrible processes and glitches in their system!

Al Murray: While the product I bought was in stock and ready in 10 minutes, it took over an hour to ring it up and activate it. The in store Wi-Fi and POS system were down. The sales person had to scan my ID 5 times and my credit card, 4 times.Eventually everything worked, but it took over an hour to complete the transaction. Not a great look for a technology sales shop.
