Alex Reyes: Paid $1100 for them to repaint my quarter panels on my truck. Four months later they are now starting to rust i call and the guy says to come down so they can take a look. When I get there another person, not the one I talked to the first time I went or the one I talked to on the phone comes out and says that since I only paid for paint and only had two spots where the paint need work they did not sand down the quarter panel so if I want it fixed it going to be another $600. This is after the first guy I talked to said they couldn't just do one spot they needed to repaint the entire quarter panel. Last time I will ever use them using one stop auto body up in Hudson New Hampshire from now on. They guarantee there work and do what they actually say they will do.Services:Body Trim,Painting

Ryan Stetzler: Worst experience I've ever had at a auto body shop. I brought my girlfriends car there based on the 4.5 star review Google advertised. I went into surgery the day after dropping her car off and 2 weeks later when she got the run around for over a week, she picked it up and all they had done was replaced the tail light and the car was filthy. They put extra charges in to the insurance company for trim pieces they did not replace. If I could save even one person from being ripped off at this place I would sleep better at night.

MD: This guys gave me a very bad experience. I brought my car in to replace the bumper. I had an accident, which resulted in the bumper being damaged, the front rail was bent in. I came in with the part and they were to pull the bent rail and then fit in the new bumper. Instead of pulling that rail, they just removed the damaged bumper and fit in the new one without pulling the damaged part. The bumper couldn't fit, some parts couldn't close up that he had to glue it up with glue. Despite expressing my displeasure, the guy wasn't apologetic at all, he was rude and demanded to be paid the 300$ for the work that he didn't do as promised. I had to spare another 300$ and went to another Autobody to redo the work. The new guys did a great job job and it came out perfect.I don't trust those guys at all.

When I got the car back, it looked shinier than before it needed work! I could tell Mr. Ach really cares about his business’s reputation and his customers’ needs, and it made all the difference in my experience. I’d definitely go back!

Dylan McCullough: Thought I was just going here for a quote to get a mirror done. There was some miscommunication on my part and some buffing was done on the fender after I told them I didn't want the vehicle to be worked on. Totally my fault but was quoted $135 for the buffing. After talking to Mike about it he was completely reasonable and deducted $50 for me. I felt bad because I kinda threw Armando under the bus but apologized to both him and Mike. $450 for just the mirror itself was way to steep for me to justify the convenience. Got shipped an oem replacement for $160 from a BMW dealership in Georgia. The team was semi professional but I'm happy we were able to settle it before any work was actually done to my vehicle. This company should offer the quote with parts and labor first, before any work is actually done.Service:Body Trim

Rocio Payes: CARSTAR was recommended by my insurance company after my accident. They made everything sound really simple up front during the initial inspection. However, I had to wait a week to even be able to drop it off and now that it’s been there for a week I was notified it’s estimated to be completed in two more weeks. In total I will be without my car for a month. When I called they said this was pretty standard for them and there was nothing to do about it. Michael Cooney: C&F Auto did a fantastic job on the front end of my 10 year old Mazda. I got several quotes but C&F took the time to give me options of repairing or replacing while keeping safety in mind. Since I was not going through insurance they offered to repair as much as possible and would let me know which parts could not be repaired safely. The final cost was well under the other quotes and my car looks better than it has in years. Not only did they repair it but buffed out several scratches on the front and rear of the car. Everything Hamel Brothers did is peeling all the way down to metal or plastic.. undercoat is chalky and clear coat acts like cheap 1k.Oem paint from 1999 is still good.I live in Tampa now so they will not make this right by me.I will have to strip all of their work off and then repaint, because I can't trust any work they may have done.Be aware that Hamel Brothers blocks posts in their Facebook page that are less than flattering and that most glowing reviews are written immediately after the job is done, and looking its best.They must be so proud to put their name on this inferior paint job! R. Dunbar: My car needed serious body work. The office staff was excellent in setting me up with a substitute vehicle, dealing with insurance issues, answering my questions. Totally great.And the repair is equally excellent--like it never happened. The men who worked on it were also kind and very skilled in making the repairs.This shop is right along the Merrimack River in Lowell so it's really easy to get to. Wonderful place.

Sandeep Verma: We needed to get the front bumper and hood repaired on our car. And we were paying out of pocket. We showed the car to a few auto body shops (including C & F Auto and Stony Brook Auto). Ken was the most professional of the lot and offered the best price. He worked with us in ordering the replacement parts ahead of time so that we minimized the time the car was in his shop. He also worked with us in fixing a couple of fenders for a reasonable price. And the car looks great. We will always go back to him for auto body repairs, and most certainly if we are paying out of pocket.

超 Shiinzaemon: I highly recommend Ken's.I purchased an after market roush front fascia/ bumper and needed it painted and installed on my red 2015 GT Mustang. I wasnt sure where to have the bumper installed. I saw several good reviews on Google and another on Yelp, so gave Ken a call.From the very start Ken asked good questions about the bumper, and my car over the phone. He worked within my schedule to set an appointment and view my car at his shop. Ken also provided a solid estimate in advance which was in line with the reasonable prices I had researched online for paint and install of a bumper.Long story short. Ken not only painted my bumper a factory match and quality but he also was able to create a custom fog light delete which was necessary in order to retain the adaptive cruise control and collision detection features on my style mustang without me having to purchase another style of aftermarket bumper or mustang package. Credit to him for coming up with that idea. Saved me a headache. He knows his stuff.My car was done within 3 days and Ken kept me updated the entire time. He not once tried to sell me anything extra and was very down to earth. He even touched up my rims which got rid of my parking nick's and scrapes and didn't ask for a cent extra. Ken kept my car looking good. Overall great service and experience!I typically do not write reviews but I'm very pleased with the work Ken did on my car and have no doubt about going back and/or recommending him to anyone who needs body work.
