Alex Reyes: Paid $1100 for them to repaint my quarter panels on my truck. Four months later they are now starting to rust i call and the guy says to come down so they can take a look. When I get there another person, not the one I talked to the first time I went or the one I talked to on the phone comes out and says that since I only paid for paint and only had two spots where the paint need work they did not sand down the quarter panel so if I want it fixed it going to be another $600. This is after the first guy I talked to said they couldn't just do one spot they needed to repaint the entire quarter panel. Last time I will ever use them using one stop auto body up in Hudson New Hampshire from now on. They guarantee there work and do what they actually say they will do.Services:Body Trim,Painting

Ryan Stetzler: Worst experience I've ever had at a auto body shop. I brought my girlfriends car there based on the 4.5 star review Google advertised. I went into surgery the day after dropping her car off and 2 weeks later when she got the run around for over a week, she picked it up and all they had done was replaced the tail light and the car was filthy. They put extra charges in to the insurance company for trim pieces they did not replace. If I could save even one person from being ripped off at this place I would sleep better at night.

MD: This guys gave me a very bad experience. I brought my car in to replace the bumper. I had an accident, which resulted in the bumper being damaged, the front rail was bent in. I came in with the part and they were to pull the bent rail and then fit in the new bumper. Instead of pulling that rail, they just removed the damaged bumper and fit in the new one without pulling the damaged part. The bumper couldn't fit, some parts couldn't close up that he had to glue it up with glue. Despite expressing my displeasure, the guy wasn't apologetic at all, he was rude and demanded to be paid the 300$ for the work that he didn't do as promised. I had to spare another 300$ and went to another Autobody to redo the work. The new guys did a great job job and it came out perfect.I don't trust those guys at all.

Everything Hamel Brothers did is peeling all the way down to metal or plastic.. undercoat is chalky and clear coat acts like cheap 1k.Oem paint from 1999 is still good.I live in Tampa now so they will not make this right by me.I will have to strip all of their work off and then repaint, because I can't trust any work they may have done.Be aware that Hamel Brothers blocks posts in their Facebook page that are less than flattering and that most glowing reviews are written immediately after the job is done, and looking its best.They must be so proud to put their name on this inferior paint job! Got shipped an oem replacement for $160 from a BMW dealership in Georgia. The team was semi professional but I'm happy we were able to settle it before any work was actually done to my vehicle. Barry Breen: I have a 2011 Range Rover Sport that was involved in a "deer-strike" incident in Dec. 2019. There was considerable damage to the front-end of the vehicle. Having had an earlier positive experience with Masterworks Custom Paint & Body with rear bumper replacement on my wife's Lexus, I decided to use them again for my Land Rover repairs.The Masterworks business had recently relocated to a new location on Rt. 3A in Hudson, NH and the new facility appears well-equipped, spacious and well-suited to automotive paint & body work. Making an appointment for my repair work was easy and the project was started just after the New Year.The owner (Josh) explained the process he used in cases like mine. Firstly, there could be hidden damage beyond what the Insurance Company had estimated, so he planned to disassemble all areas where there had been contact with the deer. Following that, he would contact the Ins. Co to agree any supplemental repairs that may be needed.As he expected, there was considerable damage beyond that included in the original estimate. Josh contacted my Ins. Co and explained the situation with photos of the damaged parts. The adjuster agreed with his position but, required additional parts cost paperwork for their files. Josh satisfied the new requirements, and the new damage estimate was processed very quickly. Given the added cost of the damage (100% of the original estimate) I expected lots of push-back from the Ins. Company. Just the opposite, in addition to the quickly-processed new repair estimate, after the claim was finalized, the Insurance Co. gave me very positive feedback on how easy they found it to work with my Body Shop.As far as the finished product, I could not be happier with the results achieved by Masterworks. My Range Rover emerged looking like a new truck, the paint match on a 9-year old vehicle was incredible, and their attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. Throughout the process, I was kept informed on progress and/or issues as they arose. I was also invited to inspect the progress multiple times during the project and as I stated earlier, the finished product was fantastic, with absolutely NO rework or adjustments required.Lastly, I cannot overstate the importance of how effective your Body Shop is interacting with your Insurance Company. Today, most Insurance companies use phone apps to assess vehicle damage, and they will pressure you to use recycled or after-market parts vs new OEM components. If your Body Shop cannot advocate for you when this becomes an issue, you will NOT be happy with the outcome.

He worked with us in ordering the replacement parts ahead of time so that we minimized the time the car was in his shop. He also worked with us in fixing a couple of fenders for a reasonable price. And the car looks great. We will always go back to him for auto body repairs, and most certainly if we are paying out of pocket.

超 Shiinzaemon: I highly recommend Ken's.I purchased an after market roush front fascia/ bumper and needed it painted and installed on my red 2015 GT Mustang.  I wasnt sure where to have the bumper installed.  I saw several good reviews on Google and another on Yelp, so gave Ken a call.From the very start Ken asked good questions about the bumper, and my car over the phone.  He worked within my schedule to set an appointment and view my car at his shop.  Ken also provided a solid estimate in advance which was in line with the reasonable prices I had researched online for paint and install of a bumper.Long story short.  Ken not only painted my bumper a factory match and quality but he also was able to create a custom fog light delete which was necessary in order to retain the adaptive cruise control and collision detection features on my style mustang without me having to purchase another style of aftermarket bumper or mustang package.  Credit to him for coming up with that idea.  Saved me a headache.  He knows his stuff.My car was done within 3 days and Ken kept me updated the entire time.  He not once tried to sell me anything extra and was very down to earth.  He even touched up my rims which got rid of my parking nick's and scrapes and didn't ask for a cent extra.  Ken kept my car looking good.  Overall great service and experience!I typically do not write reviews but I'm very pleased with the work Ken did on my car and have no doubt about going back and/or recommending him to anyone who needs body work.

John Pascale: Someone hit my front end while it was parked and left a big dent in it. I went to a few shops for estimates and Maaco was the cheapest around and most professional. They have me a printout of the estimate that I was able to send to the person that wanted to pay for it out of pocket. I went forward with Maaco and the person that hit me called Maaco And paid for the work upfront. Maaco got the bumper in a matter of a day or two and I scheduled an appt online and confirmed over the phone which was answered right away every time I called and they fixed it and it looks great. Cleaned the rest of my car which was nice and bumper looks great. Only negative was I came after they closed to pickup my car and it was locked behind gate so I couldn’t take it. I am happy they did that so no one could steal it, but it would have been nice to have a heads up about me not being able to pickup my car after they closed.Service:Body Trim
