The only other one I know of is in Newton or Needham. WELL DONE ✔ it's not high end it's in a warehouse with florescent lighting but if you want it ....they got it

PAUL RATHA YEM: This local store has a bit of every thing for a party supply store and has a new owner with only one staff and has been so very busy since there are no other similar stores around. The best way to avoid long waiting is to call ahead and place your order preferably early in the morning. The store is dark, dirty, hot and less organized compared to national chain stores.

Engineer Chic: Really helpful staff and the store is SO organized it is easy to find things. I had about given up on PartyCity based on dealing with a store south of this one, but turns out I had just picked the wrong Party City. In Chelmsford they understand that you might be short on time and they really are super quick to open another register or tell you exactly where something is. Everything was clean, too, the way a store would look if corporate was coming. Go to this one, it's SO much better than the alternative closer to the mall.

maria mengel: I ordered balloons for an afterparty for my son's wedding. Since the website states that latex helium balloons will float for ~24 hours, I decided to have them delivered the morning of the party, which was scheduled for around 11PM. The balloons were delivered at around 11AM, as expected. The order was wrong, 2 of 1 and 1 of another that should have been the other way around but I figured, no biggie...let it go. The big disappointment came when we returned to our hotel after the reception to find 8 of the 12 helium balloons on the floor, totally lifeless! I won't go so far as to say it ruined the party, but it took a lot of the "oomph" out of the decor as I had pictured/planned for. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT and I would def think twice before ordering here again!!!

Linlin: There only upside of my last minute trip was they did the favor of blowing up the balloons I brought in. That was huge for me. However, the air didn't last, 2-3 balloons were deflated by the time I got home. Plus, I bought a backdrop and let me tell you it was not worth the money I spent on it.

Clara Q: Was looking for the sparkle / firework birthday candle and stopped in. Young staff, novice and so very helpful. I called ahead since I was limited for time and the first employee explained he didn’t know what I was talking about (it was his first day) but would ask someone who would. They were prompt in responding and when I went to the store were very helpful. The management team has a notice stating to please treat their (young) employees with courtesy and although it’s sad that some of us have to be reminded it’s great to see they care for their staff.
