Marisa Gonzalez: Customer service wasn't so great, the associate was rude while I was there to pick up a balloon order for my niece's birthday.
karthik G: Great collection of items all required for hosting a party. They offer helium fill ups in balloons as well for free on specific balloon sets that you purchase there.

Engineer Chic: Really helpful staff and the store is SO organized it is easy to find things. I had about given up on PartyCity based on dealing with a store south of this one, but turns out I had just picked the wrong Party City. In Chelmsford they understand that you might be short on time and they really are super quick to open another register or tell you exactly where something is. Everything was clean, too, the way a store would look if corporate was coming. Go to this one, it's SO much better than the alternative closer to the mall.

maria mengel: I ordered balloons for an afterparty for my son's wedding. Since the website states that latex helium balloons will float for ~24 hours, I decided to have them delivered the morning of the party, which was scheduled for around 11PM. The balloons were delivered at around 11AM, as expected. The order was wrong, 2 of 1 and 1 of another that should have been the other way around but I figured, no biggie...let it go. The big disappointment came when we returned to our hotel after the reception to find 8 of the 12 helium balloons on the floor, totally lifeless! I won't go so far as to say it ruined the party, but it took a lot of the "oomph" out of the decor as I had pictured/planned for. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT and I would def think twice before ordering here again!!!

Elena Musella: My best friend and I came to Salem to attend the Endless Night Vampire Ball at The Hawthorn Hotel but the costumes we rented in the mail didn’t show up on time so we called The Costume Company the day before the ball! The owner answered right away, got us an appointment the next day, hours before the ball, and was an amazing help. We loved the whole experience working with her from start to finish! It was so much fun wearing the costumes, she pulled some ahead of our visit so we could go quickly, the costumes are SO comfortable, such high quality and fun to wear that I never wanted to take it off. That night in Salem, we got interviewed by 3 video news stations and everyone on the street and in the party complimented our costumes and wanted to take pictures with us. We even got nominated and came in 2nd place for the costume contest! We splurged for the more expensive costumes and it was 100% worth it because it made people in Salem just so happy and excited to see people really decked out with such beautiful and authentic costumes for Halloween. We think everyone attending a Salem Halloween event should get their costumes here. We love her 💗
Eric Sun: Had a party that was Bridgerton themed. Contacted the Costume company via email and got a very quick response. I arranged a time to look at clothes and there was already a selection laid out. Then I rented for the weekend and returned it on Monday. Would highly recommend!

george randall: I had a minor "problem" with a new Santa suit. I called Davd and set an appointment with his tailer. I drove the 110 miles to the store and met with David and Rosie. Talk about wonderful service. My jacket and pants were taken care of right away and I was on my way back home. I would highly recommend Creative Costuming. David is great to do business with. I look forward to going back!!

Ted McMichael: I have never seen such an extensive collection of costumes and accessories! David probably has anything you could imagine. And if by some chance he doesn't have it, he can get it within a very few days. This is a professional costuming business and not just your seasonal halloween shop. It is a fantastic experience just to walk into his establishment, but you need to know that the entrance is from the rear of the 102 Plaza in Hudson, NH. There are probably less than a handful of stores of this caliber in the United States, and we are privileged to have one right here in our local community!

This is during open times. I called and no one answers. If someone had to leave early, there should be a note addressing this inconvenience. Terrible business from the get go

Party City or Spirit Halloween couldn’t bail you out, huh? Well thank the Lord for Joker’s Wild! It’s a gem of a place located in North Reading. They had a large selection of costumes and accessories at reasonable prices. I ended up buying four costumes; not all for me, of course. But I’d be remiss not to recommend this place!
