Michelle Otero: DONT REQUEST HIS SERVICES HE IS A RIPOFF  Louis Steven Haskell is a rip off Went to request his services in March 2017 never deposit my check for over 2 months because he was too busy doing income taxes that was the excuse which i woulndt even recommend even filling taxes with him when he finally decided to deposit it was to late so i decided to give him another chance then proceeded to pay him 200 in cash for the deposit in the month of May  had to go to court In June he never showed up or responded my calls nor the week before nor that day beacuse he had a death in the family so i went to court and the other party indicated to me he has not done anything towards filling or sending any information to them then his secretary calls me that day saying they were going to file that day today so today the last day of june i decided to call him and requeat a doc # before i gave him any more money and guess what no doc# because he hasnt dont anything left him a message call him twice send him an email and supposedly Everytime i called him and he was never there nor called me back neither responded  to my emails at all.  Secretary always saids he is not there then when i said to his secretary that I was going to pick up my deposit which i was indicated it wouldnt be a problem when i got to his office he was at the office conveniently. never showed up at court to represent me.   When I requested my deposit back for services not rendered first he said if i had a receipt which he had the receipt book right in front of him then he said he couldnt find me in the book when i was there seeing my name in the book then he said that he made calls representing me which he didnt show me any proof then he was only to refund me 100 out of 200 then he said because my payment didnt go threw that he was going yo charge me for bank fees really i then proceeded to say the take the bank fees off the 200 he still wanted to give me back 100 are you kidding me so then he talk to me really about you havent done nothing i juat want my 165.00 dollars back the he said goodbye didnt give me nothing back DONT REQUEST HIS SERVICES HE IS A RIPOFF

Godz 4Ever: I needed some info from my bankruptcy that the guy's handled 4 me about 9 yrs ago. One of them called me themselves (I think it was Mr. Weinberg) and told me if they requested this info that I needed they would charge me but if I went to a govt website it would be next 2 nothing for the fee which was true. The fee was like .06 cents for the document I needed.You know how one hears how grimy lawyers can be - lol - but yet he was truthful. He could've just charged me that fee and told me nothing about that website. So this let me know about his integrity as a person and as a lawyer!It also impressed me that I live out of state now but he took the time out and called me back anyway. Robert Yeshilian: My wife and I were referred to Mr. Gaudreau because we are pursuing filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. We reviewed our financial situation with him, and the more information we gave him, the more annoyed he seemed to get with us. He said that in his opinion, it looked like even bankruptcy would not completely solve our cash flow problems. He told us that his fee for doing the bankruptcy was $2,200 and questioned how we would ever be able to pay him for his services. It got to the point that he got so annoyed and tired of speaking with us, that he told us that he had another appointment to attend to, even though no-one else was in his office at the time. So, he ubruptly ended the consultation. He told us that he would review our case and would notify us of his decision as to whether or not he would take our case. It has now been 2 weeks and we have not heard from him. Nor have we received anything in writing from him. As far as I am concerned, we WILL NOT choose him to be our attorney.I highly recommend that if you are looking for a good attorney, stay clear of Richard D. Gaudreau. He IS NOT a good attorney. He is very unprofessional and not trustworthy. He is cold and uncaring. All he cares about is making sure he gets paid for his services. If I could, I would have given him zero (0) stars for a rating. He's that bad.Update: As of this writing (11/29/22), over 3 months have passed and Gaudreau has NEVER bothered to contact us in any way, shape manor or form. Richard D.
