Michelle Otero: DONT REQUEST HIS SERVICES HE IS A RIPOFF  Louis Steven Haskell is a rip off Went to request his services in March 2017 never deposit my check for over 2 months because he was too busy doing income taxes that was the excuse which i woulndt even recommend even filling taxes with him when he finally decided to deposit it was to late so i decided to give him another chance then proceeded to pay him 200 in cash for the deposit in the month of May  had to go to court In June he never showed up or responded my calls nor the week before nor that day beacuse he had a death in the family so i went to court and the other party indicated to me he has not done anything towards filling or sending any information to them then his secretary calls me that day saying they were going to file that day today so today the last day of june i decided to call him and requeat a doc # before i gave him any more money and guess what no doc# because he hasnt dont anything left him a message call him twice send him an email and supposedly Everytime i called him and he was never there nor called me back neither responded  to my emails at all.  Secretary always saids he is not there then when i said to his secretary that I was going to pick up my deposit which i was indicated it wouldnt be a problem when i got to his office he was at the office conveniently. never showed up at court to represent me.   When I requested my deposit back for services not rendered first he said if i had a receipt which he had the receipt book right in front of him then he said he couldnt find me in the book when i was there seeing my name in the book then he said that he made calls representing me which he didnt show me any proof then he was only to refund me 100 out of 200 then he said because my payment didnt go threw that he was going yo charge me for bank fees really i then proceeded to say the take the bank fees off the 200 he still wanted to give me back 100 are you kidding me so then he talk to me really about you havent done nothing i juat want my 165.00 dollars back the he said goodbye didnt give me nothing back DONT REQUEST HIS SERVICES HE IS A RIPOFF

Now take a minute to think about how important your legal matter is to you and whether or not you can afford to hire a lawyer who will ghost you during that process because that is exactly what happened to me. Long story short: Mr. Clark led me to be believe he would represent me in good faith and I lost just about everything I owned when he did not. Let me also be clear; Mr.Clark placed a call in which he stated that he was my lawyer. I reached out to Mr. Clark several times after not hearing back from him and when I did get in contact with him, he was both condescending and dismissive, assuring me he would call me back which he never did. I am currently researching how to file a complaint with the New Hampshire State Bar Association against him. I hope for your sake you read this before trusting this individual like I did. If you are, consider yourself both lucky and forewarned!

Non Ya: Absolutely horrible. Will give some long speech about needing you to meticulously provide documents. Which in itself is fine. But when you don’t practice what you preach. That goes to show you are a hypocrite. Randall said he would send some template out for me to follow so that the documentation would be in an order for him to follow. Randall failed to send the template and failed to follow through on his own requirements of others. I even attempted a follow up call and email (no response). If you want your time wasted. Talk to Randall. He will go on and on about other clients he can’t stand and then fail at his own preachings.

alexis Kirchmann: This man is so honest. He’s going to give it to you straight. He went out of his way to help me get through a very stressful and scary life decision. He was kind and so patient. 5 stars!

C J: This guy is brutal. He simply wants to go after low hanging fruit or issues. Doesn't want to work. Be careful. Will in fact take your money and do nothing.

Atta Meer: He is the worst lawyer. He took advance money and asked me to pay another company for a private investigation of a debtor. Now he is not picking up my calls for the last two years.

I have begun the process of reporting him to the bar association. He promised to refund my money for not doing anything on my behalf, but never did that either.Randall Clark, Took my case and my money then proceeded to insult me, tell me my "case wasn't important enough and was at the bottom of his stack" , after 5 months of waiting to hear something and occasionally checking in... not what I look for in a lawyer when I am struggling to refinance my home.
