Chivonne Nicole: This is a great barber shop! The first time I brought my son here was 3 years ago when I lived in Lowell. Although we don't live in the area anymore, we came back to Billy's a few months ago because my son wasn't comfortable in the other shops we tried. There's a cool vibe here that we haven't found in many shops. My son has sat in all of the barbers' chairs except Billy's but they all do a great job. Our 20 minute drive is always worth it & we'll keep coming back!

I took one stop in here and I’ve been coming back ever since. BUCK is my go to guy he’s been lacing me and my son with the cleanest fade since day one! He Never disappoints on top of providing a great haircut he’s fast and efficient I never have to wait long and by the time I’m done each cut feels cleaner than the last time. He definitely hones his skills as time goes. It’s a great atmosphere good conversation honestly more like a gentleman’s club any seat in that shop is guaranteed to give u great service it’s a solid team and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Steve Perry: I have been coming there for a monthly haircut since I moved back to the Greater Lowell area in 2004. I now live in Watertown and still go to Professional Barbers of Lowell. In fact, when I lived Hartford for a couple of years back in 2008 to 2010 I still got the majority of my haircuts from Jimmy. I estimate that I have gotten about 190 haircuts there over the years and not a bad one in the whole time, not even one! I have an issue with a cowlick on one side and Jimmy is the master at getting it to look just right. Both Jimmy and his son Ty are great guys and it is worth the visit just to look at the great old album covers that they have on some of the walls. If they doubled their prices, it would still be a great value, given the consistent high quality of service they provide.Service:Haircut

Lori Iraola: My son has autism and the owner went and bought a machine that makes no noise to scare my baby with my son's autism he has a lot of sensory problems and one of them being a buzzing sensation on his head but now that he has that new machine my baby sits there and doesn't even cry any take this time he went on vacation and we actually waited for him to get back because I will not go to any other Barber but him he's a great guy. I met his son in so well-mannered and he was so great with my son because my husband gets his haircut after we get our babies haircut and he was very gentle with him I recommend this Barber and his shop and I give him a 10 out of 10 Stars and not to mention the designs that he can make on your head he can do anything he's very talented we've been going to him for a long time and I would recommend him to anyone thank you for your time I hope if anyone's out there looking for a barber definitely go check him out it's nice and clean inside there he's always cleaning and disinfecting everything after every person I would definitely check them out

He listed to everything I was trying to fix and went to town with at least 4 types of electric shears and then scissors. Surprisingly fast with all he had to do and a genuinely nice person. He is amazingly skilled at different types of styling and cuts. The cut was affordable if you have seen the area. I know where I will be going in the future.
