Stephanie Lynn: I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike, his team and his installer Zach recently and, honestly, can't speak higher of their customer service.I reached out to Mike on a Sunday with a question regarding a potential repair on my custom vertical set over my slider door. He, not only got back to me that same night, but walked me through figuring out who the manufacturer was (the blinds had come with my condo when we purchased it), where to find all of the install specific information that was on the blinds and even reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf to see if it was still within warranty.Every step of the way, he was in touch with me, keeping me apprised of any additional details needed or where they were in the process.We found out that the blinds were still within warranty and the manufacturer rebuilt the entire track and Mike had Zach, his installer, come out to replace the unit within days, saving us a lot of money in the end.To say that I am floored by this level of outstanding service would be an understatement. Mike and his team went above and beyond and they certainly will have my business moving forward. I will also be recommending them to everyone that I know.

We moved into a new construction home and found the process of putting up window treatments for all of the windows daunting. Mike came to our house with samples and for measurements. He also ordered us fabric samples when we were picking out curtains. He was always very responsive with any of our questions and with updates on our orders. From the moment I called to inquire, he said he would do whatever he could to fix them if they could indeed be fixed. I took the shades to his shop and he helped me identify the clips that I needed to buy online. This was a huge deal in itself because Select Blinds, the manufacturer of these shades, wouldn't tell me which parts I needed to fix them since I wasn't the original purchaser...(Not sure why that would matter since I own the condo now where the shades are hanging!) Without his guidance, I wouldn't have been able to figure it out! Once the clips came in, he fixed them on the spot. He knew exactly what to do and was just so helpful! I highly recommend hiring him to do any shade or blind install! You will get FIVE STAR customer service from start to finish! Thank you SO much Mike!

Kyle: I hired Gotcha Covered to apply window tint to my entire house. Chris was knowledgeable and provided multiple samples to choose from, which helped the process.I had Dual Reflective film applied to the front of the house, and HD film applied to the rear. I'm very satisfied with the results. There was a severe reduction in heat, glare reduction, and overall aesthetically improved the visual aspect of windows.

Katie Ponn: I contacted budget blinds for an in-home consultation. First, they emailed me to tell me they called me but my phone just kept ringing (not true, I have a voicemail and never received a missed call). Then I scheduled an appointment via email. Once I told the gentleman that it was just for 1 sliding glass door & glass side panel he did not answer my email. Then he did not even show up for our appointment or bother to call. When I called him the blind technician said he "forgot" about our appointment and would call me to reschedule, which he never did. Then I go on their website and find out the man I had been dealing with is one of the owners. I will not be using Budget Blinds.
