Gustavo Schlemper: This place is heaven on earth. Too many options of sweets and treats that you end up by taking a piece of everything. The chocolate truffles were amazing (you have to try the blueberry port wine ones). They also have chocolate glazed crunchy bacon (I want to try next time) and ice cream by the scoop or ice cream cookies in the summer.

Diane Belanger: I'm really disappointed in the selection of chocolates lately. It's the Wednesday before Easter and the selection is dismal. So many empty trays. They have plenty of prepackaged candy, but not everyone wants that. It was like this an entire week before Valentines Day and Christmas, but also in the middle of January. The candy is good the people are nice but the selection very disappointing.

It’s like you get to step back in time or to another world when you step out of a busy parking lot and into this store. The people that work there are so nice. Kristie Mendum: The chocolate is delicious. Mrs Nelson's Candy House is often well staffed, so even when it's busy you are helped very quickly. The people who work there are sweeter than candy. They are truly delightful. I go because I think the chocolate is excellent and the exceptional service is the cherry on top. In addition to chocolate they also have many candy options like licorice, gummies and conversation hearts at Valentine's Day.

Jenn Lepore: I went the Mimi’s Chocolates to try out a new place for my mother in laws birthday. We walked in and you could tell they have been in business a long time. Products on shelves to the ceiling, very small location, lots of choices and has all different candy and chocolates. We chose our selection just a couple small things we were a bit overwhelmed. They offer birthday parties for kids but it is so small I don’t know how they do these parties.We were excited to try out chocolates but another customer came in as we were waiting for the lady to get the one candy my MIL requested. She ended up with small talk with the client and then taking a full order. She never asked us to wait, not apologized for interrupting our small order to take a larger one. We waited over 20 minutes for her to have small talk and then complete his order before she got the one piece my MIL requested at least 5 minutes before the gentleman came in.Customer services was poor I felt as if we were bothering her being there. Expressed it was our first time and was my MIL birthday she could care less. We were not impressed by the chocolates we did get nothing special and we will not return.
Laura Barnes: The best things come in little brown bags. I spent way to much money today, but it was worth it. Ate one of the truffles as soon as I got back to my hotel. YUM!!She also has bulk Jelly Belly jellybeans.The owner was very nice to this out of towner, will go back if I run out of candy before my job sends me somewhere else. Thank you Mimi.
Aria Erickson: I went for the first time today, and oh my gosh, when you walk in it smells just heavenly. The store is super cute and totally gives off the vibes I expected when I moved to Andover - small and cozy and sweet. If you think it's a bit expensive, I would definitely say that the price is worth it. As I'm writing this, I'm nibbling on what I bought. Valentine's Day is coming up - just fyi, if someone got me this treat, I'd literally ❤️them forever :)
