Matt Daniell: I do not recommend this place for aftermarket installations. Disclaimer he said on the phone that he doesn't normally work on aftermarket stuff (I bought at Crutchfields high end Kickers) but gave me a price estimate that was very good and wanted to do it so I brought it in. A week after the initial work install the front right speaker was rattling. I went to another place to finish since I was charged an extra $100 for labor that didn't make sense to me (so much for the low price quote). After they finished the job they handed me a black putty substance and said the rattling speaker was being held in place with this and ONE screw (there should be four). I think this young man (the son in the father son duo) is engaging and if you want to just come in and have him install his stuff (good quality) then you'll probably be fine. I liked him a lot but I lost a lot of money and time here, and cannot recommend this is you have aftermarket equipment.

jim mcinnes: I met Joe and John a month ag when I needed help fixing a failed attempt to install stereo. They fixed my damage and the install was great. They just installed new Viper 2 way remote starter they did extra work adding pins so the doors would lock ,install was great all is good,I would not hesitate to recommend security sound they are pro's and everyone there is customer friendly.

Pricey but understandable as the car is expensive/complex. Used existing BMW remote to program (1 remote has to be installed in car) and has internet capable app (quite a lot of info - windows/trunk/door/sunroof open). Remote trunk release and Auxiliary functions to program. Great people!

Nicolas Leuci: On an absolute whim called this morning to see if they had any availability to install a remote start today or tomorrow, and by sheer luck Scott informed me they had a cancelation and they had a spot open on the day. I graciously hopped on the opportunity and told him I'd drop my truck off shortly. Scott was very nice and professional on the phone. When I arrived I met Jim who was super friendly and echoed Scott's professionalism compounding my first impression creating a lasting one. Within a few hours I was informed the job was done and my truck was all set. When I arrived to pick up I was pleasant greeted my Jim again. We settled the bill, which was priced extremely fair and very competitively, and Jim took the time to explain the workings of the starter to me as a person and with incredible respect, it was not explained condescendingly as I have unfortunately experienced at other local shops of similar focus. Install was phenomenal, super fast, and super clean. Not a chance you could tell anyone had been working on my truck. These guys are absolute Rockstars and created another very happy and loyal customer here. I will be going back for all my needs that fall under their scope. Absolute 10/10 experience.
