But Chea worked absolute miracles and the carpet is astonishingly pristine -- this is a heavy Berber carpet that seems to really hold on to stains, too! It was a really difficult job, very well done. Hilary Ippolito: Highly recommend. Great to work with and excellent quality work. Fred was patient and flexible on the phone, never seeming rushed to hang up or book the order. Keith came out to the house to do the job; he was clear, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. Called to communicate his ETA, and arrived promptly. We have really messed up tile floors from a botched install - unevenly laid and deeply saturated with grime - but Keith still managed to get them looking sparkling clean. Better than they looked when initially installed, actually. He obviously put extra love and energy in, and really knows what he’s doing. He knew exactly what was wrong with the floors before I explained, and was clear about what could been addressed with a deep clean and what couldn’t (ie: grout smears), and delivered beyond expectations. We’ve had the floors cleaned professionally before, but they didn’t look as amazing as they did after Keith was done. Five stars!

Meredythe Fisk: Where idea of deep cleaning is to wipe the cabinets only as high as they can reach and the same with the windows. I was told they would clean the blinds come in the refrigerator and I in the one that clean the stove but of course they are trying to take credit for that but I have proof. Was told they had allotted from 7 AM to 11 AM for my cleaning yet they left at 9:15 AM stating they were done. They were available - I was a little nervous hiring a new company, especially while not being in the area, but WOW!!! The quality of the plow awesome AND they shoveled both walkways. Then to top it off, the chairs we had in the room had wooden legs with metal casters on them that caused a bleed and some rust on the carpet. Ashley Bracken: This team really knows what they’re doing and cares! We had a nightmare paint job done on our house that resulted in paint droplets and bigger stains all over our carpet, and they worked their magic and now the carpets look amazing! We had big paint spills in the living room that they informed us may be difficult to get out, but they were still able to without any trace leftover! They are very knowledgeable about the whole carpeting process, identifying things we never would have noticed (ex. How the carpet had originally been installed). They were also very considerate of our time and money: we asked them about doing paint removal on tile, and they confirmed that they can do it, but advised us that it is an easy process we could take care of ourselves if we wanted to save some money.
