Suzanne Page: This company is awesome. I had movers come to my home on 12/9 which was a very warm 50 degree rainy day and on top of that, two feet of snow from the previous week was melting. Despite dropping sheets down to protect my floors, mud and dirt were tracked throughout the house. I was closing on my home sale the next day at 2 with a walkthrough at 1. Seeing the bad problem, I called Oxi Clean about 3 pm on 12/9. Not only did they sympathize with my problem and squeeze me in, they scheduled the cleaning for 7:30 am so the carpets would be nearly dry for the walkthrough. The young man (I am sorry I forgot his name) was very incredibly kind, helpful and explained in detail what would be done. He pre-treated very dirty beige wall to wall carpeting including 3 bedrooms, hallway and hall stairs in addition to a downstairs den. The entire cleaning took 90 minutes and the carpets looked brand new! I couldn’t believe it! The estimate I was given was completely accurate coming in under $150. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with this work and GREAT service. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I have shared their info with friends and family and will continue to use them. Thank you for helping me out with little notice!!! Incredible work!!

The Service gentleman "Sergio" texted to tell me the time was going to be little later. Which was great because I could get some errands done before hand.Sergio did call to verify i received the text and inform me of the arrival time.When he arrived he evaluated all the carpets and listened to my concerns. He addressed all my concerns and informed me of the products which would be used on the carpets were people and pet friendly.When he was completed, he asked if I was satisfied. I did show him one area that a little stain remained and he was happy to re apply the stain remover and remove it. Sergio was very pleasant and professional.The carpets look amazing. I would definitely use this service again.

We have really messed up tile floors from a botched install - unevenly laid and deeply saturated with grime - but Keith still managed to get them looking sparkling clean. Better than they looked when initially installed, actually. He obviously put extra love and energy in, and really knows what he’s doing. He knew exactly what was wrong with the floors before I explained, and was clear about what could been addressed with a deep clean and what couldn’t (ie: grout smears), and delivered beyond expectations.
