April Anderson: I used to love this place, but the last several times of going here, it's been nothing but aggravation. Foods wrong, stuffs missing, drinks are wrong, manager gave us meal card things that were supposed to make up for the mistakes they've made, but yet somehow I end up paying more in the end than I would have paid without the stupid card... smh. I don't think I'll be going back. It was fun chick-fil-a... but it wasn't real fun. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

We've been coming for years and took for granted that all Chick-fil-A's had service this friendly and efficient, food so well prepared, and a smile and a treat ready for our dogs. Well this past Jan we took a road trip down to Florida and hit Chick-fil-A locations along the East coast, and we realized that the Woburn location is truly a cut above. This location should be a model to other Chick-fil-A locations. Kudos to Mike and his team.

Otonye Braide: I really like this chik fil A because they seem to have mastered drive through service better than most chain fast food joints. I tried the grilled chicken nuggets for the first time ever...glad to have that option but the chicken felt old. That was my one issue with it. Other than that, i like being able to compile a meal for myself with healthy and small portion options

April Anderson: Let's put it this way.... my family and I won't be going back...The last several times we've gone (against better judgment) have been nothing but aggravating and the cause of regret lolFoods wrong, drinks are wrong, stuffs missing, and they never gave my debit card back... the managers way of "fixing it" was to give me some cards for "free food" but when we went to use them they had expired the day after he gave them to us, and then our food ended up costing more than it would have, had I not used those stupid cards... what a joke. I'm over it. I highly recommend you just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. There's nothing but kids that work here, and they're too busy with their own pointless, mind numbing, conversations to actually pay attention to what you're even ordering. No thanks. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Justen Fazekas: Worst Chick Fil A I've been to. Rude staff. Milkshake was leaking everywhere with the outside of the cup covered in milkshake and a lid that doesn't stay on. We ordered 8 ct nuggets, a chick Fila meal and 2 nuggets kids meals and asked for Chick fil a sauce for all 4 meals. They gave us 4 sauces total so I asked for more. The guy gave me attitude then went to the window and came back with 1 additional sauce. I just accepted it to not create an issue in line. Apparently my $50 order didn't justify more than 5 total sauces. Fries were cold.

He then advised us to try the Chic Fil A Sauce and also sold me on upgrading my sandwich to a meal. So that i may have the Chic Fil A experience. I ordered the Chic Fil A Deluxe meal with a Coca-Cola. Ryan ordered the 12ct. Grill nuggets and I must say i would have no problem feeding that to my child. Ryan then saw my sandwich and said oh i should have gotten one of those. I gave him a bite and he loved it. So he went and got a Chic Fil A not deluxe. I took my First Bite and OMG!!! Juicy, fresh bun and guilt free deliciousness. The waffle fries are bomb. They were worth the wait.Kid-friendliness: High chairs, spaces booths and a play area.Parking: Plenty of parking both standard and handicapped.Wheelchair accessibility: Its right by the door and their are several spots.
