April Pelletier: The parking spaces were a bit tight to maneuver, especially when trying to leave and there is a line wrapped around the building for the drive through. It is in a great location. The food was really hot and came out pretty quickly. I have to say this McDonalds has improved over the years. The inside looks really nice and is keeping up with the times.

M: I don't usually review McDonald's locations, but this one is exceptional, so I feel compelled to do so. I stop here frequently when I'm in the area. The drive-thru is always fast, efficient, accurate, and friendly. Two-lanes that can handle a crowd. Easy access off and on Interstate 495. Easy access (with a lighted intersection) from busy Rogers Street. Highly recommended.
Chris: Always a terrible experience here. The drive through can never get all of the food right. I am constantly missing items I ordered. I am going to avoid this location in the future. The cost is constantly going up while the quality of food and service goes down.

Ryana Ruest: I visited the drive through today at dinner time, there many people in line and waiting. I got to the first window and then suddenly my new car DIED! It wouldn’t turn back on, all different malfunction lights came on and I was panicking. I felt so bad there was a huge line behind me. The manager told me he would be right out to help, and he came outside in the rain with two other employees to help push my car to a safe area. Ryan, the manager and his team went above and beyond to help me and I am truly appreciative.

COM! the way he took the order on the speaker was smooth and even toned..repeated the order to. And at the window he was the most kind person I ever met at drive thru! He could have probably worked 20 hours and will still keep that same cool vibe! SOMEBODY MAKE HIM MANAGER! This is exactly who I would like to run my buisness!! Thank you E! Even my daughter said you were nice! Oh and the way he offered water bottle instead of a fountain drink with my meal because I didn't want a fountain drink.. you def deserve your own franchise one day in any industry!

Basement Dweller: Its 9Pm and Im hungry, so I want something to eat and quick right, so i go to Mcdonalds and get 2 Cheeseburgers. Now at first I thought it was gonna be fast and easy but as I get to the second window I see only Teenage workers. Now normally I am ok with this as long as my food is good aswell as service, but the girl at the window took a long time to get my food out to me, about like 15 minutes, and while I was waiting she was eating a vanilla ice cream cone in front of the window in clear sight. She was not being professional whatsoever and had to finish her ice cream before giving me my food. Now while this is all happening about 5 cars piled up behind me, and I have to think that these shenanigans continued. Moral of the story, have a good boss who makes sure their teenage employees do their jobs and do them professionally.

Amanda Meier-Brabant: I understand this place is short staffed and the employees work harder than ever so this review isn't about them so much as it is about the franchisee owner. Over the summer the ac had broken down on them and went the whole season without it being fixed and we had a very hot and very humid summer and these poor people were forced to work in conditions that were truly stuff of nightmares being over a open hot griddle and hit fryer I can't even image the agony and to top it off they were constantly being yelled at and treated like garbage because the shake machine (ice cream too) was broken almost all summer long too boot. So with that being said some of our food was cold or sloppy and the drive thru line was ridiculously long but that was again to the under staffed and over worked. Everyone I have come in contact with has been very pleasant and helpful so thank you guys. Again the franchisee owner should be ashamed of themselves and should have been forced to work in the conditions they put their employees in. There were 15 of them blocking the whole counter and I couldn’t grab my drinks because of them all standing blocking the counter by the time I got to the counter again the high schoolers had taken my drinks so because of them ordering I had to wait 15 minutes more for my drinks I live exactly 7 minutes from this McDonald’s I opened the bag my fries were soggy and ice cold , my quarter pounder was dry and looked like it was old to me it wasn’t juicy at all but it looked more like a hockey puck than a fresh McDonald’s quarter pounder usually looks . I spent $58 and the food was horrible . Everything was cold and looked unappealing to say the least. Never again will I ever venture out to this McDonald’s again ….poor service and cold food makes for a very unsatisfactory experience . I’m very disappointed ☹️

Dfebz 2: Horrible night staff and unprofessional as wellAfter football practice I took my son to get a quick dinner and as soon as we got our food he started to eat only to realize the fries are old cold and soggy the chicken nuggets are old and I could tell it has been sitting in the warmer for over the time limit allotted by the machine itself not only that while the lady whom had a red shirt so I’m guessing is a assistant manager was on the phone talking to a friend while taking my order (I know it was a friend (I can understand Spanish) she was complaining too) then she walks away to talk on the phone only to come back with cold and old food and no drink so I had to go grab my own cup……Let’s just say it’s not hard to keep fresh food the fry dispenser puts the fries in the basket all you do is drop it in the oil press a button take it out then salt a 5 min process including cook time same with nuggets the freezer that has them are right next to the oil it goes into again that’s about 7-8 min topsI do know if Kathy was working I would of had hot fresh fries and food for she is amazing at keeping up with the quality control unlike the night crew on 7-25-22

This McDonald's tries to keep lines shorter by saying the drinks are not available. Other McDonald's actually sell the things on their menu. If you place an order and an item is unavailable, simple cancel your order. Don't accept substitutes. That's the only way they will change. Other places are available close by. We aren't forced in to this poorly managed location.
