Wings Over Lowell: what do users think?
Brett Gates: Got the Golden BBQ and Garlic Parm Tenders meal. 10/10 worth every penny. Employees were very nice to my friends and I.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Lilcuzz Rothwell: This restaurant is PHENOMENAL. They did my families order precisely and quickly, they were all very friendly and HOMELY, they literally handed my wife wet wipes and were SO NICE. The kitchen was SPOTLESS and so was the dining area, ALL VERY CLEAN AND WELL PUT TOGETHER. The food left us so STUFFED AND COVERED IN SAUCE, we had leftovers and it was a MORE than REASONABLE PRICE, the whole restaurant smelled DELECTABLE. EVERYTHING was FRESH, done to order, and 10 stars out of 5. The sauce was AMAZING, and the wings were definitely MAGAZINE worthy. The food came so FAST. We WILL be returning for more CRISPY wings. A lot of CRISPY wings. Thank you WINGS OVER LOWELL!
zuleyka santos: After reading the reviews i decided to form my own opinion. But i was disappointed to say the least. Definitely overrated and overpriced. Paid $18 for 4 tenders and waffle fries. I ordered my food to eat in and 2 minutes after ordering my food was done. Chicken was cold, fries were kinda hard like they had been sitting for a bit. Would I try again? Not likely.
Craig Downing: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Bob Musto: I went to college at Westfield State University from 2001-2005. One of the things my friends and I used to do in a relatively regular basis is venture to UMass Amherst and go to The Hangar. We loved going there and to this day, it's the best place IMO to get boneless chicken tenders. After I graduated, much to my delight, there was some decent expansion and places started popping up closer to me under the title "wings over (insert city) but the food and the menu was the same. The Lowell location is the closest to me so it's the one I frequent when I'm craving those wings. It always hit the spot and Even as recently as this past may, when I had it delivered to my place of work, it was just as good as I remembered.Today I came in, and saw that they changed the menu from the traditional item names such as DC-3, DC-10, etc, to just 2 tenders, 4 tenders, etc.I wanted to order the 8 tender meal and asked her which previously named menu item it was equivalent too and she had no clue what I was talking about.I ordered garlic parm (which is one of my top 5 go to flavors) and golden BBQ (another top 5) and I could tell instantly by my first bite of each that the recipe is has changed and was not the same as it used to be. For an even better reference point, I was at the south Hadley location about a month ago and the flavor profile was different today (for the worse) than at south Hadley.I can't be certain but based on the employee's uncertainty of how the 8 tender meal compared to the previously named menu and the change in flavor, I'm of the belief that ownership has changed. Unfortunately, that is not something I particularly feel is a good thing.I will say that the food was good, but not what i remembered. Still a good place to go if you want good boneless chicken but not for me anymore as it seems as though wings over is now a different entity than the hangar locations.
Luke: Food: 1/5More
Moon Kimoyayinko: Sometimes they Have good days when my chicken would taste good and cooked right and then some days I would barley get any sauce with my chicken half frozen. Inconsistent, but I’m rating the good days.
Alice Climent: Pay your worker the bonus you promised them or your customers are going to boycott your restaurant!!!!!!
Crystal Kirkirt: Ordered online and food was ready when we arrived. Always amazing taste and portions are perfect. Love Wings Over Lowell!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Kyle.E Jaime: BEST CHICKEN IN MASSACHUSSETS
jillian leigh: I think I picked up my food from the manager.... she was extremely friendly and even asked me how my food was while I was eating. She mentioned how she added more chicken because they pieces were small.. great customer service. Great food.
Josh McNamara: Uber eats messed up our order but Mason and the GM Courtney rectified everything immediately..can't thank them enough for being courteous, kind, and awesome...I would definitely recommend them and will be back!
Christina La: I almost always order online and the order is fulfilled correctly, including special instructions. The employees have been nice. The dining room is a little dingy.I've gotten delivery thru Uber Eats a few times and had no issues. It sometimes take a while but it is Lowell and traffic sucks no matter what.
Ayah fit: The bread for the burger old with baaad and derty place
Elishia Baez: Wings are okay sometimes a little overcooked best to have it delivered because the parking is terrible!
Jonathan Falzarano: I just want to say it's not like I thought it would be like it was when I first was there in first tried the restaurant at the end of the day their chicken tenders were okay and their fries will stale they weren't even hot they feel like they've been sitting around for a while I'm so disappointed I will not come back to this place I'd never felt so unsatisfied paying $45 I really feel like I wasted my money and didn't get my money's worth I'll never come back it's just how I feel I never had this problem with any other place I've been to Either... I'll definitely be spending less money eating something a lot more worth eating God bless anybody that goes here... They got got me for 8 dollars an 50 cents extra an thankfully I called an got my money back next time I go I got 2 free meals only time will tell about next time I try I'm already kinda ify but willing to give a chance....
Micheal Brown: Gave this place a try again and it still sucks. I see it’s under new management maybe to make it better but in my opinion it made it worse. Need to bring back the old management food was fully cooked and they gave decent portions. Now the food is under cooked fries are cold bathroom is nasty tables dirty floors look like it haven’t been mop in months. I’m surprised this location is still open. The people that works there smell like weed and look like they high all the time. Wings over lowell won’t be getting no more of my money!
Timothy Jenkins: We enjoy the food here every time, especially the loaded garlic and parm. tots! It might seem a tad expensive, but it's good and filling. nice people
Doug Taylor: Excellent Chicken Tenders! Loved it.
Rudy Umana: Worst worst ever ever needs to be shut down , gave me food poisoning never ever again
Isaiah Rogers: Gone to this location for many years, but apparently is under new management and in my opinion this place is currently overpriced, food quality has dropped and high value and popularity items are no longer on menu, hate to do this man but, nah...

bb.q Chicken Lowell: what do users think?
Lina Tong: The food there is good in general but one time I ate the Gangnam style chicken and had food poisoning for 3 days straight. One of the waitresses who served me ask for tip so I gave her $9 and asked me for $3 more. She had a rude anttitude and gave my friends and I dirty looks and we felt trapped.
Shan Guo: chicken and dumplings here are so good
Imalioness: I contacted the restaurant 10 min after ETA on my order. I was advised that a driver had already picked up my order but they had no way of tracking them. They asked me to contact grubhub. Grubhub could not help because I had placed my order through the restaurant website, they advised me to contact the restaurant again. Restaurant said they could remake my order for pick up or refund. We were hungry so I asked them to remake. At pick up, two men approached me stating that they knew the driver that had picked up my order and did not think he could steal food from a customer. I told them that all I knew was that the order never made it to my apartment door and I never got notification of delivery. I even showed them my emails and messages. They proceeded to ask me several questions about the possibility of the food being dropped off in a different location like a common area- it was possible, but definitely not my responsibility to guess when and where my order could have been delivered. Again, I said all I know is that the food did not make it to me. Let me add that I had placed a note in the comments asking for delivery to the apartment door.I got the food but no refund on the delivery and pick up difference. Apparently they have to report to corporate before giving any refunds. Instead of showing some kindness and empathy to a customer, this is the treatment I got. Thank you for showing me your true colors on the first order so I can avoid returning. Please work on your online ordering process for future customersI can't even give an unbiased review on the food because of the above mentioned incident. I did not enjoy the few bites I had.
Marineth Phan: Chicken is good, but the coleslaw is bad. It got smell
Millie Thach: We got the chicken wing and got chicken sandwich but it was pink in side I didn’t feel good after eating there
Rafael Cruz: I went in with high hopes had a long morning at work and went in looked pretty, was very disappointed the chicken was pink and not cooked on both me and my coworkers orders and when i asked for bbq sauce they said they didn’t have anything so i asked for the next best something mild also no only spicy
Nicole Lynne: we’ve ordered here several times now and every time our order is delivered fresh, accurate, and quickly. it’s always sooo good!!
Brendan Donoghue: I unfortunately can not recommend this place. To summarize the following- some stuff was cold, there was a musty funk over all the fried stuff that might be bad oil, and the food appeared raw even though it was cooked.more detail--I was not impressed with the flavors of the different chicken that my friend and I ordered. They did have minor differences in flavor but there was a musty undertone to everything, including the fries. I think it was something to do with the oil, but it permeated and overpowered the sauces that were on the different types of boneless wings. Some of our cheese sticks were also still frozen in the middle. The attached image is of my sandwich with the golden original chicken. It's mostly just chicken and bread, and does come with slaw that may have been intended to put on it. It ends up being very dry, but not overly bad. I didn't finish, however, due to the coloration of the chicken and the musty taste.Despite how it may look, it is cooked. I had to do some research on what was going on. It's known as Pinking. The USDA did a study on it back in 2003 (Red Discoloration of Fully Cooked Chicken Products by D. P. Smith1 and J. K. Northcutt) and it notes that in some cases fully cooked chicken can appear red. The predominant factor in the discoloration is how the bird was handled (ill spare the details on that here if your hungry for chicken), how it was slaughtered, how it was preserved, and ultimately cooked. A bunch of factors go into it, but it's not very common to see. They quote it as about 11.2% of products on the market would be bad enough to display as if they were raw, and generate customer complaints. It is the first time I have ever seen it.From what I can tell from other reviews, this is a common occurrence here. Much more common than it should be. As long as the chicken is getting to 165 internal temp it's all good, but like I'm not going to chance it.This could also be displaying pinking if it were cooked sous vide at first, but then fried after for the outer crunch. The previous restaurant that was here used to cook sous vide burgers, and most of the interior furnishings are the same so its not out of the question that the equipment is still there. It may ultimately be the supplier of chicken that is to blame, but the restaurant should change how it prepares or stores food to prevent customer complaints. It is only going to hurt their business in the long run. I've already seen three other restaurants come and go at this location. Ill come back to try the next one.
Briar Bear: I’ve been several times since moving back to Lowell. Fair price and absolutely delicious.Quality has been consistent.
Aaliyah Bonilla: The food was good overall, but I gave the lady who served me the right change. And she asked for a tip. Although I wasn’t gonna be rude and not give her a tip. But I gave her 5 dollars and she asked for 3 more dollars. I don’t know but me and my group of friends were confused on why we were asked for more money when I was generous enough to give her a decent tip…
Elishia Baez: Not terrible especially if your someone who enjoys hot spicy foods.
Amy: I’ve tried this place twice; once when it first opened and then again today. This location does not elicit memories of BB. Q Chicken at all. There was no sauce on the boneless chicken and what little of it that clung to the chicken was bland. I was thrilled for a closer location but I will definitely drive further out to Allston to get my fix.
Kyosin Kang: Boneless chicken so tender (recommend gangnam style flavor), and the best/authentic Korean kimchi fried rice and ddeokbuki (rice cakes). What a terrific surprise! I would come back just for the fried rice and rice cakes.
Destiny: The chickens were a little too sweet for my liking. I later ordered takeout for the second try. They tasted better, but the chickens were a little pinkish.Recommended dishes Wings, Chicken Wings …More
Esencia Taller Gastronomico: My third time here and the chicken is delicious they got sweet and sour sauce and if you love spicy these is the place I dare you to try the spicy one. Awesome service and food 👌🏽.Recommended dishes Wings, Sandwich, Chicken Wings, Soy Garlic, Onion Rings, Half & Half Wings …More
Dina Chroek: Wings are okay. I notice most the chicken are under cook and I saw a lot of people complaints about this as well. I ordered honey and secret spice. Literally only ate the outside crust because the inside was red/pink color. I tried it before, but haven't had it for a while so maybe they fix some stuff. Sad to say i’m disappointed again.
Daniel K: It was very nice chicken and tteokppokki! Crispy and the seasoning was perfect!! Definitely wanna go back!
JIM Wen: best chicken in town . 👍
Derek Cronin: $7.95 for 8 onion rings. Called and asked if this was a mistake and he said no, the order is 7 pieces. $1 per onion ring?! Avoid.
Socheata Im: MY CHICKEN WAS RAW AND THE RUDE OWNER WAS LIKE “ i’m just gonna say this once and i don’t know if you’re gonna get it but it’s not raw it’s just pink”. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY BAD AND THE OWNER IS SOOOO RUDEEE. WILL BE MY LAST TIME GOING THERE!!!!
odonta kun: The owner is rude and customer service is so bad. They served raw chicken and refuse to take it back.

Ian Sherriff: An Eliu's pizza never disappoints! The guava and cheese empanada is amazing too 👌
Nick: Was pretty surprised by this place. Had like an hour to kill without the wife and kids, figured I'd grab something to eat. I've tried most places in Lowell and decided to try here when I saw it. My favorite thing about the place was that you don't need to speak Spanish to order, which a lot of authentic places like this can be difficult. Prices were very fair, and the quality of the food was very good. You can tell they use real ingredients at the least. Only tried the empanadas but they were some of the best I've ever had at a fraction of the price.Changed to 5 stars. Going back a second time with my wife, the food was great again and service was great.

Miss Dottie: Oh my goodness! My son took me to try this wonderful food! I have never tasted Empanadas, Tostones or their Crazy Fries. I have a new appreciation for the eclectic flavors found in this food! I was also introduced to the guava/cheese Empanada for dessert. It had powdered sugar sprinkled on it and man, it was sweet and savory! The owner is so talented in his food service, truly loves his work and equally takes pleasure in knowing how his clients enjoy his food! The staff was helpful and friendly! You must give this eatery a visit! You won't be sorry!
Nick Apostolides: I took my mother here...we've been to dozens of sub/pizza shops but never one with a Puerto Rican fusion. Between the Tostones, the Empanadas (especially the guava & cheese and pastelon ones!!), the *Crazy Fries.....we are SOLD. Really nice staff, Eliu is awesome and the prices are good. Definitely worth it if you're in the area. Such an interesting combo of flavors. We can't wait to go back. OH....and Eliu's special sauce......(chef's kiss)

It's Just Wings: what do users think?
James Anderson: If you want raw uncooked chicken wings, this is the place to order from. Absolutely disgusting
Alexander Sanchez: It's just Chilli's making up this other name and trying to make it seem like they came to a deal with some other restaurants toshare they're kitchen yet it's all owned by brinker
William Schaefer: Great wings and great prices. This is Chili's other entity for the uninitiated.🤪
Jessica Melo: Staff was awfully rude and service was forever and manager did nothing abt it
Mithun Saha: Horrible wing, barely any sauce in it.
Keven Duong (KDuo): Going against the grain on some of these reviews. The wings were crispy and fresh. Probably the best lemon pepper wings I've had. The portions were good for the value.
Ivory LeBlanc: Can only order online so a $33 order will cost me $50 so I didn't order
Emily Soeng: It's literally just Chili's calling themselves Just Wings on doordash. It's a scam. Beware.
Meag Laurin: Ordered for the first time tonight…. Via doordash at quarter to 10 PM….. I was indeed that a**hole tonight. Man, doesn’t Lowell always pull through for me though. First of all — 11 for $11 boneless wings. Thank you. I won’t elaborate, just thank you.The combo was a heaping portion of fries too I still have enough for lunch tomorrow. Honey Chipotle, incredible, Gordon Ramsay would tell you it puts the franchise restaurants to shame. Don’t normally review on Google but had to say thank you
Jayden Ogbeide: oh man just horrible! barely even chicken fr. Im going to out u guys outta buisness once and for all!!!
Aaron Kitchen: Wings are always ok but idk what’s going on the the fries every time , old and over cooked I don’t get it it’s every time I order
trina tran: Used to be my favorite place to order from, but not recently. At first they offered a great deal through the doordash app and that's why I tried it and I fell in love with the sauce and the amount of fries. Now the fires are hard and burnt, the chicken is also hard and overcooked and there is barely sauce covering the chicken than before. Such a disappointment.
Ana Gomes: My favorite place to eat ..
Jason Bristol: The buffalo sauce is not even remotely spicy and insufficiently coated. The curly fries have zero kick to them. The blue cheese dipping sauce is watery, completely chunkless, and very vinegary. The smoked wings were tender fall off the bones but under sauced with bbq sauce.
Danny Hebert: Great placeDine in: Yes …More
Kemper HP: I was nervous getting food here because of the bad comments. I got the 11 pc boneless combo. The food was good, but not great. The pricing is good which I like
Tim Lauzon: You would expect a place that makes just one thing to make it really well. Sadly that's not the case here. I've tried the wings here several times now and like others have noted the wings are not crispy (which I think pretty much everyone wants), but instead the skin is rubbery and looks uncooked (they are fine inside). It wouldn't take much to fix this issue, but based on the fact that many reviews note this problem they must be sticking with a formula that they think works. It doesn't for me. On the upside the staff is super friendly and the food is done in record time!
Micah Korson: Like others have said, this place is tanking it.The wings started off crispy and well sauced in the beginning, now they are rubbery and under-sauced. They managed to crisp up the fries fine, not sure why they can’t cook the chicken properly.Ordered from here at least a dozen times, this was the last and final straw. Won’t be wasting my money here ever again. An absolute shame. This place had a ton of potential.
Jenna C: ordered food and this was on my box? like i’m a little bit grossed out not gonna lie…
Ian Wangui: That was was mad good and safe.

Bobbie Gilmartin: Never had anything that wasn’t delicious here!
David Embrey: Decent, but over priced pizza. The dough was delicious, crispy with that burned on cheese flavor that is so good, the sausage was good.... But the sauce was way too sweet. If you like a sweeter sauce you'll love the pizza at Milan.Kid-friendliness: Saw a bunch of teenagers in the place.
mike ferrara: Ordered a steak tip bowl and got some chunks of rubber and the blandest rice I’ve ever not tasted. No bueno.
Raymond Delisle: They have good pizza. The 2 large cheese pizza and a 2 litter of soda special are a great deal. 👍Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Michael Ewing: Milan Pizza is a fairly small quaint restaurant located on the corner of Douglas and Rogers Street (Rte. 38) Lowell MA. Which has been done over from its original layout, these days here the door is on the right side facing the establishment as opposed to the left from the original design of the restaurant. However aside from that it's not what's really important what is important is their food their food is exceptional they have some of the best tasting Italian food I've ever tried and all this for a small hole in the wall restaurant it's incredible. The other day I had stuffed shells with ricotta cheese mozzarella and sauce. Thier sauce is so good some of the best sauce I've ever had with just the right pinch of sugar to sweeten it out, and no acidity, with chunky tomatoes oh it is so delicious!Their food has made a customer out of me. Another thing in my opinion the atmosphere has significantly improved since changing the entrance from the left to the right side. They have more available seating in my thinking and they added a nice television screen showing pictures from around the world like Italy and Greece with beautiful ocean scenes people enjoying the day diving, boating and sailing, watching this format of the scenes while eating the food made me feel like I was there in those different places around the world. And lastly the service I was 25 minutes away in rush hour traffic I placed my order with Nick over-the-phone and when I walked in the door it was on a tray piping-hot ready to sit down and eat. Best service I ever had. And the price was less than other places for the same amount of food. And unbeknownst to me it was to be served with complimentary garlic bread and side salad with their house dressing right on top. These two added items for free with four stuffed shells all for $11.72 is unheard of in today's inflation. Yeah definitely take away the porcelain plate with real silverware that's never been properly cleaned in most Restaurants with a garnish on the side, I'll take Milan pizzas tin tray with the plastic cover all day long.
Luna: The food is delicious.

I’ve been eating at Milan Pizza for a while now and they truly have great quality on everything (love the pepperoni pizza and the cheese steak). However, they just launched their new burgers…🤯🤯🤯🤯! Try the Chipotle burger and you’ll see what I mean! Kudos Milan Pizza!
tsakos george: Lovely place! Excellent service and delicious food! Don't forget to try the Greek Pizza! You won't regret it!!
Panagiotis Sepsas: Best place in Lowell, delicious meals and service. Ask Chef DiNast for the special “26”
Anonymous A: I have celiac(no gluten/wheat) so I’m always weary of ordering gluten free pizza from a place that is mostly wheat/gluten based food but I took a chances and ordered from here after reading some reviews. It was very good and I didn’t get sick or have a reaction! Didn’t love the sauce but the crust was almost like the real thing so that made up for it. I will definitely order again! Good job guys the celiac community appreciates you!

FORK Included: what do users think?
Farrorza Lim: the food we had there was amazing. i would recommended the Korean chicken and then drunken noodle. the price and the portion was good as well as the service
Rory Curran: Came here to try out a new place in the area. It did not disappoint! It has a chill vibe very different than other restaurants in the area. Great place to relax with friends. I got the Korean chicken, it was delicious and filling. Also got the Thai iced tea which was awesome. Great hospitality and this will definitely be my Go-To spot. Shout out V!
Grace Nealey: Genuinely such a hidden gem of Lowell - the food is increDIBLE and the prices are great. Plus it is a lovely family-owned business, they really care about their customers and it shows!
Sarah Mills: FORK Included is a gem waiting to be discovered; one dish at a time. Over the last couple weeks we've been sampling their entrees as take out. We are always delighted. My biggest challenge is whether to try something new or repeat a favorite dish. They understand food allergies (gluten free) and other special requests (smaller pieces.) The FORK Included Spicy Pad Thai with Crispy Chicken satisfies our family "chili head". My latest take out adventure is the Spicy Salmon Baked Sushi, it's DELICIOUS!If you are in the area, check out FORK Included.
Luis Nieto: Awesome service, awesome food, I would recommend EVERYONE go there. I am Fork'n Serious!!! Great job!!!

Alex Alget: I can't recommend this place enough. It is clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is delicious. Insanely delicious. They also are considerate of food allergies. They made fried rice without egg for me and let me know which of their (home-made!!) sauces has pineapple it it. Their crispy chicken is tender and crunchy, the egg rolls are perfectly cooked, and all their flavors are amazing.
Ginger Khoyi: Tried this out for the first time a few days ago and I can't stop thinking about it. Their curry is to die for. I got the katsu curry and my friend let me try her coconut chicken curry. Both were delicious. The katsu chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy. The coconut chicken was soft, tender and evenly seasoned. They also have special egg rolls that are affordable, flavorful and worth trying every single one.We will definitely be back. We need to try their other meals, especially since even in the microwave, reheating the curry was easy and the chicken was still tender and delicious. They also have an affordable meal plan that is entirely worth looking into for great customizable meals you won't find anywhere else.Parking: Very residential area so parking is sparse but this hole in the wall is worth cruising for a spot.
