Food Princess: This place is so nasty. The only reason I feel like it is still around is because of mercy meals always being held here. Last one I went to there they couldn't even figure out the table situation and the buffet food was awful. We all kept our coats on because apparently during the day they are too cheap to turn the heat up. Go to any Italian restaurant BUT here...if you can even call it that.

Debbie Foss: Hadn't been in a few years. I will say in past food has been decent. However giving people who order take out junk is unacceptable. Ordered nachos to go, it had fried chicken tender pieces as the chicken. The nachos were so burnt that I had to literally pry the chicken pieces off the chips since I didn't want hard burnt pieces. The cheese cracked wasn't soft or gooey at all due to the overcooking. Very disappointing. Whether a person is dining in or taking home they should be given the same quality.

She knew the menu well and offered suggestions when needed. A perfect evening.Kid-friendliness: Tanya, our waitress was very attentive toward our 5 year old who was with us. She spoke directly to him and honored his voice while still listening to parental choices, if needed.

Michael Ewing: I had been looking for stuffed shells, for a few days calling different restaurants. Finally I called the Roma Italian restaurant in Haverhill Massachusetts. Their stuffed shells were great, then I had the "Tour of Italy" meal. Needless to say it was fantastic, it was so delicious I totally forgot to take the grated Parmesan cheese from the little jar on my table and sprinkle more cheese on the food like most people do because it's free cheese. The thing I really liked to about it was, it was not a heavy amount of salt, it was just the right small amount.I actually could have even seasoned it with a little bit more but I did not because I really gotta watch my salt intake, the "Tour of Italy" came with a Roma meatball, a mild sausage, eggplant and veal parmesan and just the right small portion of pasta. I chose the ziti. You have a choice of angel hair, linguine, spaghetti or zitiI had the luncheon stuffed shells which are only 3 to the plate, but they're very big with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Also they have nice freshly made Italian Scali bread for the meal, as much as you want they gave me two helpings.Scali bread is an Italian-American style of bread made predominantly in the Boston, Massachusetts area. It is a braided loaf that is covered in sesame seeds. It was originally made by the Scali family of Boston, and is now a regional specialty.This place also has function rooms my brother some 30 years or so ago, had his wedding reception on the second floor of the Roma Italian restaurant. Their rooms of function can accommodate anywhere from small parties of people or up to as much as 120.I was very impressed today with their food and I will be going back soon and become a regular customer.Mangia mangia!

Amanda Murphy-Cail: I ordered a pizza. It was the most hideous looking tooth breaking pizza I have ever seen in my life. Dough was clearly old. Paper thin, flour visible on edges, crust burnt, broccolli topping burnt. The whole thing was burnt and crunchy. I forced one tiny slice down and was sick all night. My boyfriend got veal parm. He liked it but the sauce had him up all night with heartburn. There were a couple fruit flies aggravating us the entire time. I will never waste time and money here again. Totally disgusting. One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. For the people who rave about this place, be warned, it has changed. They also charge you more if you don’t pay in cash!!!!

Julie Credit: Hello, I am writing due to our family christmas party, We as a family enjoyed our family time but the service, quality,cleanliness, and amount of food for 25 adults was unacceptable. The food amount for 30.00 per person was very scarce, we were kindly served but the portions were not even enough, sadly all left hungry. The ceiling tiles are unattached and the bathroom had no sink. We had to use the handicap bathroom to was our hands after using the restroom, but had to wait for it to be opened. Very dissapointed, We have gone to the Roma for many years in the past, sadly now to see how it is ran. We have a handicap mother in a wheel chair, very inconvient while using it and people waiting to wash their hands, stressful and unsanitized especially for a restaurant. We had the room till 9pm, we were out by 6:45, very disapointing. I had to post 1 star but definately in the negatives.

Francis Ekidor: Tremonte Pizza serves some of the best pizza in the area. The downtown Lowell location is ideal for gathering with family or friends for all occasions. The bar area is always welcoming and crowds gather to watch local sports on the televisions. There is outside dining on a fairly quiet street that affords great people watching.
