Nelson Rodriguez: Food is pretty good, ambiance is great (in an old private gentleman’s club), service is ok. We had the choice to sit in either the noisy section or the quiet section. The place wasn’t packed on a Thursday night. We liked the quiet area, though at times it was a bit too quiet. Charming place to eat, good for date night (though I was just there with an old friend).

Justin Isaacson: I have Celiacs. Their menu has a good amount of gluten free options it’s the only reason we came here, and then we got there and found out about 90% of the menu that says gf is in fact not gf. The small options of food I was able to eat was okay, but they dropped my side of mash potatoes on the floor so my only option was a salad at that point. Food took like an hour minimum and the whole restaurant had maybe 15 people in it. They do make a solid Moscow mule though.

Luke Dwyer: Honestly, kind of mid. The food was serviceable , I did not overly enjoy my server and the food was something that I could have made myself but it did fill me right up. To the places credit , its in North Andover so there's only so much that you can do. Would I recommend this place? Honestly I'm not sure but I would not say to not go here because while it is mid, it's very serviceable. I would compare it to the Kirk Cousins of restaurants.

Stephanie Owensby: Got the poutine and the reuben and fries, and while the pouting isn't exactly authentic it is still 100% worth the money, it was delicious. As for the reuben, it was equally delicious, I'm a corned beef fean and personally would've preferred extra corned beef (pleaseee make this an option on uber eats)but that's not on you guys, ik you gotta stick to the portion sizes. All in all it was delicious, arrived still hot and the fries weren't even soggy, can't wait to order again.
Jenna: It's not what it used to be. The menu is much smaller and despite a less crowded night staff seemed impatient and rushed. Likely understaffed. The food was tasty but portions felt smaller. Everything was an add on and they don't have bread anymore which seemed strange.Maybe it was just a bad night but I won't be rushing back.
Ellen Mandel-Steiner: The Loft used to offer a lot more. A while back, we used to get homemade potato chips, rolls, and cornbread while we waited for our entrees. Since the pandemic, that's all changed. If you want chips, you have to pay for them as an appetizer or order a burger or sandwich to get them. No more Grey Goose vodka; now it's Titos. The prices have definitely increased, so needless to say, we don't go there as much.

Stephen Dandaneau: The Loft has been there for a long time, the atmosphere is nice, and the food is always worth the drive. Recently had the steak and cheese and I will be definitely be having that again. Good stuff.
