Adel Green: The employees were very nice and the cafe was pretty. The drinks were not so good. We ordered a latte but got a chai instead and a watery one at that. Their early grey is overpowering with bergamot to the point that it was bitter
Marlo Pedroso: $10.25 for a very small BLT. $7 for a small latte with a caramel shot. Tomato soup was lukewarm. Atmosphere is great, but very overpriced.

TARUN REDDY: A quaint cafe in the historic downtown Lowell. This is located on 4th floor of Mill 5. Entrance to the building is a bit tricky and shady.Usual breakfast stuff and loved the coffee. Friendly reception and service. There is also a bar here. The interiors of this building is ancient and interesting.
Joe Welsh: Coffee and Cotton will draw you in with its visual appeal and their service will delight you. I had my travel mug with me and they allowed me to have it filled versus creating waste. They're accommodating. My girlfriend ordered a hot black tea and they fill it with loose leaf on site. The muffin we ordered was pistachio white chocolate and while the flavor was good, it was dry. The coffee is beyond my pallet I think. Aside from these two things, it's otherwise a five star joint and neither thing will keep us from coming back to try again.

siddanth rai: It’s a cute little place. They do server amazing coffee and breakfast wraps. During summers they also have outdoor seating. If you are working from home and would like to have some change in ambience, then this is the place. There are similar cafes in and around the lowell downtown area. They only have a street parking, it could get hard to find a spot over the weekend. There is a garage which could be used, they charge around $1-1.5/hr.
Altamas Kadawala: Great local coffee shop with excellent coffees and service. We enjoy coming here for quick coffee and relaxRecommended dishes Iced Latte …More
Chels: Usually very delicious sandwiches, coffee and cookies. I hate to say anything negative about a small business but this was my favorite cafe in the area for years and the overall experience over the past few months has been BAD. I am hoping they will see this review and make some changes. The typically delicious sandwiches are now lacking in quality and freshness. The sandwich bread and toppings have not been fresh. The meat seems like a lesser quality than it was before and they don’t put as much on. The cookies are stale. The young staff is generally rude for no reason. And if for any reason you are unhappy with your coffee that tastes like hmmm idk maybe the milk went bad?… well they will make you feel pretty uncomfortable before offering to make it again.Very sad because I love this place. Hopefully it is just temporary. I’ll try again soon and hope to update this review!
Ben: Dirty cafe & staff made a “mocha” with filter coffee instead of pulling a shot of espresso….
Texas Mike: Really enjoyed the coffee! Huge sandwiches! Great vibes!... nice chill spot in Lowell.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Old Major …More
Cassie Carvalho: cute inside. will come here for my breakfast/lunch coffee and some food. sandwiches are a good size! only problem i have is the wasps when it's warm out. other than the wasp fear, a good place! also love the commissioned art in the bathroom; so cool!
Jenny Novoa: I am very unimpressed by the young girls who staff this place. I thanked 1 girl like 5 times for wiping down a table for me when i asked, before getting the impression that she was just ignoring me. The only person who seemed happy to serve was the guy who came in later who gave me the key to the bathroom. This little spot could use some new staff members and a really thorough clean.
Brandon Woo: Nice local coffeehouse. Atmosphere was quaint. Drinks were excellent, but were served by a bunch of apathetic teenagers. They were obviously very good at their jobs but friendliness was a bit lacking. I mean, I wouldn't want to work at 8am on a Sunday either, but you've got to at least force a smile in customer service.Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Angie M: Drinks are 50/50, half the time someone makes it good. Half the time it’s watery or made wrong….. it is kinda almost worth the price (not really). I love small businesses, but Starbucks never misses for the same cost
Jasmine: I’ve been coming here pretty regularly for about 1.5 years.I’m sad to be giving this review. Food and coffee are fine. It could sometimes be a miss with the coffee. But the customer service has come to a point that has made me feel uncomfortable to come in and should be unacceptable in any customer service based business.Firstly, they got my order wrong (which is okay, it happens). As I was communicating with the barista, a platinum blonde barista pushed 2 hot coffees and it spilled over the countertop. I tried to save it but it was too late. The freshly made hot coffee spilled over my hand and burned. She did not apologize. She didn’t say a word. A kind man came over and offered to help clean up. She didn’t respond to him.The barista I was communicating with made my coffee but it was still wrong (and tasted bad). I kindly asked if she could correct it again, which she did.I said “thanks” and she said “yeah”. A lot happened all at once, so I’m sure they were upset, which I understand. But this did not just affect me and my burned hand (which they didn’t apologize for) - it affected other individuals in the coffee shop.I hope that they take this as constructive criticism - to improve their customer service and not as a jab at their business. I’ve been a long supporter of Brew’d Awakening and introduced my friends to this location. However, after today I am disappointed in their customer service.
Ali Apple: I just love this place :) hands down the best caramel iced latte I’ve ever had- I genuinely look forward to the one from here every week. The food is always amazing too. My partner is obsessed with their waffles and my memere loved the turkey sandwich called old major!!! The French toast bagel is *chefs kiss.* Thank you for all the hard work you guys do- it doesn’t go unappreciated!!! 3

Darlene Dorazio: Always feel a warm hug... everytime😌🎠💝
Tom Sellers: Nice coffee shop. Cash only.
Steiny Gomez: The place has good coffee but it is pricey. Also they are rarely open. I often go and there is a sign on the door that details they will be gone for days at a time. You're better off going to one of the other coffee shops in the area because they are more consistent with their hours.
Cat Pad: My favorite spot for coffee

K O: Love this place. Quaint and quiet little cafe with great drinks and food. The best part are the crew who are just the friendliest and warmest! It was my first time but I was astounded by how the lady at the counter remembers the names of all the other guests - all of whom are regulars. The only downside is the one hour Wi-Fi limit. Perhaps two hours would work well. Will nonetheless be back again if I’m around town.
Spencer Lynch: Friendly folk and great coffee drinks. Cold brew and chocolate croissant were delicious
Michelle Renee: The staff was very friendly and the coffee and muffins were delicious! We will definitely be back.
Oliver: Nice greeting, smily staff.Coffee making/maker a bit slow...Vietnamese café and latte taste good...Mapple doughnut is yummy. We will come back 😉

J Mitchy A.: One of my favorite cafes in town. It's amazing to see the progress they have made and the community support/love they give. Tiramisu latta is my favorite! They get their beans and the pastries local too❣️🔥✨
Haley Sinclair: The most home away from home cafe I’ve found in the area. Unbelievable high quality coffee and flavors, and the staff is so kind and personable. Inside you can find shelves filled with books ontop of books, plants, inspirational words, yummy offerings and a cozy set up. This cafe supports many humanitarian efforts to help the community and promoting inclusivity, it’s a yes from me all around.
Richard Pizzuti: Lovely little coffee shop in downtown Lowell. Amazingly crafted menu and a charming atmosphere to chill by yourself or meet friends. It’s got a “family run business” vibe and staff are friendly and inviting. I’ll be back!
Sergio Paez: This is one of my favorite places to go for superior very professionally crafted coffee and other drinks. Love grabbing a quick morning bite here as well, the staff are among the best in any business I’ve ever visited, not just in the coffee shop realm. Not only do they try and remember every ones name who regularly stops in but they do a killer job of it, all while actually making you feel welcome like any friend would. The owner is a a gem and never fails to make you feel welcome! Coffee is superb and the staff are always happy to adjust, recommend or explain the process behind crafting each of these awesome drinks! And to top it off this place just re-energizes and reinvigorates you with their awesome positive, deep thought invoking and mindful practice focus messages around the shop and often even hand written on your coffee! Keep up the amazing work, much love for this small business.
Michael Crutcher: Menu is difficult to read, employees are trained, confused by request for "black coffee with shot of espresso", food prep is slow as molasses, shop is too small, very cluttered, muffins and bakery items are packaged and on display at the front door, making it confusing and complicated to order at the register.I wanted this place to work out for local business, but there are far better places within walking distance. I'm done with this place. Three strikes; they're out.Wheelchair accessibility: Way too cluttered in there. Not enough room for the tables that are there, and not enough room to wait for the slow food prep.
Erik Swider: Super amazing coffee served by super amazing people! Went in for a cup of coffee and ended up doing a little espresso tasting with the staff. I have never had a more amazing cafe experience.
Nate Robertson: One of my favorite places in Lowell. Everything is so good and intentional from the employees, the space, and the food and drinks.

Starbucks: what do users think?
Ana Rivera: The employees were extremely rude for no reason. I think her name was Tina (one of the minors working ) who was very rude to customers even the ones after me. Target needs to work on having better employee conduct. Paying $17 an hour for employees to be rude such a joke. Needs better training for their employees.Food: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Rachel Rivera: I can’t even say “convenient” because sometimes they don’t open, are always short staffed, never prepared, and today no lids.. It’s literally always something, and it’s not even surprising anymore. They need to get it together or something. Worst Starbucks ever. Needs a new manager or something so that they can have a leader who actually knows how to run it.. you know like inventory and employees. Actually I’m going to apply here so I too can do the bare minimum as well :)
Hari Rama Krishna Gurram: Recommended dishes Mocha Cookie Crumble, Strawberry Refresher, Frappuccino, Classic Coffee CakeMore
Arun Uyprok: The time said 8 am to 8 pm, but I when there 3 times at 6mp or 6:15 they’re not take the order. West time 😤

Edgard Rios: These 4-5 star people gotta be the people that work there lol there’s no way.. they are NEVER full stocked .. it’s either no whipped cream , no ice , no correct size cup , no something .. irony being that they’re in a whole retail store lol, people that work there are really nice but , terrible management.
Doug Taylor: Got an ice coffee with a expresso shot, it’s so much better than dunks.
Nathan Wahlroos (New Focus Aperture): Not open during posted hours.
A L: This location should shut down they are always out of stuff and most of the time just shut down hours earlier than what they say. It is even embarrassing for Starbucks it's ran at such a horrible quality.
Dick Moretti: Very friendly staff and good coffee. I will be bringing my grandkids next time
vee kain: Convenient location and good coffee.
Ashley Adair: I'm giving 5 stars because I absolutely love this location and they work so hard. That being said, I refuse to let one bad experience ruin the rating I give. I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap(my absolute favorite) but this time around there's no flavor to it. It basically tastes like water. I did notice that the girl who made it was clearly still learning so I won't sit here and bash her. I'm actually hoping she learns everything and only gets better because was so sweet.
Kallme Diggs: Young Asian lady working about back can to counter after I waited 10min. Said they are opening late and too come back in a half hour. I already waited outside until 8am for store opening. She was also rude and dismissive. This place is a joke. May 22nd, 2022 @ 8:12am
dulce perez: Never have anything
Sergio Barbosa: Dine in: No Takeout: YesMore
Stephanie Valente: Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes Curbside pickup: YesMore
Scott J.: White Chocolate Mocha
Santhosh G: Inside Target store, convenient hours compared to many other Starbucks locations. Full menu of drinks and bakery are not available but have enough options. Tried the Cappuccino and Strawberry crème Frappe and both tasted good as usual.Dine in: No Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes …More
Rachel Yu: The absolute worst. Some associates are nice but many make you feel like you're bothering them when you order. And literally every single time I order something they don't have it. Last time I went they just didn't have Frappuccinos... of any kind. And they seemed to be so irritated that I even attempted to order one in the first place. I'm not sure who manages this location, but the staff might want to be less rude and maybe fire whoever is in charge of ordering supplies.
Jaehoon Choi: Rude Rude Rude. 기분좋게 갔다가 기분 나빠져서 나옴
새우: 최악의 스타벅스종업원이 매우 불친절합니다. 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 곳 입니다.

Lucia: Convenient location
Rubens Silva: A funcionária não fui muito atenciosa. Mas consegui o que queria e estava bom.Voltaria.
Pooja Desai: great customer service, and extremely quick. allowed to use my river hawk dollars as well! such a great and convenient place to grab a quick snack. shoutout to my girl izzy for being the best employee. she never stops smiling!
Rob Caron: Pretty typical Starbucks
Jasmine Toro: Horrible customer service as I approached the only 2 baristas walked off to do a personal errand and left an elderly lady that was mopping to make my frappuccino well she basically made me an Carmel iced coffee minis the COFFEE and acted like i was wrong for asking if she added coffee it was almost white i watched her she didn't even go to her the coffee because she got distracted my the fat tattoo face that walked over and acted like she was even there to see what i saw let's just say since i wasn't going to get it right here i dumped it into the bushes and went to Target where they ALWAYS get it right.
Asif Hossain: Not dunkin
instrumentalbytina: Staff are usually kind but the management and employment quality are low. I'm on a budget and really need to save my money for expensive things in life every adult needs. I didn't want to spend anymore in my checking account since it was too much this week, but since I still needed breakfast, the cashier said she won't be taking cash! I just went to the ATM to withdraw so I don't have to spend anymore from my bank and I just got ripped off more 😡
Mackenzie Baker: Same menu as any other Starbucks. If you go here in between classes good luck getting your coffee quickly. Sometimes the lines back up to a 15 minute wait at least if it's before or after a class. Theres pretty much no like of you go during class though. No one really talks to you while you stand in line and the Staff Is usually just busy making orders. They work well under pressure though.
Nikki Mitzan: They really should start taking names down while its busy. There were 3 girls with the same order very awkwardly trying to figure out who was there first (all 3 went up to grab one drink)
Anthony: Love it here. Very convenient and the staff is really nice.
Johnny Melanson: Good place, but doesn't accept gift cards
Mamun Ur Rashid Rupok: A vert good place for your breakfast & lunch.
Nelly Gonçalves: Tranquilo y estupendo para leer o compartir con amigos
Sarah Croughwell Lincoln: It's fine. College coffee shop, good in a pinch if you are going to class meeting a professor but not if you're just a person looking for coffee. There's no parking.
Kathy Marchand: I love the staff, and the strawberry lemonade refresher I get
Jason King (Jason): Ordered a cascara coconutmilk latté and it tastes like piss. Sour and bitter. If one thing is not right, I will tell them to make it right for me. But this time I won't even bother to ask for the rework. It's horrible. Plus, the old lady cashier took me like I owe her money, which makes my first time drop by at this Starbucks even more memorable. When I discussed this with a friend of mine who is a student at UML, I was told this Starbucks is always terrible.
Kristen Hanna: the worst starbucks i have EVER went to and i go to a lot of starbucks' after my tour of the south campus i was parched so i ordered the pink drink because it's very refreshing and i was just craving the delicious treat and literally my whole drink was ice like can i have some pink drink with that ice most expensive ice EVER

Tiny Arms Coffee Roasters: what do users think?
Mike Galello: Go here, feel good. The menu, the staff, and the atmosphere are incredible. Fresh baguettes available are a nice bonus. This is their second location and we’re glad we checked it out!
Cormac Hondros- McCarthy: Beautiful take on a local artsy coffee shop
bruth F: V good coffee but sloooooow service w only one person working.
Matthew Drew: I went on a Sunday and my drink was well made. The barista was professional, friendly, and made small talk. The place was not crowded, but was clean and well kept. It's the kind of place I'd feel comfortable bringing a laptop and doing some trivial work. It can be a bit hard to find, as I wasn't expecting it to be in a loading dock area. I drove past it and reached a dead-end. However, there isn't much else in that area. I can recommend this place for coffee and setting. Also, my review is based off of one visit (please read others as well).
Roberto Sanchez: Great service amazing atmosphere and coffee 10 out of 10
Orr Ashenberg: This is one of the best coffee roasters I've been to (including Seattle, SF, NYC). It is so beautiful and calm inside, the ceramics are awesome, coffee comes in pourover or espresso options, and there are awesome art studios open on the weekend. The couple who run the shop and ceramics studio are the nicest.
Patrick Joos: Easily one of the best coffee shops in New England. They offer a small selection of cookies and croissants that are above average. The coffee is as good as it gets. The handmade glassware and professional service make Tiny Arms a destination worth a special trip to Lowel.
Dave Stefanovic: Quiet place with friendly servers surrounded by art. Does it get better?
Hung Phan: An oasis in a concrete jungle. One of the few places you can grab an artisian made coffee (in an unpretentious way) and relax for a minute. Jon and Kate make everyone who comes by feel like an old friend. If you're a coffee a nerd, there's a changing rotation of single origins to try out.
Mike Crowley: The best
Emily Wolotschaj: Let me summarize the comment section for all of my fellow coffee shop/coffee loving people. This is quite literally THE BEST coffee shop in town. Coffee? Five stars. Baked goods? AMAZING! Don’t even get me started on the owners because they are simply put THE NICEST, MOST PAITENT couple of barista's I've ever order from. Not to mention their knowledge on all things coffee/ceramic blows me away every time. Tiny Arms is consistent, friendly and most importantly so soo delicious so I totally recommend stopping in for a quick bite or a lovely latte.
Joe Dulock: This cafe is making its way up on the list of top coffee shops in MA. The owner & partner are excellent baristas and I have only positive words to share about them. The coffee is always well dialed and the pastries are fresh. I highly recommend coming by for the atmosphere and product! [Help support small businesses]
Sheel Patel: An absolute gem of a coffee shop tucked away in the mill, surrounded by art galleries. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable baristas combined with genuinely fantastic tasting coffee and non-coffee drinks make Tiny Arms an absolute pleasure to visit. Wonderful and expanding offering of blends and single-origin coffee beans. I’ve never had a bad drink here. They also sell the cutest ceramic coffee mugs! Looking forward to seeing Tiny Arms grow in the near future.
Rebecca Toti: My favorite coffee shop! The coffee is amazing and the atmosphere is like home.
J R: ❤️❤️❤️ discovered this amazing family owned coffee place
Manuela Valencia: Just amazing, best cortado ever.. wish I could go everyday but for now I will visit every weekend. If you are a coffee lover you must visit!
Ralph Reed: Great mocha latteTasty cold brew ice coffeeVery Tasty cookie- brown butterEasy parkingFriendly staffWell recommended
Matthew Parola: Love this spot. It surprised me it took this long for Lowell to get it's own roaster/shop. And I'm glad not only did they get one but they got one that's excellent. Jon and Kate, who run the shop, are fantastic people and the coffee is incredible.
Peter Mondi: This is phenomenal coffee.
Matthew Girard: Great place to grab a coffee or tea.
Dm: Excellent coffee and excellent people.

Starbucks: what do users think?
Ishan Pai: I got a white chocolate Mocha Grande and a tomato and Mozzarella sandwich. While the cashier told me that it was vegetarian, but later on I realized that it had ham in it. Now I am not vegetarian,so I was okay with it. But it would be terrible to serve a meat dish to someone if the person was vegetarian. The employees working here should take complete responsibility for this. I would have got it changed if I didn't check it after 20 mins as I was in a hurry and had to reach somewhere. Also, they charge 5.45$ for a really tiny sandwich !!!!!!!!
Sarah Kamal: The coffee tastes so watered down and awful here. Today I asked to add hazelnut and caramel syrup in my coffee and they didnt even add that. I didn’t try my coffee until I was out of the store so at that point it was already too late to go back. They did charge me for the syrup btw. Not coming back here, service is bad too.
V-Moss P: The "coffee" tastes much worse than usual; and it usually tastes really bad compared to real starbucks
Rupa Vani: Coffee is good
Ian MacKay: They barely say anything when putting your order on the counter and this causes massive confusion when there are multiple people waiting
Fayçal Fedad: Very bad customer service.
Kyle Leandres: No Apple Pay
Andrew Jacobson: can never make my drink correct, always order the same thing and the results vary (as well as price). I also had a starbucks gift card and they told me I can’t use it. Employees are not very pleasant.
Christina McChesney: Not open the hours it says it is
Edward Wayland: I’m sure it’s fine but don’t try driving to it. No parking unless you work for the university or have a resident sticker.
Lofeng: Nice place, clean environment
Ashley Rose: Dude working there tonight 12/13 made me the best peppermint mocha latte ever! Thanks dude, I won't fall asleep in my books now!
Lenae Fiora: Employees are nice, but management is terrible. They sold me a juice that expired 4 days earlier that made me sick and did not apologize, and gave me an attitude when I asked for a replacement. The other day they told me to eat yogurt with a fork because they didn’t order any spoons. Would not recommend.
Kim Gajnos: very comfortable they had very comfortable seating that you can hang out and do work or you just have a nice cup of awesome Starbucks coffee:-)
Natasha Singh: The people are cute
Davis Le: Haven't had a bad experience. Drinks are always accurate.
Shirly Fonseca: It did not have the item I wanted. It states that it serves Starbucks but forgets to mention that it does not serve all of Starbucks
Sneha S: This is a godsend for a UML grad student! They usually have a lot of space for sitting down, so I do homework here sometimes. They’re also really efficient and know what they’re doing.
Lenie Binoya: Thumbs up for the good muffin 😁
Kacie Clarke: The baristas are so good here! Woah!
Aman Sharma: Starbucks is always good this one is a bit lazy people take a lot of time to deliver what you have ordered.
