I didn't want to spend anymore in my checking account since it was too much this week, but since I still needed breakfast, the cashier said she won't be taking cash! I just went to the ATM to withdraw so I don't have to spend anymore from my bank and I just got ripped off more 😡
Mackenzie Baker: Same menu as any other Starbucks. If you go here in between classes good luck getting your coffee quickly. Sometimes the lines back up to a 15 minute wait at least if it's before or after a class. Theres pretty much no like of you go during class though. No one really talks to you while you stand in line and the Staff Is usually just busy making orders. They work well under pressure though.

Plus, the old lady cashier took me like I owe her money, which makes my first time drop by at this Starbucks even more memorable. When I discussed this with a friend of mine who is a student at UML, I was told this Starbucks is always terrible.

Ishan Pai: I got a white chocolate Mocha Grande and a tomato and Mozzarella sandwich. While the cashier told me that it was vegetarian, but later on I realized that it had ham in it. Now I am not vegetarian,so I was okay with it. But it would be terrible to serve a meat dish to someone if the person was vegetarian. The employees working here should take complete responsibility for this. I would have got it changed if I didn't check it after 20 mins as I was in a hurry and had to reach somewhere. Also, they charge 5.45$ for a really tiny sandwich !!!!!!!!
Sarah Kamal: The coffee tastes so watered down and awful here. Today I asked to add hazelnut and caramel syrup in my coffee and they didnt even add that. I didn’t try my coffee until I was out of the store so at that point it was already too late to go back. They did charge me for the syrup btw. Not coming back here, service is bad too.

ESSAM THABET: Probably one of the bad Starbucks stores and I haven't seen many that are bad. It is a very busy location and their service is spotty so it depends on who you get. Many of their baristas just don't care. They messed up my simple drink countless times and I did not always receive an apology. They are not so keen on knowing their customers. You'd think you walked into a McDonald location on a highway or any one-time service stop while traveling. I'm just glad a new Starbucks store opened just further down the street from this location.

Truth Disclosed: I ordered a black coffee so i wouldn’t have to wait long. I asked to use my reward. Cashier couldn't get the app work. I waited for 11 minutes for my black coffee. It was cold and later I found out that my reward was used in addition to the payment deducted. Time to consider other options.Starbucks quality is diminishing.

If I wanted to drink milk I would’ve gone to Market basket to get pint size carton. I literally had to throw this coffee out in the sink, since I couldn’t even taste the coffee or espresso in it, all I get was the after taste of milk. All the other times I had order this most of the barista understand what a light splash is versus this one was just poured in to the barista liking 🙄 . Note to myself, I won’t be going to the 21 drumhill location for a good while!

Indira Nouduri: I brought my own coffee cup and I asked for a small regular coffee veranda. The guy was like "oh its a 16oz cup so its gonna be a medium if that's what you want" I am like ummm ok. Like I had a choice at that point. When the difference in cost between a small and a medium is literally almost a dollar for 4oz more its kinda rude to put someone on the spot like that. I asked for a small so like just give me a little less and charge me for a small. Why u gotta be all like "is a 16oz cup so thsts technically a medium". I can't buy cups based on how Starbucks sizes their drinks. So yah I bought a medium which is not what I wanted and I was also really embarrassed. deane alexander: Service is good and people are friendly here.Unfortunately, the Pikes Place coffee I got was so badly burned/spoiled I threw it out and had to brush my teeth to get the taste out of my mouth. I was already on my way to an appointment in my car before I discovered it.I’m not surprised when “gas station” coffee is this bad but Starbucks prides itself on superior coffee. Serving fresh coffee???Not a high bar to clear. I wondered why Starbucks drip coffee seemed to have varying quality. Sometimes good, sometimes not.Now I know why.

Andy Torres: Was no line, I ordered a small black coffee ( that simple) i waited 20 minutes for my coffee staff behind the counter was working on online orders when i asked the manager about my SMALL BLACK COFFEE saying i been waiting for 20 minutes he’s answer was there are many orders in front of you and you have to wait HE WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL SAYING YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU WANT. Jinsoul Jeong: I wish I could say better about this Starbucks location, because the food and drinks are usually both well made and great. The service from here is usually great as well, and typically I would never go out of my way to leave a bad review. However, as a employee of Starbucks visiting another store on my day off, I was shocked by the rudeness of the brunette man on drive thru. I ordered early in the afternoon today during a rush. While taking my order, he repeatedly asked “Anything else?” while my passenger was describing their order. He was extremely snappy to every single one of my questions about sandwiches and their availability, since I know some Starbucks are experiencing shortages. I understand it’s stressful when it’s very busy, but there’s no reason to take it out on anyone at your job, customer or partner. When getting to the window, this man was clearly annoyed or frustrated and even rolled his eyes when I told him to have a nice day too. Hopefully the service here improves, but I’m not sure if I’ll come back to see if that happens.

Jake Murphy: Charged me $6 for a venti iced coffee, black with 6 pumps of syrup. Normally it's less than $5 so I'm not sure what happened but it's pretty frustrating. $6 for a coffee is way too high and I think they messed up my pricing. On the target app it says they charged me an extra $0.90 for additional syrup which doesn't make sense.

Trisha R: Very good!!! Tried this location for the first time the other day. They made my coffee perfect. The Starbucks at the Loop is horrible they never make my coffee right! But this place made it great. And they are so sweet when I drive thru. Thumbs up! Keep up the great work.

Jasmine Tuell: Normally I don’t go to Starbucks located in Targets because of the lack of employees and long wait times. And that’s not their fault and I don’t fault them for it. The employees are typically very nice every rare chance I choose to stop at this one. Today was the usual one person stand with long wait times, again not a problem. I ordered two Strawberry Lemonade Refreshers, one in a tall with light ice and the other a venti with no ice. The tall came out fine, which is good because it was for my mother, but the venti was not. The barista decided that she would only make the typical amount you would put in if you were getting ice. I didn’t say anything because I just got off work and just wanted to go home and relax. When I ordered, and paid, for a venti; I received, in reality, the amount of a grande (and that’s being generous). I always order this drink with no ice and have never come across a problem such as this. I am not only appalled by the lack of drink, but the taste was down the drain as well. If tasted like watered down lemonade. This has officially become the first Starbucks I will not be returning to.
Joey Groch: The people that were working were really nice, but the location needs to realize they are a Starbucks and need to have more than 2 employees working. Should not take 25 min for myself and the 3 people in front of me to get coffee. I understand staffing might be tight because of covid, but two people just seems crazy. 3 three coffees my party order were also incorrect.
Tiffany Witkowski: I don’t know who does the ordering for this location, but they should be fired! Every time I go there They are always out of ingredients to make anything! The staff is rude and won’t tell you they are out of something that your drink needs until after you’ve ordered and waited for it! Not to mention always having to wait 10 minutes in line! If you’re going to have one cashier then you should have mobile orders! I don’t even know how this location can operate when they have maybe half of what they need to function!

Mike Marino: Today was my first time at this location. The employees were working hard, training what appeared to be a new employee, and still made sure everyone’s order was done as quickly as possible. You could tell that behind their face masks, they did it all with a smile and that made my day.I rarely write any reviews.. but these employees not only did their job, but they exceeded the standard! Nice job guys!
Megan Ross: Last night around 7pm I ordered the pumpkin cream cold brew with my sister. They ran out of cold brew but the barista made it for us with iced coffee and a shot of espresso. It was AMAZING thank you so much!!! We loved it. I wish I got the baristas name because she was so nice and made amazing drinks!!!! Thank you!!
