Amanda Hickey: App is always down, often for days at a time making it impossible to check the status of your account remotely. Service is difficult to reach via the phone and problems take an impractical amount of time and effort to resolve.

Donna Rose: Paid off loan and closed account. Paid cash. Years ago. This poorly managed excuse for a credit union continues to bill for overdraft protection. On a closed account. They cannot provide records for the time of my last transaction because they say they don't have them on their computer. Keep saying come in to talk, yet their work hours are impossible for me to get in there between working and caring for a toddler. Tell me to go online. Then their system says I don't have an account. Total they say I owe is well over a thousand dollars. On an account I paid cash in full at their office and requested account be closed. All this money is fees for overdraft protection. On a CLOSED account that was paid in full. Do not do business with these people unless you enjoy aggravation and want your excellent credit score to drop.
Kurt Jenney: JDCU is the slowest banking institution I have ever worked with. Any online transfers take a week to process, their online portal goes down randomly, and the experience is just excruciatingly slow doing any banking with them. This is not a review of a location, but the speed of their banking services in general.

Jack Anton: Supporting the community. Credit Unions reinvest in the community and JDCU is just another example of how community financing has helped to grow the economy and expand the upward mobility of its local population. Love the place but wish they would do away with some of their fees. Especially their NSF overdraft fees. :-/

Behzad Taimur: Business schools usually have it the best. No difference here. UMass's business school has the coolest building. Unlike most other UMass buildings, this one's big, airy and feels fresh. Alot of breathing space. If you're not a business student, no need to remain cloistered in your old building. Go here. They have seating spaces and spots you can hang out in. Break a leg!
Faizan Rashid (Faizy): Great place to study if the library is full.
Jacob Landry: Really cool looking building, comfy chairs and good place to hang out between classes.

Churk Leung: Been working at Kronos for almost 5 years. The company just like any others has it's ups and downs. But the culture remain very friendly. The work opportunity to get promoted is always there. The commute, if you are living south of Lowell, it can't be beat, because you are going opposite of rush hour traffic.
